Very disappointed with my order. I asked for a large caffe latte with 5 ristretto shots, but the order was clearly wrong. When I asked about it, I was told only 5 ristretto shots were added, but the drink had 7 shots in total. As a former café owner and starbucks regular customer (I always get the same recipe) I could tell immediately that something was off. Unfortunately, this was not what I ordered or expected.

The drinks (coffee, caramel, frappuccino) were delicious, and I tasted a new cake which was also perfect. However, the staff really need to listen to customers better and speak better Dutch and English; that would be a plus, I think. Even though it is busy, that is just part of the job when you work at a gas station along the highway. But okay, otherwise it was great, keep up the good work 💪

Tasty coffee, but pricey Friendly staff Wide selection of quick bites

I payed almost 20€ for two coffees and what I got back was a burnt coffee and attitude from the barista while he was throwing his stuff all around. That is supposed to be a caramel macchiato.

I was here on a Wednesday afternoon. Super friendly staff, especially the blonde lady behind the counter! She chatted with everyone. The location was clean and quiet. 😊

Took 20 mins and there was only 1 person in front of us. On top of that, burnt coffee

This Starbucks is very pleasant; nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Downside: often no coconut milk

There is one person working, I waited 10 minutes to order my coffee, seriously, and then acting grumpy and not even being customer-friendly. This is a terrible place.

(Haarrijn Parking 3/7/26) Team of young people way too busy teasing each other, unprofessional, loud discussions. (4 people) There was quite a long line (8 people waiting for coffee) and they were laughing and talking animatedly, but only one girl was making coffee; the rest were conversing. When a man said something about it, they all went berserk at him. “F-ing this” “f-ing that”. Only to then complain loudly about rude customers and how there is something every week. It was a particularly grim atmosphere. I found it shocking. They were all laughing at the complaining customer. Other customers agreed but didn't dare say anything anymore. Their behavior was very unprofessional, and their reaction to an angry customer was many times worse. I have never seen anything like it.

Okay and expensive, like all gas stations

After being stuck at the airport for 48 hours, we were exhausted and really needed a good meal. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with a nice selection and fresh options. After such a long and tiring time at the airport, it was exactly what we needed!

Bad coffee tastes just like pure Buisman from back in the day, a waste of money.

I was at this Starbucks location on Saturday, August 1, at 2:30 PM. There was an employee who I believe was named Kouresh or Kaush; I don't know his exact name, but he appeared to have a foreign background. When he saw that I have black hair and am not Dutch, he treated me very rudely. He didn't even smile. His attitude was very unfriendly, he came across as angry, and he raised his voice at me.

Nice staff. Everything is delicious.

1 tip for the lady with the dreadlocks: resolve things in a normal way in front of customers. Getting angry, deliberately putting things down hard out of anger, and shouting things in front of customers is so unprofessional.

Just a quick cup of coffee in the morning, Starbucks style. Delicious caramel macchiato, and then back on the road.

Staff are unfriendly. It is busy, but the staff are standing around doing nothing. Poor service. The line stretches all the way outside to the charging station. Staff are just standing around talking to each other, while there is a very long line. Find another Starbucks that is more customer-friendly. A12 instead of this Starbucks.

For the price you pay these days, there should be some service in return. We waited half an hour, and after first partially forgetting our order, we eventually received it with whipped cream, which was unjustified. It was served with half the whipped cream still on top, though. Sorry, that wasn't included in the price!

After a long day, we finally arrived at Starbucks 25 minutes before closing time, but were immediately told that they were already closed (by the employees who were sitting comfortably on the terrace with a drink). This was due to the chaos of the day and someone who didn't show up?? I work in a supermarket where this happens regularly too, but I can't just decide to close the doors early myself. It is very unfortunate that customers are treated this way at this branch.

Service is too poor! Dont consider every customer as a proper customer. Order chai latte but didnt provide the paper holder but at the same time gave another local customer with the same paper holder. Later asked to provide but the look was not good. Also didnt provide the receipt.

I clearly indicated three times that I wanted a strong Americano. Yet Aragont kept asking if I wanted lemon. I don't understand how someone who apparently doesn't even know how to take an order can be a manager here. Additionally, I found his attitude very arrogant and rude.

