30ml Hilversum Specialty Coffee & Food in Centrum

We had a delicious brunch, the pancakes deluxe are so so good the batter is very tasty by itself already and combined with the toppings is 10/10. The avocado toast with poached eggs was also very tasty 10/10 the service quick and the staff very friendly.

What a great place. Delicious coffee and brilliant toasted sandwiches. Friendly staff. You can work there. There's free water. I really enjoyed spending an afternoon here.

The açaí bowl was delicious. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow—my latte macchiato took over 30 minutes to arrive. However, one of the kind staff members explained the delay was due to limited resources, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience was okay.

This is my one of my favourite places in Hilversum! Amazing, delicious pancakes and coffee. We have visited multiple times and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!

Coffee is delicious but the customer service is so bad that unfortunately it is not worth sitting here to enjoy a coffee! Shame because otherwise a nice place. Maybe a substitute of staff would help …

The coffee itself is fine, but €5 for a medium (we can even call it a small) cappuccino is of course ridiculous.

The coffee it’s good and the staff is really friendly and kind hearted.

The salmon sandwich was delicious, but the bread was a small roll, kind of the end of a loaf. The large coffee is also more of a medium coffee. Unfortunately, despite the good flavors, I went home with a small stomach so I could have a proper lunch there.

Dog friendly. You can ask for some whipped cream for your dog 🐶🥰

Really nice place but waited over 30 mins for my coffee as did the rest of the table. If they can speed up their service, then it would be a 5.

I sit here almost every week to work and I really like it here. I always ordered food here via home delivery because I think they have by far the best dishes for lunch in Hilversum. But sitting here is fantastic, the gentleman serving is always cheerful and helpful, there is a nice water tap with free water and inside you get the feeling that you are sitting in a living room. If you visit here, I would definitely try the hangover omelet, the club sandwich, the granola bowl or the trainwreck sandwich. PS: The coffee is fantastic

Lavender latte was fantastic. At least 4 milk alternatives. Really great coffee. Pancakes, breakfast sandwich, Benedict and omelette were very tasty. Season special pancakes were delicious.

The wait time can be quite long.

I often visit this place for coffee and breakfast, today I was served a very hot cappuccino with strange foam, very thick and rich, I returned the coffee and asked to throw it away because it is simply impossible to drink, nothing with to make cappuccino, which the man at the bar replied, I was told that they don't make coffee with cold milk. . . very rude service and poor quality coffee

Best coffee we've had in the Netherlands in 5 weeks. We ordered 2 x double shot cortados and they were exceptional. Milk was stretched just right, coffee was not bitter or burnt. We also had 2 of the toasties on gluten free bread. They were delicious and had the right amount of cheese. Service was friendly and warm and the owner took time to chat with us about coffee in different parts of the Netherlands. Highly recommend. Glen and Angie

Nice tent for drinks and lunch or breakfast. Casual atmosphere and plenty of vegetarian options. Quite pricey, but super friendly staff.

Vegan tosti was tasty but a bit expensive for the amount. Oat cappuccino was good. Big downside is that they forgot to process our food order. This made the waiting time very long (30+ minutes). In the meantime no one came to check if everything was alright. The venue wasn’t very busy so we weren’t really wow’ed by the service level. In the end I checked in when the food would be served because I didn’t have anymore time to wait. They offered that we could take it Togo or that it would be done in a few minutes. After this interaction we received the food. So, in the end I’m happy with how it was solved, but some improvements to the service would make it nicer to come back.

We always love 30ml and the drinks and foods are nice in all branches. Only we wondered where bosbessen were on our special pancake?

Delicious salmon, poached eggs and avocado on toast. Reminds me of New Zealand cafes. Nice chai latte also. Will be back, one of the best cafes in Hilversum.

My favorite brunch spot :) always going there for their Crossiant deluxe. This is my favorite! Honestly i never tried anything else there !

Been looking for fresh coffee before 10:00 am in Hilversum for a long time. Today I ran into it. Friendly service and a very good cappuccino from 8 o'clock. And also normally priced. I will come here much more often🙏

You can drink very good coffee here. Definitely a good place for a delicious Americano, Espresso Mchiato and cappuccino. In my opinion the sandwiches could use more ingredients. Nice terrace to enjoy the sun in the summer. My experience was cold drinks. It was delicious. We really enjoyed it. I'm happy 😋

Definitely a good place for a tasty mild cappuccino.

This is arguably the best coffee in Hilversum. Food is also good. Some guests are not so considerate with respect to noise (loud kids and phone calls), which has discouraged me from going so often recently.

The sandwiches we ordered (homemade tuna salad and salmon) were SO tasty!!! And the salmon actually turned out to be a piece of fresh salmon instead of the thin slices you normally get! Lots of avocado and delicious sourdough bread. What we thought was a shame is that the service was very busy with their phones and did not let customers notice/feel when they were coming in or leaving. That would be just a bit friendlier and more hospitable. Even with a second cup of coffee, my partner continued to wave his arms in the air for some time, but then they were busy talking to each other and stood with their backs to the customers. So maybe giving a little more of a feeling that you actually see the customers there and make them feel welcome would be great! But the sandwiches?! We will definitely come back for that!👌🏻

I can't account for their food as I've only ever had their coffee which is delicious! If you want an alternative milk they use Oatly for their oat milk!

