SHABU to go Zoetermeer in Centrum

Black pepper chicken = chicken thigh with tender skin and no sauce Terriyake chicken = fried, dry chicken skewers with minimal sauce Snackbox 9 = Soggy gyozas, spring rolls, and shrimp I'm honestly bummed I spent my money here. It's outrageous that this is allowed to be delivered like this. The quality is seriously subpar.

This time, our fried shrimp and spring rolls were a bit of a disappointment; they were fried in old oil and the shrimp weren't fresh. Unfortunately, I had to use the restroom several times. It's a shame, even though it's busy; the quality should never suffer, which was the case this time.

Got food poisoning. Unfortunately, the gentleman on the phone, who was almost impossible to understand, did not believe me. The gentleman was also of the opinion that I should have called the next day. But hey, when you're sick in bed, that doesn't work out so well. The delivery man was friendly.

Lots to mention. Sushi as always tasty and many variations. Service was great. Nice and see you next time!

Recently after a long time again ordered Shabu to go. Unfortunately the sushi's are starting to be full with a lot of rice and a very thin slice of fish.

We had sushi delivered yesterday. The quality of the sushi is not what I am used to. The ratio between rice and fish was far from the nigiri. Too much rice and fish was so thin it's almost transparent. There were no bags of free ginger included.

The order came an hour and 13 minutes later than they actually said. After fifteen minutes we called and it turned out that they had no delivery people. WHY IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER THEN? The sushi is also mediocre. I would only recommend this if you don't mind starving to death and then being fed some kind of dog food.

I have only ordered for pickup for a long time, tonight I also ordered for delivery. Delivery was supposed to take an hour but they were there within 45 minutes. I thought that was quite a long time for a weekday. The poke bowls are delicious and I really like the snacks like ebi fry, gyozas etc. Next time I will order pickup again! Otherwise just delicious food imo!

It was tasty, but because it took quite a while to deliver it (an hour and a half), it was lukewarm.

Seriously, we waited almost two and a half hours for delivery. And to say that it is worth it... Called, would be called back. Nope, totally nada.

Even 1 star is still too much. Called after 2 hours to find out where my order was. They had to figure this out because she was outside (?). Called back after 15 minutes, delivery person had just left. After just over 2.5 hours, still no one. Called several times, they were no longer reachable by phone. After calling way too many times they finally got a hold of them and they had made a mistake. The delivery person who was on his way was not the delivery person who had my order. He was really going to drive away now. Finally canceled the order after waiting 3 hours (!) and asked for a refund... curious if they can do that. The delivery person finally showed up at the door. We fully understood that the order could be returned, according to him there was a party all evening with orders returned... so that says enough 🙁

Not fresh and mediocre in taste. Better order your sushi elsewhere than here! €60.00 not worth it at all! Then you are a Shabu and you serve this kind of quality sushi and sashimi. Oh dear..! I really hope that you will do something about the quality..

We order at 6:00 PM and are politely called that the food will arrive a little later, it is now half past seven, they deliver our food but forget half of it, we call about it and they arranged it nicely, there would be some extra costs because it went wrong. neatly arranged. When the second part of our food arrives, it is cold and simply reheated, spring rolls are completely soft and a bowl of seaweed strings as compensation This place is so bad at everything, new customer and then you arrange this as follows Shame on you!!!

I had ordered online to pick up at 5 pm. When I got there it wasn't ready yet and they took a while to finish it but the sushi was delicious so it was worth the wait.

Ordering was easy, the order came on time but the food quality was really bad (no taste at all, just rice). I don't recommend ordering from this place if taste is what you looking for.

Super restaurant en Prima service, hadden de verkeerde box gekregen, gebeld, uitgelegd en zonder enkel probleem en binnen een kwartier de goede box gekregen. Top opgelost!

Veel keuzes in het menu, lekker snelle levering en zeer lekker. Vers en smakelijk. Ik raad het iedereen aan.

Beetje het gevoel dat ik in een werkplaats binnen kwam. De sushi was prima en de mensen vriendelijk, maar dit is duidelijk meer gericht op bezorgen dan dat je het afhaalt. Bezorgen is overigens ook altijd prima bij hun!

Het is wel even anders met 30 man ipv 250. Maar ondanks dat smaakte het eten prima en ondanks dat voor 3 man 2 tafels op anderhalve meter stonden, voelde het niet zo. Prima avondje!

Helaas meer dan 2 uur moeten wachten en vervolgens geeft men aan dat je wat krijgt ter compensatie het lange wachten. Wat zit er bij. Helemaal niks. Een enorme teleurstelling. Volgende keer toch maar weer bij een betrouwbare zaak wat bestellen.

Vriendelijke personeel, goed eten, goede prijs kwaliteit.

Snelle levering & heerlijke Sushi !

I've been coming here for a few years now, to take away Sushi. We all know Shabu, the opinions differ. In my initial review I gave 4* with a comment 'easy on the sauces'. I still enjoy their Sushi, but recently I find that I am not getting value for money anymore. Sushi doesn't appear to be as richly filled, and the prices are not going down. I will certainly be visiting less.

De kwaliteit is goed zoals we ook van het restaurant gewend zijn. De bestelling was al na 20 min. thuis bezorgd!

Echt lekker eten vind het alleen echt jammer dat ze zo laat open gaan en vroeg sluiten.
