Lazy staff. Bad service. Bad food.

Food is very expensive, little choice, pasta tastes like frozen Aldi. Pizza was burnt.

Verrast door de kwaliteit! Na een middagje op de piste van Snowworld Zoetermeer gingen we iets eten bij Monte Bianco. Het eten was ver boven verwachting!

Don't go here! First, I waited an hour to order, and then I received the wrong pizza twice. Definitely not recommended!

This is one of the places I’m eating at anytime I’m in Netherlands. If you are in zoetermeer or visiting snow world, this is your go to place to eat. The pasta was sooo good and creamy. The staff was friendly and helpful when we forgot our debit card at the premises. An 11/10 experience

Lovely patio and fun for the kids. Our son's children's pasta plate was rather sparsely stocked. Adding some extra pasta took a lot of effort and a grumpy, unfriendly manager. He slammed the plate down on the table in front of our son.

Nice terrace with very rude service. You won't see us here again.

Ordered 5 pizzas and 1 pasta, waited for over an hour while all the tables after us had already received their food. After asking several times, it turned out that only 4 pizzas could be put in the oven, so they 'chose to do all the other tables first'. Should have told us that straight away; then we would have ordered one less pizza or divided the group over 2 tables. Now this took a lot of ski time away, which is a shame. Food itself okay, service friendly. But make sure you order a maximum of 4 pizzas per table.

Very surprised at the turn of events just after the relaxations on September 25. Neat QR code check upon entry. Sit outside because the weather is nice and go inside to order a drink. 3 staff at the bar, are asked to find an empty table inside to take the order. Then wait there for the order (save 20 meters compared to outside, other side of the window). Brought drinks to the table, asked if bitterballen could be delivered when they were ready. Also not possible, Mr. (are you following me, manager) likes us, but is too sad to put it down to us. We were able to pay later, because we also wanted to stay for a bite to eat. 5 minutes later someone else arrives to say that we have not paid. I explained the situation and it was impossible because reservations could only be made by telephone. I say I'll call you later, I walk away and that's literally how it goes. What a feeling of hospitality after such a tough time. Decided to eat somewhere else...

Worthless! If you want something to eat after skiing, you cannot order food there because the kitchen cannot handle it. If only all tables were occupied, but that wasn't even the case. What a mockery to have to end your SnowWorld day like this.

Pizza bodems zijn met goed bestek niet door te snijden, dun en van ongerezen deeg, ingredienten zijn goed maar kok lijkt niet te leren van eerdere beoordelijlngen over die karton bodem.

Gezellige en aardige bediening. Tartufo pizza was heerlijk. Pannacotta was subliem. Kaart mag uitgebreider. Open keuken is leuk en de Italiaanse muziek is top. Entourage en inrichting (incl meubilair) mag absoluut gezelliger en knusser. Misschien meer gebruik van roomdividers en meer sfeerlicht vooral ook op de tafels.

Verstopt achter het grote snowworld. Het heeft een -gelukkig- een beperkte kaart. De pizza’s zijn dun en smaakvol belegd. De pasta is precies al dente gekookt. De grote zandbak met speeltoestellen biedt meer dan normaal vertier voor kinderen.

Dit heerlijke nieuwe restaurant zit nog een beetje verstopt in Snowworld, maar als je het gevonden hebt, vergeet je het niet meer. Wat een heerlijke pizza’s, die met liefde gemaakt worden. Alle ingrediënten komen uit Italië, aldus de kok. Echt een aanrader deze!!

Just opened, staff still had some time to come, but the management was very friendly. In terms of food, it is a "simple" pizza/pasta place. I'm a pizza lover and think they still need to do some improvement with the pizza bases. I don't think the oven was hot enough, so the base was too tough. (or dough may not have risen properly). But it was just fine to eat. This is a great restaurant for children (when it's not raining), the outdoor playground is really great. Large with fun play houses and other equipment. It's just a shame that half of the restaurant is hidden behind a wall. So then you can't keep an eye on your kids outside. Will definitely come back, if only to "take the kids out" :-)