Scalding hot coffee... truly ridiculous. As if I want to wait 30 minutes before I can drink my coffee. The beans have been roasted for so long that the bitter aftertaste dances around in your mouth for hours, as if you’ve eaten a beer mat. The beans must be of such inferior quality that they really pulled out all the stops just to extract any coffee flavor. No wonder the average cup of coffee is sold with all sorts of frills... perhaps I should have added a splash of cream and caramel too to make it drinkable. But good coffee... truly good coffee has a smooth, strong flavor without astringency or a bitter aftertaste. You can enjoy truly good coffee as a treat, and a small cup is enough. This isn't coffee; this is a messy soup that is only palatable if you just throw all sorts of things into it.

It's lovely to take a break, and you can enjoy a nice meal and drink here with good service.

I recently tried coffee ice cubes, and while I love coffee, I found this particular twist to be not quite my cup of tea. The concentrated flavor seemed a bit too intense for me in this format. Perhaps I prefer my coffee served in a more traditional way. It's interesting to experiment with different ways to enjoy a favorite beverage, though! It's always good to try new things, even if they don't become a personal favorite. ☕🧊

It was busy, but in contrary to the recent reviews the service and speed was ok. However, do avoid busy sunny weekends. It tends to be packed and then you might be waiting a while. For the rest...it's Starbucks. My experience was not so bad. Time of visit 16:00 on a Sunday.

I don't think they quite understand at this Starbucks that many people are on their way somewhere and just want to pop in and out quickly; everything moves at a particularly relaxed pace here... the To Go concept is nowhere to be found here, but fortunately, the quality of the coffee makes up for a lot.

Unfortunately, my experience at Starbucks was disappointing. The staff didn't listen to my order properly, resulting in a completely different combination than I requested. When I pointed this out, they ignored me completely. The combination I received was so unpleasant that I immediately threw away my large cup. Such a shame.

Sometimes you don't get what you ordered. A medium gets a small, or you forget to add chai to your latte. Sometimes it works out just fine. The selection varies considerably from other locations.

I came 1h before closing and it was closed! I get it like 30 min or 20min but one hour? That’s not okay. The cashier look at me like “meh why are you here now?” So I leaved and then he closed the door! Rude!

Great coffee as usual, was the only customer there when I visited, probably because it was early hours Saturday morning but service was great, friendly staff.

The two women who helped were proactive and customer-friendly. The man who was there was mainly on his phone and paced around without being productive. A waste of labor costs. The coffee was good, as always, and so was the cake. Keeping the place clean is always a challenge here. (Visit was November 7th at 11:40 AM)

Possibly the worst Starbucks experience I‘ve had in the over 10 years I go to Starbucks to get my iced coffee. There were two employees chating, and looking at their phones, whilst a 1 struggled to get out all the coffee orders. I asked for a very specific coffee order, double checked and they dismissed me, telling me this way „it was better”. I did not want it „better”, I wanted what I ordered. Very disappointing final product and customer service. Definitely not worth it.

I got lucky at Starbucks. Starbucks has new plastic cups with seasonal prints. I really wanted two, but there was only one left in the bin, so the lovely lady let me buy the sample cup. I really enjoyed the PSL and, of course, I'm also thrilled with the cups. I asked for a new stamp card, which I'd already forgotten. Even though the person behind the counter was very busy, she reminded me that I'd forgotten the stamp card and brought it over. It was a fantastic experience, and definitely worth a detailed review.

Super fine Starbucks for on the go

I left here incredibly disappointed. The place was empty, there were three people behind the bar, and only one customer ahead of me. Yet, it took a good 10-15 minutes before I finally got my drinks. I ordered an iced latte with two pumps of syrup, but there was absolutely no syrup to be tasted. It tasted like filter coffee had been used instead of espresso—watery, bitter, and absolutely not what you expect from Starbucks. For the price you pay, you really should expect much better quality and service. Unfortunately, this was a very bad experience and definitely not recommended.

I stood at the cash register for five minutes to order, and the staff didn't even respond. They didn't even look at me. So I left.

Today, August 14th, at 7:05 PM, I ordered coffee. There were two other couples waiting for coffee. Apparently, she had a student who still had everything to learn. All due respect. But we realized they were a bit done for the day, and at 7:10 PM, the doors closed. They don't close until 8:00 PM. Strange, but fine, their choice. But after 20 minutes, still no coffee. We said anything, and the lady was definitely not pleased and went completely berserk! Never again will I get coffee here; what rude staff!

