Starbucks in Centrum

I want to file a complaint about Employee Inez. I often stop at this Starbucks on my way to work. I always arrive feeling super cheerful and sometimes just ask her a question like: "Are there syrups in a certain coffee?" To which Inez replies: "Otherwise, it won't taste that good." Another example: "Can I have extra caramel?" To which Inez replies: "How much? That's enough sugar already." She can be quite normal with other customers, which almost makes me feel like Inez has a slight preference for the kind of people she has in her store (not to be too specific). It does make me, as a regular customer, not want to come here anymore. It's a shame, Inez, that a woman your age behaves like that.

Crappy place, you're not even allowed to use the toilet even if you're willing to pay. Their response was, "We don't have a toilet, so are you going to hold it all day?" Yes 😳

Fast service with a smile. They work efficiently here.

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience today. Around 5:00 PM, I was rudely dismissed because they were closing, but they were still helping other customers. They could have done it in a friendly manner, or given an extra 5 minutes for an iced coffee. Too bad...

Poor service on May 22nd at 3:30 PM. I asked for a small cappuccino, but they didn't have one. I asked if I could put the cap on myself because I wanted sugar, but she wouldn't let me. She had to put it on. She could, but apparently I was wrong, because the tall cappuccino was slammed down. The coffee gushed out the hole. No, thank you.

Super sweet staff, a delicious cup of coffee to get you through the day at both peak and quiet moments. Come here regularly & always receive satisfactory service from the ladies.

A few months ago, Starbucks was in a different location. Now they're in Hilversum station, and they have a larger space. They also sell food now, and it's really delicious. Coffee is expensive, but you know that when you go to Starbucks. The staff is friendly! I once arrived a little late for food (the oven had just been turned off), and they turned it back on just for me. Really great.

Perhaps it is an idea to coach employees to learn how to make cappuccino. Below level. Unfortunately the quality is quite poor. It looks like a latte. I paid almost 6 euros and it is so dirty that I just throw it away.

Compliments to the super sweet staff! Coffee was very tasty and we were treated so very kindly!

It took me one hour to get here to buy the mug, only to realize that it is closed at 2pm already whilst it is supposed to be open. Have to come back again the other day.

There is not much to eat there, but plenty of coffee. Awesome service.

Don't know what's going on, but not open on weekends, and sometimes just closed! Very unfortunate! Plus I couldn't get pumpkin spice anymore while they always have the recipe, at other locations I would get it if I asked for it girl with curly hair she said she had been working there for 3 years it was a shame it was a nice place at first but now it's really rubbish!!!

It is very expensive and at Lidl you can get better chocolate milk and sweets are ok but tasteless. And it's really very thaw in there, there was no one there, we were the reason it was ok

Nice staff, tasty food and drinks as you expect from Starbucks, what more could you want. :)

Excellent Starbucks with friendly service. It was closed/on strenge hours for some time but as of today (13 December 2022), they are indeed open.

They really need to update their opening times on Google. Times and opening days are often not accurate.

Altijd goeie service met een glimlach, Vooral de jonge dame doordeweeks is erg attent. Ik kom hier graag weer voor een bakje pleur.

Ga nooit meer naar deze Starbucks. Je mag blijkbaar NIETS afwijken van wat er op het menu staat, want ze ‘heeft het recept niet’. Deze vrouw wilt het duidelijk niet te moeilijk voor zichzelf maken. Het meisje die de koffie uiteindelijk maakte (een van het menu dan, niet wat ik écht wilde) was wel aardig. Jammer.

Very convenient next to the station, well maintained and nice kind and helpful people working there. Nice to get coffee and a smile before taking a busy train :)

Posters in the window saying they open at 12 but at 12.30 still not open. There’s people inside and they don’t even bother to come out and explain. Really poor service and not what you expect from such a huge company

Biggest drawback is that it is almost never open. Coffeeshops near trainstations and transport hubs should be open early when trains ride i.m.o Also they don't update the Google opening times so i was there multiple times for Jack Shit. Limited seating available it is a small shop Better turn to the nearby container coffeeshop.

Lekker koffie, gezellige medewerkers en nog lekker koffie ook. Ik zou dit zeker aan al mijn vrienden aanraden

Fijn personeel. Makkelijk te bereiken. Vaak rustig. De inrichting van de winkel is wat donker en somber, dat is dan ook het enige minpunt.

Quick service (07.30). Friendly, clean, bit shabby looking. Not a fan of Starbucks but the filter coffee is fine

The staff are very helpful and friendly. The location of this coffee shop is easy to find. In front of the coffee shop, there si a bus station.

Starbucks is pretty much the same everywhere but this one has especially nice staff members and always open tables despite it being busy and on the station. It doesn't feel like a regular packed full of energy starbucks but more laid back and relaxed

Kleine maar fijne locatie. Handig gelegen bij het station. Leuk dat er zit plekken zijn. De sfeer was ontspannend. Het interieur simpel en donker. Heeft wel wat. Personeel is erg vriendelijk. Had een custom Pumpkin Spice kokos melk drankje (zonder koffie). Zeker een aanrader vooral als je niet van koffie houd maar toch de pumpkin spice wil proberen. Vegan options available.
