The food was extremely greasy. I would rather go for the “all you can drink” than the “all you can eat”. The beer was tasty. Even an asylum seeker wouldn't eat here.

The gratinated broccoli was overcooked. We found the layout a bit strange; starters were listed after the noodles/rice dishes, etc. It's a shame there was no crème brûlée. We did appreciate that the meat and fish were cooked on separate griddle plates.

Positive: The staff was friendly. The interior was beautiful. I found the teppanyaki prawns, green beans, and torpedo prawns delicious! Children can play both upstairs and downstairs. Negative: FOOD: There was very little choice compared to other all-you-can-eat restaurants. Not all dishes were labeled with what they were or which potential allergens were present. It also seemed as if old food was left behind and hot food was suddenly added, resulting in a mix of hot and cold food. Very disappointing. There were 2 soups, cold starters, fried dishes, and desserts. In my opinion, there were far too many vegetables, meat, and fish for the wok and the teppanyaki. A few more ready-made dishes would be much tastier. The desserts were very standard, think ice cream, tompouche, spekkoek, profiteroles, etc. REstroom: The women's restroom did not have a very fresh smell, paper towels were lying on the floor, and the trash can was full. Interior: The interior was nice, but the temperature... It was really stuffy and I saw air conditioners, but they weren't on (or were broken). As mentioned earlier, the staff was friendly. There was a couple at our table who had been married for 35 years, so we asked for some fireworks. We expected some ice with fireworks, but a champagne glass with one pathetic little firework was brought to us in a LITERALLY different way. The staff really didn't make any effort for this. If it were quite busy, I might be able to understand it, but for a Saturday night, the restaurant was very empty. In short: The food was very mediocre and there wasn't much choice. It was very stuffy in the restaurant. So, it was an okay restaurant, but not something where I think: Definitely come eat here if you want to experience an all-you-can-eat restaurant.

Definitely not worth the price. The kitchen is quite small, with little choice for what you pay. Of everything I had, the meat was the best. The chicken satay stick was inedible. You could see the grease on the satay sauce, and the chicken tasted tough. The noodles were meager. The pizza looked like it came from Lidl. All in all, not as expected, and you can certainly get better at another place. No second time for us.

The steak wasn't a real steak, the sushi was cold, the soy sauce tasted homemade, and there was no atmosphere. In the end, we paid 80 euros for half a steak, 2/3 of a sushi roll, and 2 Liptons.

Booked for tonight. It used to be good, but now it's absolute rubbish. The food has gone downhill badly; they take your plate away while you're still eating. The staff isn't really friendly; it was a huge disappointment for us. Never again Sensasia for us.

We went to eat here yesterday, but unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The restaurant operates on an all-you-can-eat concept, but the food seemed to have been sitting under warming plates for a long time. Especially at the “kids’ buffet”—think fries, fried shrimp, mini sausages, and mini spring rolls—everything was simply cold. This is really not what you expect when you go out to eat. We spoke to staff several times, but little was done about it. The reactions were mostly awkward, and no solution seemed to be forthcoming. One employee didn't understand us well (presumably didn't speak Dutch), and another employee didn't seem to take the problem seriously. As if that wasn't bad enough, my son and I both became ill and vomited after arriving home. That makes the experience even more concerning. For the amount we paid, we really expected much more. Unfortunately, we absolutely cannot recommend this restaurant.

I posted a review here a few years ago as well, and I'm retracting that now... One of the first with an all-inclusive concept, but really outdated now. The offerings simply haven't kept up with the times, only the price.

Worst dinner i’ve ever had, i couldn’t finish anything

I was there at Christmas. The price was higher than usual, which I think is understandable. Just like it was busy. I was expecting something special in terms of atmosphere and food. Well, no. The steak wasn't really good. I wasn't the only one. I went there recently too. It was very quiet. You can tell the quality is really declining now. The pizza wasn't good and there were (Aldi) running promotions. Next time I'll go back to Bentelo. The price/quality ratio is much better. Too bad.

The service is truly excellent. The location and ambiance are also great. The food variety is a bit less than I personally expected. Most dishes are also Wok/Teppanyaki, which requires some human interaction. This can be difficult for neurodiverse people, but it's really easy to do, and the staff is very kind and patient.

We celebrated a birthday. The kids were thrilled. Everything was fantastic, they really enjoyed it!

