Always great here for all the delicious fresh sandwiches!

The iced flat white with an extra shot of espresso was absolutely delicious—smooth, bold, and refreshing. I just wish it came in a larger size because one wasn’t enough! Also loved the açaí bowl—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

Nice coffee, too bad that croissant with cheese is served as a flat toast. You don't expect it. Otherwise a great place.

Pros: Delicious tuna sandwich & veggie sandwich. Matcha white chocolate was delicious. Super friendly staff. Recently the crowds the food came quickly. Cons: Very busy and therefore a lot of noise in a small space

The place is very nice, we went for lunch and sat outside on the terrace in the sun. Had the chicken salad and a cleanse juice, which were both delicious. Went back in the evening to grab a sandwich, which was also very tasty, loved that the bread was thin and crispy. Great place for an easy, healthy meal.

I visited both locations and had an unpleasant experience each time; staff were consistently unfriendly.

No notes, the coffee shop is awesome. Coffee is phenomenal, had the iced Americano and tuna sandwich! Bread was great! Pesto great! Iced Americano was super smooth, could have been a cold brew. Interior is modern and grammable. The real kicker was the fact I went to go sit outside, the wind blew over the bag of the sandwich into my coffee, which then tipped the coffee off the table onto the ground where the top popped off spilling the full coffee and my sunglasses fell into the coffee. Funny. I gathered things up and ate my sandwich, was just going to buy another one after finishing the sandwich, a waitress noticed all the coffee on the ground and came out and gave me a new one on the house. Good service is good service, and the grace they gave me made me want to fill out this review

Even sink into a comfortable seat with a drink and a Sandwich. I had the Ginger beatz juice and the squashed avocado sandwich 🥑. A bit confusing that some staff members speak English and others Dutch. But daymt doesn't affect the taste of course.

That pancake is magical! Fluffy, delicious, and full of flavor—definitely one of the best I’ve had. Don't forget to ask for chocolate chip on top. Highly recommend it!

I’ve tried chicken sandwich and a drink called ‘Morning sun’ I guess. The people who worked there were very friendly. The food and drink were awesome. Inside is cozy and relaxing, with beautiful and not-too-loud music.

We had a delicious breakfast at Served. The açai bowl was as delicious as it was beautiful! Pancakes were served at right temperature and it was so tasty! The vibe here is chill and cozy, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely would come back again!

Nice place and delicious sandwiches and juices. The coffee was good too! The only thing that didn't fit the atmosphere at all was the music. I would change that! Hard techno was played, at a volume that was not too low. Something calmer and more atmospheric would be more appropriate. Otherwise great!

This is a very nice place to have lunch. Beautiful terrace on the Coolsingel. The service took a little too long but the food made up for it. The pancakes are very tasty and the chicken sandwich is also a good size.

Just visited before the start of the marathon and it was a big party. Conviviality, service with a smile and quality. It was very busy, but the staff worked quickly and efficiently. Went for a cappuccino to go and paid 3.70. I really liked the milk in the coffee, with a soft coffee taste. Definitely go back here again.

I can often be found at all 3 locations. Food is good, coffee too and the atmosphere is also great. Super friendly employees, always work hard. My go to place in Rotterdam! If I as a regular customer can give a remark of criticism: the cappuccino at the served at Beurs is always very strong compared to that of the other locations. I almost taste more milk than coffee, my friends also noticed this and I have been coming there for a long time. Hopefully this can be prepared in the same way at the other locations. And perhaps also more variation in terms of sweets ..

I had a crab sandwich and a small avocado milkshake. It was delicious and it was a normal price-quality ratio. Beautiful decor and friendly service

I tried a matcha with strawberry ice cream. It was fine, but I didn't order anything else there. So I don't know how it is everywhere, but the matcha wasn't bad, and it was ready really quickly.

Fast service and friendly staff!

The service was friendly and fairly quick even though it was quite busy. The coffee was good, the carrot cake was a bit dry and lacked any cream or icing. But what really didn't bother me was how loud the music was. Quite overstimulating. And when you have to go to the toilet, and you secretly hope for some rest, it turns out that the music in the toilet is even louder, so loud that I doubted whether I wanted to put on my hearing protection before going out. Does not help with going to the toilet.

Coffee is delicious but I ordered a classic sandwich and it was really outrageous what you get for 9.90 euros. One slice of cheese, and a little bit of ham and arugula. Truffle mayo wasn't even in sight. I think they are cutting back, but I won't be eating here again! Fortunately I was able to return the sandwich.

There were 4 of us, one of whom was celiac. They didn't have gluten-free options on the menu. They didn't let the celiac person eat her own food even though they didn't have any gluten-free options and we explained that it was an illness. And the other 3 people were obviously going to eat everything from the establishment. It's a shame that there are places with zero empathy for people with eating problems. Obviously, we left. Celiacs, intolerants and allergics beware of these places!

