Always pleasant to spend time there. With good prices.

The lunchroom has a friendly atmosphere and is particularly popular with the elderly. It was very busy, though, so it took a while before I was served. The staff were generally welcoming, especially the older lady who helped me; the younger colleagues seemed a bit less interested. Unfortunately, accommodating my lactose intolerance proved difficult, which limited the options. The portions were large, but the taste could use some refinement. All in all, a reasonable experience, but I don't think I will be coming back here again.

My Saturday morning favorite since our youngest has dance class around the corner. I'm already dreaming of my hot meat sandwich again.

Great place for a cup of coffee and a sandwich. The hot meat sandwich with peanut sauce tasted good. Friendly service. The order was brought quickly and, despite the location in the shopping center, it has a cozy atmosphere.

It's a shame the service has deteriorated so much. It used to be good, but this past month it was truly terrible. The girl is still trying, but the man with the glasses is very unprofessional. The quality of the food has also declined. My schnitzel was served burnt (the burnt side was turned over). I asked for a new one and thankfully received one, but for that price, it's ridiculous. The toasted sandwich had the same problem; the burnt side was simply turned over.

It's such a shame that Richard, our liaison officer, no longer works here. He knew everyone's needs. He cared so much about the elderly. We just miss him.

August 14, 2025: Whenever I'm in Hilversum, I always visit this coffee shop in the church gardens. They also have a very extensive selection of delicious sandwiches. It was 8 a.m., and I started with a fried egg sandwich. Followed by a warm sausage roll with a cup of coffee. And finished with a steak tartare sandwich. Everything tasted fantastic. In short, an absolute must-try if you're in the area.

A really nice, cozy place to eat and drink. It's always busy, but in a pleasant way. It's located in a (neighborhood) shopping center (covered) but with an open terrace (making it feel like you're sitting outside), and you'll quickly encounter people shopping or running errands there. The neighborhood shopping center itself is a successful formula (we should have more of them) with grocery stores (AH/Lidl), a few fashion stores, Zeeman, Primera, Etos, Kruidvat, a hairdresser, fishmonger, florist, greengrocer, cheese shop, and more. Truly everything you need. This place is pleasantly busy, thanks to the hustle and bustle around and in the center. It's a great place to just sit and chat, or celebrate something like a birthday. The food and drinks are good (tasty), and the staff are professional and service-oriented. Just outside is a free bookshop (with a wide selection, even changing daily), and it's even nice to sit there alone. There is always something to see and do... In short, the place to be.

Lovely place! Great service and food. The Cafe itself is so beautiful, probably abit too nice to be in a small shopping centre. Delishious pancakes too!

A cozy eatery in the Kerkelanden shopping center. We regularly sit here for a cup of coffee, a glass of beer, and something to eat. The food is always delicious and the service is good.

1 hour waiting for a raw bland lumpia and a single extremely overworked waiter for over 20 tables. Hire more people already!!!

Friendly service, unpleasant place

Nice place for lunch. Including tasty and fresh bread. Lots of choice, extensive menu. Nice and smooth service. The only area for improvement I think is the toilet. Not clean. But maybe the toilet is not part of it, and it is a public toilet for all visitors to the shopping center

Gezellig, lekker eten, amicaal, maar gezellig personeel.

Prima plek, was samen met goede vriendin, medewerkers vriendelijk en sfeer ongedwongen, behulpzaam, we hebben er best een tijd gezetten omdat mijn hondje bij de dierenarts was.

Hele leuke plek voor een kop koffie of om te lunchen. Bediening is erg gastvrij en de service is snel.

Snelle service en van zeer goede kwaliteit

Prima voor een kopje koffie, broodje of een taartje. Het is wel in het winkelcentrum, dus dat doet natuurlijk wel iets met de sfeer. Ze hebben er in elk geval hun best voor gedaan om het gezellig te maken. Je kan ook binnen zitten, daar hebben ze een (imitatie) open haard, heel gezellig! Hele aardige mevrouw in de bediening. Altijd iets lekkers voor de kleine.

Leuk terrasje in het winkelcentrum, hebben een lekker tapbiertje gedronken en niet gegeten. Een aanrader om hier even te pauzeren tijdens het winkelen...gezellig stekje

Prima plek. Goeie kwaliteit eten. Voor mij is de koffie te sterk. Maar liefhebbers van wat sterkere koffie zitten hier goed. Het eten is prima. Altijd leuk opgemaakt. Bediening, altijd gastvrij en vrolijk.

Wat is het toch heerlijk om bin siësta te gaan eten!!!! Overheerlijke saté en schnitzel. En de top bediening door Jenny !!!! Een echte aanrader.