February 2024, Flat white had a strange taste, was very 'watery' something you would not expect. Had better flat whites with 30ml before.

Good coffee and food is great! The children's corner is next to a kitchen that is not closed off. As a young parent you are therefore not very relaxed, because around the corner from the children's corner there is a freely accessible play paradise ;)

Food is tasty, but the service is terrible. Super slow.

We used to love and visit this place all the time. However, weeks ago when we went there around 15:55, we were informed that they were closing and we were not let in even though their new closing hour is 16:30. And today we went there around 15:30 and when we ordered food, they told us that kitchen is closed. I asked them when do they close the kitchen? And the answer was it depends how busy it is. So, how can I rely on a place where they close the kitchen and the place entirely randomly. So unprofessional. They are about to lose me and many other customers.

2nd time the blonde waitress made rude facial expressions at me (male), but was friendly with other customers (females). Comes across as misandrist. Beverages are descent and music is good

Pleasant place to sit outside and the food is good. The waiters are good and do their best but it's often understaffed so you may have to wait a bit.

One of the best breakfast spots I've found (I wish I'd taken photos of the food). We ordered hungover omelet and eggs Benedict which were delicious and fresh (and kids pancakes that my toddler wolfed down - these were light and fluffy). The coffees were also really good. I'll definitely be coming back in the future.

Super attentive service and very good coffee! It has several food options and some sweets. Very large place with lots of tables, but it lacks a bit of personality.

Absolutely delicious breakfast experience here. We came about 930 on a Monday morning, practically empty. Service was fast. Some outdoor seating and plenty of indoor seating. Free WiFi. There is also a dispenser for water to help yourself. My husband and I both got the toasty ham and cheese sandwich, one with regular mayo and one with vegan mayo. Absolutely delicious. Perfect crisp on the sandwiches and melted cheese. Not pictured sadly - Our friends got the croissant deluxe sandwich (bacon, egg, avocado) and the hangover omelet, which was enormous. They said both were phenomenal.

We hebben hier op het terras gezeten voor een koffiestop. De koffie en het gebak was goed. De bediening was vriendelijk.

Alles is veel te duur, maar die blonde serveerster hielp ons erg goed

Lekker koffie, goed eten, het duurde wel even omdat het bonnetje niet uit de printer was gekomen maar hebben ter compensatie voor het wachten een drankje gekregen. Erg netjes afgehandeld. Hangover omelet is erg lekker, ook als je niet brak bent!

Altijd lekker lunchen hier, goed aantal vegi en vegan opties. Leuk terrasje ook om in de zomer van het zonnetje te genieten 🌞

Nice ambiance and quick service. Nice place to meet up/catching up with friends. Location is ideal as it is in the center and only 6-10 mins away from the station.

I was always fond of your blueberry pancakes. But two weeks ago when I ordered them, they were just plain with a few berries outside, and no bosbessen inside. Rather disappointed.

Daar zal ik nooit meer gaan. 1ste probleem: te weinig personeel . 2de probleem: ik kreeg een broodje en een burrito die alleen maar 2 ingrediënten binnen hadden ( op de menukaart staat er dat ze met 8 ingrediënten worden gemaakt ). Ze waren heel gierig en klein voor een overdreven prijs! 3de probleem: slechte/ goedkoop kwaliteit eten 1 goed punt: toen ik het met ze heb gedeeld waren ze begripvol. Het probleem zijn de werkers niet maar de manager/eigenaar.

The muffin was tasty but the take away cups melted at the seam and dripped hot coffee down the side.

The best pancakes in Hilversum. I have tried them in many places, but only here I could find the perfect pancakes, well cooked, right size (not too thin, no too thick) served with miso caramel (delicious), yogurt and fresh fruits. Also latte macchiato was really good! Very satisfied.

Gewoon doen als je: Een cappuccino besteld en wilt dat de onverzorgde serveerster 3 x terugkomt om te vragen wat je besteld hebt om het na een half uur beledigd te brengen omdat je er toch nog even naar vraagt terwijl je eigenlijk een witte wijn besteld hebt die maar niet komt. Je iets te eten besteld om vervolgens als de drankjes opgenomen zijn gevraagd wil worden of je ook iets wilt eten? Als je het eens wilt meemaken hoe het is om bediend te worden door iemand die onder invloed lijkt te zijn van het één danwel het ander. Door de zogenaamde kok hysterisch en theatraal achterna gezeten wil worden over het terras omdat je na een uur voor de tweede keer gaat vragen waar je toch niet heel ingewikkelde broodje blijft terwijl het toch echt niet bepaald druk is.

Mega goede service and enorme gastvrijheid. Aardige lieve mensen met het hart voor gastvrijheid . Super lekkere koffie en de plek is fijn voor zowel zakelijk als privé . Ben er nu 2 keer geweest en daar ga ik vaker terug komen