Relaxed and centrally located coffee. We went there several times to have coffee. The staff is very friendly, unfortunately on some days it took a little longer until you could order and get the coffee, it should be mentioned that this was at peak times.

Order coffee here often and it always arrives neatly packaged. It has never leaked!

Great cortado and pancakes for 14 EUR. Highly recommended! Also, this was one of the few places that were open on Sunday in the early morning.

The best pancake we have ever eaten was here. Sandwiches were also very good. The venue is very successful in terms of price performance. The atmosphere is similar to any chain coffee shop, but they serve table service. The employees were very sweet. We said we are glad we came. We were very pleased.

Sandwich was very good. We ate egg, burrata and avocado sandwiches and they were all delicious. We ordered banana and peanut pancakes for the kids and they were delicious.

Perfect spot to wine down, very cozy and warm. Definitely recommend Sara/Zara( hope I got her name right) as your waitress. The other waitress was very standoffish.. don’t know what that was about. We enjoyed our Chai Latte and there’s various options from healthy and guilty pleasure.

The food is not bad BUT the blonde girl is racist . Other meals in the store are served on the table, but mine is the only one who shouted and asked me to go and get it. She even teased me in Dutch. The worst experience in Rotterdam.

Service was not good this time... to the girl at the cashier that took my order you were rude and negligent when you wrote down my order. This place opens at 9 a.m., and I ordered an acai bowl and a biello sandwich, and since it was breakfast, I also had a latte and a vanilla latte. The acai bowl, which we had never tried even in Korea, was not to our taste, but it was just a matter of our taste, and we really liked the way the sandwich came from the toasted bread, and the two types of lattes were also acceptable.

Ambience was cosy, close to city center. I liked the coffees ( Cappuccino and vanilla latte) but carrot cake was not so good.

I am a regular customer myself, but recently the service has deteriorated. Today the glasses were dirty and not clean. Last time I received two bottles of San Pellegrino that had already been opened. I also hear from my friends that they are experiencing this too. We think it's a nice place, but it's a shame that it keeps getting worse.

Well decorated and cared for place. The açai bowl is pretty good, but it's a little expensive. I think it's better to order the mango bowl, which is also very good and cheaper.

First of all, a very busy and (not nice) noisy place. Fresh juices and smoothies are made with a machine that makes a lot of noise, making it difficult to hear each other. Coffee must be ordered at the bar and paid for immediately. Coffee is not 100% Arabica (blend with Robusta) so it tastes a bit stale. Cappuccino looked nice, but also made with the same espresso. Staff seemed a bit rude and rushed. Won't be coming back here again.

We were in need of a healthy brunch and I’m so glad we found this place. We had a smoothie bowl and a delicious fresh juice each. We felt well nourished and very pleased with ourselves as we left. It was so good, we went back again the next day. Would most definitely recommend the açai bowl. It was excellent.

There is a very strange and rude employee working there (young blond guy). After sitting on the toilet for no longer than 3 minutes, I was approached by him as I left the toilet hall and asked if I was doing well. So I ask in surprise "what do you mean"? "Well, you were on the toilet for quite a long time." Completely flabbergasted, I actually wanted to continue with something like "Are you in your right mind?", but decided to keep walking anyway. Reported to staff. Seemed little interested in my complaint. Didn't even ask who it was. Strange tent.

The food tastes great but not worth the price. At first, we thought maybe it's because of the great service but even the service is not that great. The staff was not that bad but they are not that accommodating.

I really love this place. The food, coffee’s, chai latte and shakes (the shi*t, it’s the actual name) are so good. The vibe is relaxing and you can enjoy yourself for a long or short period of time. For the service they do their best, most of the time it’s a full house of student jobs, all very young and mostly English speaking waitresses. But they are always friendly and that’s what counts for me.

I had breakfast here a couple of times. It's a nice modern cafe that serves great dishes with a friendly smile. I would visit again if in the area again.

The employees were extremely rude and had no manners. We placed an order for 2 coffees and a cake. When the items arrived, the server practically threw the plate on the table with an attitude. Afterwards I went to the counter to pay and another employee sneered when I tried to explain where we were sitting. In no way was I rude or deserving of this attitude. Disappointing..

I often come to this establishment with my family or just a friend. Very tasty cuisine, amazing coffee, music does not interfere with communication, and the interior is a separate form of art (the turquoise color is simply incredibly beautiful) I would only improve the speed of the staff

There's a way to say things. Specially working with people, communication is everything. We where requested to move to another table, which we did, to immediately be switched back very rudely by the barista. He even seemed upset at us for complying with the orders of his colleague. No apologies for the inconvenience, or a smile. They proceeded to forget about us, if I wouldn't have gone to the counter the pay, they wouldn't even have talked to me. Bartender saved it a bit with an actual genuine smile at the end, but was very upsetting. I'm saying it's ok, but won't be coming back. Coffee was good, but had a bitter taste.
