SHABU to go Rijswijk in Wijk 06

The food was delicious, the delivery driver was fast! And it was inexpensive compared to other sushi restaurants.

Sushi was so poorly "prepared" that it literally fell apart when I picked it up. I ordered chicken yakitori, which was completely undercooked. I contacted them about it, and they told me to send a photo via WhatsApp so they could check. He then said that only with my next order would I get a free portion of yakitori and a little "extra" because they were only open for another 30 minutes. I've never heard or experienced this before (I worked in the hospitality industry for years myself). It wasn't even an order of €15-20. We were regular customers until today!

the service is always super quick and friendly, and the portion sizes are super generous. the guy behind the counter always helps us with patience and a big smile! can definitely recommend :)

Food felt like i ordered only rice, paid 35€ for a box with sushi wich were the size of my pinky toe! Filling of sushi was without taste and almost only rice! Sea weed was like plastic and sticky like caramel! Service was fine and atmosphere was good, but this place is good only for visiting, not for eating!

Doesn’t worth its price. 60 euros trashed… I’ve ordered 2 boxes and sushi is tucked with overcooked rice. It’s so much rice that I don’t taste the fish, If it has any taste. Tasteless, really bad sushi. I do not recommend having a take out from this place. You want sushi, make yourself at home rather than ordering from here.

Our regular place to get sushi, always great! The sushi tastes good, the fish is fresh and the side dishes are always warm. Nothing to complain about. We also sat inside a few times, not the most cozy restaurant but just fine! The food is always very tasty.

Placed an order for sushi and hot dumplings, delivery was on time, but after unpacking it looked like it had come out of the garbage bin, everything was mixed up like porridge. When I called to report this, it was replaced immediately and I received my new order after half an hour, and now it only came with the dumplings worth 8.25 that were not included. I called again to explain this and then I realized that nothing can happen to the dumplings even if they are shaken up. Now it is true that if you spend almost 80.00 euros on sushi you should not expect it to arrive mixed up and if you have a complaint you can expect that you will receive the entire order new as it would be very nice if you could eat the dumplings at the same time as the sushi when the dumplings are still warm and not cold after half an hour. Service and warranty right to your door, especially if you have paid in advance. We have always been very satisfied customers and have ordered very regularly, but the fact that they deal with a misunderstanding in this way is really not normal, we will order sushi elsewhere from now on. In response to this, the gentleman told me that that was good and that I should like it, but after this stressful order that was not what it should be. We ate but it was not tasty

The order was 1.5 hours late. I called the store where my order was stored twice and was told: sorry, the delivery person is on his way. The food was cold and limp (spring rolls and fried gyoza) upon arrival and the sushis were neither tasty nor fresh. A waste of money because you don't get quality food and good service. Will never order from here again.

We didn't think the sushi was fresh, we had cupid platter in a box that was different from the one on the site. It wasn't worth the money, too bad.

Always order here because I want freshly made hot sushi. So I order a box, delivered quickly (20 minutes) but unfortunately all the sushi rice was cold and soggy. Not what I'm used to from shabu. Also the nori sheets had become completely soft. It was clear that this had just been in the fridge and was given away. Too bad.

When we pick up or order sushi, we always do it at this Shabu to go. The sushi here is fresh, they make it as soon as you order it. This is the best sushi spot! Very friendly staff and are never stingy with the sachets of soya sauce :) The chicken box sushi is highly recommended, we take it every time, just like the maki. The spicy salmon and crunchy roll with shrimp are also very tasty and we eat them regularly.

Super lekker poke bowl en sushi

Voor het eerst moeten halen, bezorging was niet mogelijk. Maar het was weer heerlijk.

While you can absolutely dine in like if it was a restaurant, mind that it is not a restaurant, it's a nicely furnished pick-up place for take aways, there's no one coming for your order (you have to order at the counter and pay right away) and they lack basic stuff like glasses. The food is also not very cheap, I spent a little less than 50 for my own order. That being said, food was amazingly good, they are generous with the proportions and it tastes very very good.

3x achter elkaar besteld waarbij er geen japanse mayo wordt gedaan op de sushi waar het wel op hoort. Hierdoor is de sushi best droog en heeft het een heel andere smaak als dat het hoort. (Bijvoorbeeld bij crispy ebi en crunchy roll)

Geen grote fan van sushi maar de service was klasse! In de beschrijving vermeld over een glutenallergie. Werd direct gebeld door de manager die een aangepaste optie voorstelde. Wat we kregen was perfect met een super snelle service.

Heerlijk gegeten! Alles vers en zeer goed van kwaliteit. Had eerder al sushi thuis laten bezorgen (was ook zeer goed!!), maar ben met mijn vriendin nu ook een keer in het restaurant gaan zitten. Restaurant is sfeervol ingericht. Bediening uitstekend. Hier ga ik zeker nog vaker eten...

Perfecte service!! Mijn zoon had een online bestelling geplaatst bij het verkeerde filiaal. Ondanks dat de eigenaar het super druk had, heeft hij ons top geholpen en is de bestelling alsnog in dit filiaal verwerkt. Top!!!

Wat een slechte ervaring. Nooit meer. Duurde langer dan 1 uur. Ik had gebeld ja het duurt altijd max 1 uur. Het duurde al langer maar prima. Lekker klantvriendelijk gereageerd. Vervolgens waren me ebi garnalen en loempia's helemaal nat en klef omdat ze te lang in een doosje hebben gezeten. De sushi was wel te doen, maar zeker niet het wachten waard. Dat ze hier zoveel geld voor kunnen vragen. Eens maar nooit meer.

Had een probleempje maar ze hebben het heel snel opgelost toppers!!