My experience at Sensazia Enschede was utterly disappointing. The food quality is far below par for an all-you-can-eat restaurant. The sushi tasted practically nothing and was served cold. The soy sauce had a strange, cheap flavor and was completely unlike Kikkoman—the same was true for the teppanyaki, where the sauce also tasted very strange, making the dish inedible. The wok was extremely busy with a huge line, which completely undermines the whole concept of "unlimited enjoyment." The pizza literally resembled a cheap supermarket (Aldi) pizza: dry, tasteless, and absolutely not fresh. The desserts were clearly thawed, cheap, and unimaginative. Furthermore, there's little variety in the selection and the quality is completely lacking. The atmosphere also leaves much to be desired: it could all be much nicer, warmer, and more inviting. It felt empty and uninviting. For this price, you expect much more. We won't be back.

The service was amazing, super nice people! Everyone smiles, they're all helpful and polite. The place is clean, is big, you can enjoy with also a large group of friends. As for the food the concept is like open buffet, you have to get your own food. From soups, bread, sushi, to you choosing you own protein (fish, beef, chicken) and there's a lottt of varieties such as kangaroo meat, frogs or even shark!

You could tell the ingredients were really fresh, so the food was good quality. It was just a shame there was so much salt in the fish foe yong hai and fish, among other things. We could have finished our plates so salty. We went to Sensazai on December 31, 2025!

Had a wonderful evening at Sensazia! The all-inclusive concept is perfectly organized: a wide selection, freshly prepared food, and everything is neatly and quickly replenished. The dishes are delicious and there's something for everyone, from hot dishes to sushi and desserts. The staff is friendly, attentive, and ensures everything runs smoothly without feeling rushed. The atmosphere is cozy and ideal for a night out with friends or family. The price-quality ratio is absolutely perfect here. Definitely a place I'd love to return to 😄🍽️✨

I've been to many all-you-can-eat restaurants. But this is by far the worst. Absolutely never again. It's a waste of money. Close that place down.

We love coming here! Fantastic food and friendly people. The wok is truly top-notch, and there's plenty of variety in drinks and desserts.

Well, what are you supposed to do with this...you get what you want. It's disappointing and it's not too bad. Too big, too much, but still quite tasty. I have no idea what to think of this.

We had dinner with 20 people last night. The food was delicious. A bit spicy, but not too spicy. Plates were cleared quickly, and the service was a bit surly, but friendly. There were also plenty of things for children to decorate their ice cream with. There was a lot of variety. Keeping a large room warm is difficult, so next time I'll bring a cardigan. Recommended? I say yes.

Always had a delicious meal here. And the kids love it.

Nice restaurant where we always return.

We were there at 9:15 p.m., and most of the food was already cold and not really edible. I thought most of it was frozen. I had a steak cooked to warm myself, but it was tough and far too raw. €37.50 per person was way too much for what we got. The only good thing was the fish at the entrance.

The food is excellent, the location has not had any maintenance since it was built 25 years ago and it shows.

Overall, the food was good and the selection was plentiful. The only criticism is the rather high price. Two adults and a 5-year-old child paying over €80 is a stretch, especially since the little one only ate some fries. I realize you can eat and drink as much as you want, but this is really only for young people with a healthy appetite. Seniors over 60, like us, have rather limited appetites. Perhaps you should consider a senior rate and a significantly cheaper toddler rate.

What a wonderful all-you-can-eat restaurant! We've been coming here for years! The owners, chefs, and all the staff are incredibly friendly. The food is always fresh and plentiful. If you run out of something and let us know, they'll refill it right away. We love coming here :)

We didn't stay longer than an hour, the food wasn't good. The meat and fish from the teppanyaki plate were extremely salty, and the steak was very tough and unappetizing. The carpaccio was watery and tasteless. A real shame. We'll never go back.

Went there for dinner last Tuesday as usual wanted to eat broccoli with cheese sauce had it the container was almost empty there was a new container with broccoli wanted to have another one it tasted very bad like melted plastic which was also in it also with the potatoes with cheese sauce the second time also exactly that bad taste didn't dare have another one I passed it on to several employees nothing was done about it too bad not being able to eat it tasty and not nests that they don't taste it themselves and put the customer in peace.

A Beautiful Setting, but the Food Could Be Better The restaurant has a great location and makes a strong first impression. The design is beautiful, with plenty of seating and a relaxing atmosphere. One detail I really liked was the pond with fish right at the entrance — a nice touch that adds to the overall vibe. Unfortunately, the food left me a bit disappointed. For €36 (with beer and wine included from the bar), I expected a larger and more varied selection. The hot food section is quite limited, and most of the focus seems to be on the live grill station where chefs prepare meat and seafood on the spot. While this sounds great in theory, I found the grilled food to be overly salty — likely to make you drink more water, and in turn, eat less. Overall, it’s a nice place to sit and enjoy a drink, but if you’re going for the food, it may not fully meet expectations, especially for the price.

