Shoarma pizzeria grillroom Jeruzalem in Oud-Woensel

All the time I order from this restaurant, everything was nice until last night , when I recieved wrong order and once I start complain I got suddenly VERY WRONG FEED BACK AND THE GUY ON THE PHONE CLOSE THE TALKING WITH VERY BAD BEHAVIOR 👎 they stole my money twice , once on the order way and once on the stamps.

I call politely, I was clearly joking, and the gentleman on the phone is super rude. Well, that's really not how you attract customers. Never again antisocial behavior yuck.

Unfortunately for my mother, despite the question: "Please do not over-bake", the lamb cutlet was gray, cooked way too hard. Same for the spare rib: little taste. I expected more. This was her Christmas dinner from Canada. Sad and never again. But happy with the service on the 25th. Nice on time!

Just ordered Jerusalem and it was GREAT! Delivered within 30 minutes and wonderfully warm!

It's better to go to Hizmet, but there is usually a long line there. We visited 2 hair salons here and the gentleman thought it necessary to charge 27 euros for this. At Hizmet it costs 16 euros for 2 hair salons. The hair salon was also in a strange container and not a normal aluminum container, little cheese that was barely melted. Fries were nice and salty but fried briefly. We also had to wait a very long time and the employee was unfriendly.

I ordered a hamburger and suddenly I got a burger in a pita and salad along with it, the sauce was also wrong. there goes my money...

Edit. The next day the owner resolved it nicely. Have your food delivered in 3 hours! We have been customers for over 20 years, but never again! Every time we call and they say it's coming. It is now 12.30 and I want to go to sleep. Really this is soooo bad as if they want to declare their business bankrupt.

In my stupid mind I had the address automatically entered at my workplace while I left for home immediately afterwards. When I got a call and didn't see anyone at the door, the sweet man asked for my own address and then delivered my order. I have never experienced such good service! I had a pizza and really liked it!

After all the reviews I was a bit hesitant, but I didn't have much choice during the night. Trying to order by telephone was not possible. Had to go online. After ordering online & waiting for over an hour (ordered at 2:30 am), I called. 'The delivery person is on his way, you don't have to call anymore'. Well, we waited another half hour for that, and of course they were closed afterwards. It is now 6:04 am and I still have no food. Worthless tent (the order has also been paid for)

Ate a shawarma sandwich here with 2 people, and then both got very sick. Called the next day to report it, you got a big mouth

Pizza was ready quickly, very low priced. Tasted perfect, sauces were also very good (I got one for free too). Highly recommended and easily accessible.

Ordered hair salons, called after waiting 1 hour and was told they would be there in 15 minutes. We only had our food after 2 hours. Kapsalon was 4/5 fries and 1/5 meat and salad (which consisted of 2 dry cucumber slices.) The employees don't want to help you and are extremely rude. Nasty food, poor service, extremely long waiting times. In short… DO NOT ORDER!

Other scammers, I ordered and they didn't call, they didn't bring any food. A shame

I like the food but last night they didn’t deliver and they didn’t pick up the phone EDIT: understandable but you set the delivery times and not picking up to at least tell us the order would not make it is not acceptable which is a shame because I really like the food

Went to eat with 4 people, 1 person had ordered a super shawarma LARGE sandwich, once the food arrived it was a standard small pita sandwich with shawarma, the staff was approached but not customer friendly at all, they started a discussion with us and no solution at all! They indicated that the menus had printing errors and that the customer should ask in advance whether the menu is correct? Also, the homemade hair salon (standard 1 size) cannot be adjusted to a smaller size, although it is served on a plate, so I do not recommend people with a stomach reduction to eat here. When paying, they stuck to their position and then argued with us again about the printing errors on the map and that we had to ask whether the map was correct. Customer friendliness: 0 Food was fine!

Do not deliver to the hotel because it is too far. €31.50 just gone. Hopefully your money will be refunded but I'm afraid not. What a rip-off, not normal

After the Guus Meeuwis concert, we ate shawarma here. Super clean place and food was good.

