Toilet inaccessible; the machine is currently not accepting payment, causing a long line! Reported to the cashier that the payment machine was defective. The lady indicated that I should buy a ticket from her, which wasn't very smart since the gate doesn't open with the ticket either. Not good service!

I come here almost every morning to get a sandwich. The last few days, the sandwiches have been made really badly... just like the staff are performing forced labor.

On the way back from Schagen, we stopped here to grab a bite to eat. We chose fries. Delicious freshly fried fries, packed! Next time we’ll stop here again for a bite to eat, and try something else. I was surprised that this place was so big and that there are so many different types of food available. As for what others write about the toilets, well, I actually rarely use the restroom at a gas station while on the road, because many visitors leave a dirty mess behind there, and there isn't an actual toilet attendant there anymore these days due to budget cuts.

Really bad. You pay a euro for mega filthy toilets... dirty toilet paper everywhere, dirty seats, no hand soap. Even though you get a 50-cent ticket, it doesn't compensate for the filth. Not to mention that the staff at Starbucks are incredibly slow. They don't know what they're selling or how to make it. Standing there with their hands in their pockets or applying lip gloss while the line stretches outside. They don't care much.

The worst gas station ever, I stopped by this gas station to have some rest and to use the toilet and there I forgot my mobile phone, after I went away I realised that I forgot my mobile inside the toilet and I called the worker and asked him to check my mobile and he said they checked it and found nothing. I have a doubt about this situation. I called their manager and he seemed unhelpful and he mentioned that every month at least once a mobile is lost in the gas station and they don't find it which sounds weird so if you lost something then expect that you will not have it back.

Really great place! I was served by a Surinamese guy with a beard; he made me a tasty healthy chicken sandwich. The sandwich was very heavy; I almost couldn't get it into my car because it was so full. Shout out to the staff here! Everyone does their best except for that tall guy with big feet!

Convenient gas station along the highway where you can fill up quickly and drive on. Inside, you can get a good coffee and fresh sandwiches, ideal for on the road. The restroom is also clean and well-maintained, which is always nice during a short stop. Visit: Monday, November 18 – approximately 5:30 PM – Shell A2 Haarrijn I went to this location today around 5:30 PM and I have never been treated so disrespectfully. The woman with the short, spiky haircut and glasses working at this time assisted me in a way that absolutely does not reflect customer service. When I asked about options without regular milk because of my allergy (their frother was broken), all I got was a repetitive and blunt response: "Cold coffee, cold coffee, cold coffee." No effort, no solution, no attempt to help. When I asked if there was anything possible in terms of price or compensation, that too was immediately and unpleasantly cut off. The attitude, energy, and conversation were so negative that I left feeling uneasy, even though I was only asking for a simple solution for a cup of coffee. The most concerning thing: this employee refused to give her name. That speaks volumes. The combination of her posture, hairstyle, and glasses, along with the exact time of my visit, makes it clear who I'm referring to. It's important to mention that the other woman present around the same time, a friendly, dark-skinned employee (her name sounds like Jovanji), was indeed helpful. The contrast was striking. I left feeling awful, and that's purely due to the way I was addressed. Customer friendliness and service were nowhere to be found here.

300 liter tank, no coffee and tries to make me pay for someone else's fuel

The man at the cafeteria is not customer-friendly at all. You have to wait for minutes, even though he's already given you strange, grumpy looks. When you ask for the sauce on your fries, he says, "Just take it." When a woman comes to his counter, the man suddenly becomes cheerful!

Paying for a dirty toilet isn't a surprise these days, but the fact that all the coffee machines are out of order is a real shame. We had a sandwich at this lovely gas station last night at 3:30! However, it needs to be kept clean; the tables were covered in dirt (customers are guilty of that too), and to our surprise, mice were literally dancing on the table!

Absolutely awful!!! The kids were craving a milkshake, and we literally got cold milk with ice cubes. I politely told the person who made it: "This isn't a milkshake, ma'am!" She replied in a very antisocial way: "You shouldn't buy a milkshake here next time." Again, I think this is absolutely awful!

Refueling with LPG/gas is not possible. The adapter was stolen and not replaced.

Toilet paper gone, towels to dry your hands gone. You can hardly fill up in the evening because the gas stations are used as parking lots. It is a gathering place for groups who hang around for hours both inside and outside. I don't really feel safe there.

In the morning of 6-3-'25, refueled here around 5:00 am. Looked neat and helped friendly. I really needed to go to the toilet, but had no money for the toilet (can't and don't want to pay with the phone and have a fuel card). There was no hand soap in the toilet and the waste bin was overflowing. Costs 80ct. 4 Croquettes from vending machine were much too old with tough breadcrumbs. Last weekend 15-02-2025 (00:30) I stopped here to stretch my legs and get something to drink. Once at the cash register there was a Moroccan Turkish looking young man. Who really didn't feel like working. No greeting. When he told me how much it cost, I gave him the money and he started throwing coins into the little hatch as if I had done something wrong. For such a professional company like Shell, I find such staff really disappointing that such people ruin things for such a large company. The thief was supposed to come and pay for the toy he stole from you - an avocado toy, around 5-6 pm. I had not been to a gas station for years because I could land at home, but now with a petrol car I regularly visit the gas station again. Refueling worked fine, but the rest is dramatic! Was there yesterday around 11pm after a flight back to Schiphol. Checkout, you get a look at why you don't just use the 'self checkout', no "thank you" or "have a nice evening" nothing at all came out of the gentlemen's mouths that were directed at me. The snack corner is hidden in the back and there seem to be young people hanging around everywhere. Not a pleasant experience and certainly not a safe feeling.

Just bought a snack. At least, that's what I thought. I paid for a bami slice at the snack wall. Then I tried to open the box, but I couldn't. Money gone. Then I explained the situation at the counter. It was said that I could buy a snack and that the money would be back in the account half an hour later. I was already skeptical and indicated this. But the gentleman said with an undertone that he had been working there for years and that it would be the case. Of course I'm not going to wait half an hour at the gas station. Now that I have arrived home hours later, it turns out that I was disappointed. Away €2.75. That's easy money to make there on the backs of the customers! The bami disc itself was okay, but not like the chip shop in your own village.