Delicious food, good staff and cozy atmosphere

"This was honestly the worst thing I've ever experienced. The trays were so empty it looked like an army of hungry zombies had already been there, but with no leftovers. The food was so cold I might as well have used it as ice cream. Taste? It was completely gone, like they had mixed it with water. The staff seemed to be asleep behind the counter and acted like they didn't care. This all you can eat restaurant is more of an all you can *not* eat. I wouldn't even want my worst enemy to eat here. Horrible!"

It has gone downhill a bit in recent years. The interior could use an update instead of just new seat covers..

Atmospheric, wide choice and affordable outside the weekend

The food was good i must say It all went good till 10 minutes before we left.from the beginning we wasn’t told that we should not stay more than two hours in the restaurant.no one except the Reception guy understood or spoke a little bit of English. we are tourists was a little bit difficult to understand the items in the buffet at the end came to us. Usually in Chinese buffet it is written above each item what stand beyond, a lot of items was not written anything .One person told us that we must go because we exceeded the time limit and then came another guy in five minutes and told us the same in a very rude pattern. I’m sorry but it is not a problem when tourist who don’t speak Dutch to go to this restaurant. I give the atmosphere and food the biggest rating for a Chinese restaurant but the behaviour of the personal at the end must turn the whole rating to the end minimum

It's been a while since we last ate here. It is quite massive and of course you don't go to an all you can eat restaurant for the atmosphere. The price includes soft drinks, beer and wine. For that amount (approximately €35 pp) it is absolutely fine. A reasonable choice for stir-frying, grilling or on the plate. It is located opposite the Grolsch Veste, so keep football matches in mind.

A completely normal "all you can eat Asian". The quality is not outstanding, for example the beef or lamb has very little taste of its own. The chefs fry meat and fish on the gas grill or the Tepanjaki grill is unfortunately completely dead.

Carpaccio die zo bleek was als schouderham en dankzij de dressing nog iets van smaak had. De sla met wat komkommer en tomaat had een smaakloze waterige dressing. De kant en klare teriyaki spiesjes zagen er lekker uit maar waren koud en smaakten niet naar teriyaki. Ook het "verse" vlees bood niet de smaak waar we naar verlangden. Smaakloos . Wok niet geprobeerd. Toetjes zagen er lekker uit, maar om eerlijk te zijn geen trek meer in dus weggegaan. Jammer. Koks straalden ook geen vriendelijkheid uit. Bediening wel vriendelijk. Dikke onvoldoende

Food is tasty and also great fun for the children. When it's busy, the space around the kitchen where the wok cooking is done becomes a bit tight, but otherwise everything is good.

Went here for dinner tonight. Had to wait a long time for your meat to be prepared, sushi bowls were constantly empty so my children didn't eat much and then 34 euros is very expensive. The staff was friendly and you can get your own drinks, which is perfectly fine. We would rather not come back here again, there are better concepts in Enschede and the surrounding area.

Average wok all you can eat restaurant. You can brag from Dutch to Chinese. You can grill the fish and meat and just add a lot of salt. In addition, the food from the Chinese buffet of foe yong hai and peanut sauce, etc., was moderately warm. Furthermore, when it comes to vegetables, I thought there was too little range, including no tomatoes?! The broccoli and other ingredients were intended for stir-frying, but not for eating as is. There is a children's corner, but there is only a TV so you can't really call it child-friendly. Furthermore, a children's buffet was a good addition, as was children's cutlery or good straws. Also fruit moderately to very little. Toilet was clean just like restaurant. Easy to access, even with a walker (mother has one). More choice would have been nice and hot food even better.

Food was cold and too rancid to eat. Staff very unfriendly. I asked for new cutlery and the person just got annoyed because my cutlery had been taken. Just like at the table. Someone in the group left something behind and something fell next to the table and then an employee angrily wiped it over with a cloth and angrily snatched the plate away. I don't think any of the employees are interested in it. I don't recommend it!

Het restaurant oogt van binnen oud bollig en sfeerloos. Er is genoeg keuze aan verschillend eten, alleen werd het bij ons niet aangevuld, gezien het restaurant erg rustig was lag het eten er dus al enige tijd, koud.. Vis, zeevruchten wat er langer ligt durf je dan minder snel nog te eten..