Food is tough and a dry can of drinks is forgotten then you call them and they say yes it is busy with your next order you will get that with it you will probably pay almost 4 euros for redbull you won't even get it

Worst kebab I've ever had in all of Eindhoven, for real. I went to the restaurant with one friend, and I paid for one kapsalon and one cola almost 15 euros...

Ordered on Saturday night, it was 2 or 3 o'clock. They don't show up at the door until 5 o'clock in the morning!!!! 😡 Of course we fell asleep. Called back the next day for a solution as the amount was 40 euros for 3x a durum 🤦🏻‍♀️ and we were able to sort it out. Rip offs 💪 never order again

Food was only delivered after more than 2 hours. Ordered a dish with 2 pitas of cheese. Well, we didn't get those pitas and instead there was a bag of (limp and lukewarm) fries that we never ordered. The company was also unavailable. Tried calling several times but got a voicemail straight away. What a ball tent man.

We have been ordering for years (since 2000) and have never had a problem ordering a shawarma / spare rib dish from you for years. Now suddenly too much effort, thanks, but then we will eat and order somewhere else from now on.

The service was very good, instructions were followed perfectly. The food itself was no longer warm. The hair salon was nice.

Heb zojuist woorden gehad met een mede eigenaar die altijd chagrijnig is en kijkt. Wou lamskoteletten bestellen ,zegt ie kei boos duurt lang je moet wachten. Ik ben aangelopen.dit is al de zoveelste keer. Als ik bel begrijpt ie niks en als ik kom doet ie boos.jammer sit want het eten is lekker kom er al jaren .

Never had a problem here, they deliver good food and yes sometimes its a bit late but honestly every normal person would understand that restaurants are a busy place and that it might take a little longer than usual :)

Ze waren eigenlijk al gesloten, maar ik ben alsnog geholpen met een durum doner. Vriendelijk personeel, goede service en eten, en eerlijke prijzen !

Eten goed bediening niet vriendelijk

Al heel lang op zoek naar lekker broodje shoarma en gevonden! Lekker (goed gegrild) vlees, lekkere sla mix, 3 lekkere sausjes. Niets mis mee, komen we zeker terug. Lekker buiten op klein terrasje opgegeten.

The restaurant is a nice option for people who are looking for a place where is open till midnight. I had kapsalon for several times: the food quality is good with a fair portion.

Weet niet hoe ze het doen, maar de shoarma is magisch.Hands down de beste in Eindhoven.

Lekker gegeten hier, personeel dat er werkt is ook erg vriendelijk.

2 kapsalon van €11,00 in bakjes waar met een scheiding normaal een schotel in wordt geserveerd. Een woord schandalig. Nooit meer ga ik hier bestellen. Wel een hele vriendelijke bezorger.

Eten was ok, niet echt heel goed. Duurde wel bijna 2 uurtjes voordat ik mijn bestelling kreeg en de bezorger had heel veel moeite om mijn huis te vinden.

Al dertig jaar vaste klant. Constante kwaliteit; altijd top. Mijn favoriet is de Jeruzalem Speciaal schotel met de lekkere salade. Als traditie komen wij al jaren op eerste of tweede kerstdag bij Jeruzalem eten! 😀

Zoals altijd heerlijke shoarma en warm bezorgd. Vroeger met stappen kwamen we wekelijks. Kwaliteit is nog steeds hetzelfde nl perfect.

Ik vind het eten heerlijk altijd goed. Ik woon nu al jaren in liempde maar als ik shoarma wil rij ik naar Eindhoven . Hier in de omgeving is het veel minder. MVG Hennie

after carefully ordering our specific orders we recieved nothing. absolutely nothing. of the 2 pizzas, pieces of chicken and french fries, we only recieved 1 undercooked sad looking pizza, AND NOTHING ELSE. we didnt recieve fried chicken. we got one pot of boiled onion and a few pieces of deadboiled chicken. our second pizza? gone like a fart in the wind. nothing in this restaurant was aimed at satisfying the customer. WHERE WAS MY FRIED CHICKEN????? WHERE WAS THE SALAD FOR THE VEGAN? why did you leave so soon to not recieve our complaints? bro please give us some digestable food, so we surivave whatever you tried to feed us in the first place. jesus christ.