Today, June 20th, I arrived at this location at 6:50 PM, along with my husband. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. And despite the fact that there were people before us who had drunk vinegar and were criticizing the staff for already cleaning, they remained friendly. I promised them I'd leave a good review, so here it is 😇 I'm more than satisfied with your service, and it doesn't bother me in the least that you were already cleaning. You don't come here for the food, but you should definitely come for the incredibly delicious coffee and the wide selection. Even though it was busy, the staff remained very friendly and efficient. The tables were unfortunately dirty (due to the crowds), but sitting outside was also an option!

What a terribly filthy place! The enormous hole that's been there for months when you leave the grounds is unacceptable. The amount of coffee in a cappuccino (from the self-service machine) is abominably small. It's a tourist trap. We've seen this station deteriorate so drastically over the past 20 years that we won't be returning.

I completely agree with Miley, that's why I'm adding our experience. We were there around 5:45 PM today on Sunday June 22. The lady and gentleman who were supposed to provide the 'service' were totally not in the mood. Super slow and a tone that doesn't belong to their job. The gentleman didn't understand the names well, which wasn't a problem, but it felt like we shouldn't order from him. The lady was super clumsy and noisy with the tools and coffee machines. And was chewing her gum in a dirty way. The announcement that our drinks were ready was rude and clumsy. The coffee and Chai were OK, just as you would expect from a Starbucks.

I am here almost every week. Lately the service is only getting worse. Today I was here again (14-6-2025 at 9:12 am) I ordered 2 coffee lattes and 1 lemon cake, 2 times Banana bread then I asked to put each cake in a separate bag but the employee did not understand anything. After 5 minutes I heard my name that the coffee was ready, got the coffee and walked away and drove away. Then I drank the coffee but my coffee tasted very strange: water with cinnamon and no coffee at all ... GVD .... I was very angry it was very sloppy of the employee behind the counter ... if you did not understand your order properly or did not hear it properly, why did you not ask?! You can not do something like that. The employee behind the counter did not seem to feel like working, very slow and not customer friendly. He also does not say thank you, please, just nothing ... it was unpleasant .. after this message I will not come back here anymore. It is over.

4x asked for a white chocolate without mocha. Something that is normally not a problem at this and other locations. Mrs. also indicated, so only hot chocolate white? Yes, I want that. Got it with mocha anyway. When I said something about it I was told that it could not be done differently. Strange because my experience in that is different. So keep in mind that you will get something different than you would like.

Delicious coffee and going to the toilet has never been so pleasant

Extreme badly managed location, I stopped by for a coffee and was shocked to see how the employees were talking rudely loud to (especially older)customers and how they were making fun of their names. The staff seem be taken out of the streets and not trained at all.

This starbucks used to offer very good service. The staff were always very friendly and I feel very good always there. Today around 12 pm I went there, the lady with hoofddoek received an order very rude and I gave my stamp card which I can get the second drink for for free but she rejected and told me to get it next time. Don't know why. I had no problem to do the same way in other starbucks last 5 years. Even here in same starbucks! Most annoying thing was her behavior. They better put the person who can receive orders friendly and the person who does't make the customer feel terrible at least.

Starbucks coffee is always disappointing, way too expensive, watery and too bitter in a dirty large cup. Expensive ditch water. Why is there still not a 250 ml aromatic lungo with crema layer in the range? You have to make do if you want black coffee. The coffee from the vending machines at the gas stations themselves is much better and cheaper.

While I question the morals and ethics of Starbucks and the things they support, I do have to say the employees there saved my life with a borrowed charger in my greatest time of need; My phone was dying and I had no idea how to get back home as I was driving a borrowed car alone on the highway as it was getting darker. Nobody knew I left so nobody would know to come find me. I got to sit quietly in a corner with a nice little drink to give me some energy for the 2 ½ hour ride back and charge my phone up to 52% before they had to kick me out because they were closed. The security guard managed to stop some man trying to steal armful of stuff.

Here again their own oat milk is available instead of the watery oat milk from Arla in many Starbucks branches elsewhere, for example at the Rokin in Amsterdam.

We paid 80 cents, but the toilet was not clean.

Normally I am not very pleased with the staff. Today there were 2 very friendly guys who were really looking forward to their work. Had a very tasty matcha latte. This time it was worth the 83 km drive

How on earth is Starbucks popular in Holland!? There were three employees doing nothing whilst a 4th struggled behind the till with a challenging customer. I stood at the next open till for a while then asked if it was open and was told no. So I went and got a coffee at Shell. Came back past Starbucks to find both tills open. What a joke. Used their terrace though. Nice in the sunshine.