This was the least pleasant wok restaurant we ate at. Choice was not that great compared to the other wok restaurants. Oriental lamb cooked on the grill was impossible to cut, let alone eat. I went back to fry the meat more, but even then it was unedible. Chicken satay, on the other hand, was tender. Very small kitchen for such a huge restaurant.

The carpaccio was brown and the sushi was tasteless. Otherwise completely without atmosphere, just a huge food hall. We had to pay immediately upon entry, if this had not been the case we would have left immediately.

We travel there regularly from Germany because the people there do their craft with talent, patience and love. The food is delicious and plentiful. Grilled and wok dishes are the finest. With a little patience you can get quality on your plate. Sushi is more of a fringe specialty, but still much better than in some other Chinese restaurants. The selection of drinks is varied for young and old. A machine for self-squeezed orange juice, great! We particularly like the child-friendly and relaxed atmosphere in a chicken and large restaurant. You can easily reserve even at short notice. The only point of criticism is that the location looks a bit more modern on the Google images than it does on site. You could renew something here and there and remove a few old decorative elements. Otherwise, the spacious and quiet location, directly opposite the Twente Stadium, as well as other bars and a cinema nearby, is a highlight, compared to what is on offer here at the OWS.

This is an "all in / all you can eat" restaurant. You have to like the concept. It is grandly designed inside. There is also plenty of space here for larger groups. It is a disadvantage if you cannot handle larger groups of people very well. Food is excellent and the choice is very wide. Only alcohol must be collected/ordered via the bar.

A delicious meal with the whole family. There really is something tasty for everyone. From the most delicious stir-fry dishes (put together by yourself), sushi, barbecue, meat or fish for the grill plate, fries and snacks, pizza, lasagna, stew, an extensive dessert buffet with chocolate fountain, soups and you can even tap your own slush puppy.

Very nice staff, tasty food and a lot of interesting options to eat. You can have kangaroo, shark or frog meat.

As a birthday boy, I had another wonderful evening with my loved ones at Senzasia. The atmosphere was therefore excellent while the staff did their best to make it as pleasant as possible. The dishes are what you make yourself, so you can never miss them. If you miss an animated team including Koos Rabbit for the children, you are definitely in the wrong establishment.

Perfect restaurant and everything nice and fresh

What a rude Chinese! Little bald man! Probably the owner, just takes a glass from his hands. While we sit at the table eating and drinking. When a beer is half empty and the next one is ordered, things get difficult and a glass is rudely taken from your hand. You get a very pushy feeling here, not a nice place!

We've been coming here for years. Had dinner here yesterday and it was so bad! The tomato soup was thin, light in color and had bits in it that made you feel sick! Fish and meat are fried for far too long, which made this stool dry. Cold food from the ready-made buffet because it is not replenished/replaced. The wok/buffet area is very dark.

What a bad tent! Staff very customer unfriendly. Owner got angry because we ordered beer before we had almost finished it. He slammed the beer glass on the table and pulled an empty glass out of our hand! 1 star is still too much!! Never again for us!!

Familiedag gehad, we hadden all in met glowgolf, kwam een beetje rommelig op gang en kwamen wat ongeduldig over. Nadien wel goed en lekker en gezellig gegeten

Echt teleurstellend als je bijv eastern plaza gewend bent of Grand Plaza of Duitsland. Vooraf betalen, max zo 2 dingetjes per keer pakken, koud binnen, smakeloos eten (vlees was wel goed) veel te kleine keuken. Ze kijken je daar aan het eind van de avond gewoon weg rond 21.15. Heel jammer dit. Ik ga nooit weer. Ik ben echt verkocht aan Bentelo.

Really nice all-you-can eat place. Food is of good quality and the options are plenty. The service is great and it is located in a spatious and clean place. Recommended for normal dining and also groups.

Als je richting loopt de restaurant denk ik gelijk dit moet een casino zijn. kom je binnen en je ziet de brug en koi karpers denk je nou een sjieke tent. maar dan kom je in de grote donkere ruimte/zaal en denkje wat doe ik hier. De ruimte is in verhouding met eethoek veel te groot. licht was erg donker. Het eten is lauw de surinaamse nasi zou "pittig "zijn maar het was smaakloos. de sausen van de wok is erg flauw qua smaak. De grill en het vriendelijk personeel waren de enige hoogtepunten van de avond
