Koffie&JIJ in Centrum

Very rude, obnoxious and apparently depressed staff. We greeted when we enter, no proper reply. Had to sit at a table with uncleared leftovers. Waited, no one has attended. Had to take other people's leftovers to the counter and ask for menu and attention. We were told to sit and wait. Naively, we obeyed. Staff continued their chat... There was only one customer present... We had to leave, and found a more humane coffee shop...

Came to Hilversum especially for it, but unfortunately it no longer existed

A new place to try in Hilversum with nice tasting food and polite, efficient staff. Also a nice, simple atmosphere.

Het duurde een eeuwigheid. Hoe moeilijk kan het zijn om een glas warm water met een theezakje en een koffie te bereiden. Omdat ik.al vermoedde dat bediening op het terras lang zou duren bestelde ik binnen. Na 3 reminders was het wat heeft u besteld, waar zit u en ten slotte we zullen het vergeten zijn.

Ordered a sandwich at 10:35, expected arrival time between 11:10 and 11:30. It is now almost half past twelve and I have not received anything yet. Called 4 times and left voicemail but no answer.

Leuk uitziende koffiezaak . We wilde even lekkere koffie met gebak nemen maar de appeltaart zag er lekkerder uit dan hij was . Hij bestond voornamelijk uit losse appeltjes met slap deeg . En dat voor meer dan €5.00 vind ik dat niet in verhouding . Cappuccino was wel goed maar super klein bekertje . De prijs kwaliteit verhouding is niet goed . Wel prima bediening .

Nice place for a nice cup of coffee or lunch in the center of Hilversum. Atmospheric place and not expensive. Terrace and inside are very nice. Service is friendly and helpful.

Not worth your money unfortunately.

Went by in the morning for a cappucchino and an espresso machiato. Unfortunately, the cappuchino was a lot of milk and a little coffee, but worse, the espresso was very sour in taste. Simply not nice. Was the machine not clean, cheap coffee or did I simply taste some kind of cleaning agent? Went to Italy last month and had top espressos, but this is a far cry from it.

Had a nice drink with an old colleague, helped by a former student, cozy place, beautiful location, definitely worth repeating, greetings from Hansch ✌🏻

The portions fit in your hollow tooth.... Very expensive for what you get... I will never go there again

We're from South Africa and we loved this cosy coffee shop. Very friendly owner and great atmosphere.

Not what it used to be. Since the concept and menu have completely changed, the food is less pleasant. The favorites are gone and it is now quite a standard menu with few vegan options. In addition, they are constantly understaffed, which means you have to wait a long time before you can even order anything. Shame. It was my favorite place, but now I have just as much of a chance to eat something in other places.

Очень долго ждали, чтобы к нам подошли, чтобы принять заказ. Стол, за которым мы сидели был очень грязным. Мне пришлось просить, чтобы убрали. Заказ ждали около часа, так и не принесли. А когда мы собрались уходить, сказали, что заказ готов. Но подали нам совсем не то, что заказывали. И уговаривали съесть, то что принесли, можно и без оплаты! Это просто возмутительно!!!! Ужасное обслуживание, а качество еды так и не удалось оценить!

On our last full day of cycling among Hansa cities in Holland, we came across the town of Hilversum and sat down for a much needed late morning snack outside. The setting was pretty, with occasional disturbances from road traffic. Still, we were comfortable on the padded bench, and we took advantage of the good weather to devour a traditional “appeltaart” along with a cappuccino and peach haven fresh fruit drink. Everything was delicious, especially the apple pie with whipped cream. Inside, the array of cakes and pastries was mouth watering. Definitely worth a visit. Cherry Wonderdow approves.

Good place for having a cup of coffee with a sandwich or a nice sweet piece of cake while watching the Hilversum crowd pass by. Spent there quite a bit of time, socializing, sipping coffee, and having a great time. Highly recommended

Ongemakkelijke sfeer en duurde vrij lang tot we de verkeerd koffie kregen. Verder wel prima koffie maar ga er geen tweede keer heen. Shortbread was wel lekker!

Heel sfeervol ingericht met goede smaak. Koffie is er erg goed en heerlijk, de bediening ook! Lekkere dingen voor ieder wat wils om erbij te nemen, zoals appeltaart en bananenbrood, Ik zag ook een goede diverse lunchkaart. kom zeker terug!

Coffee and smoothie were tasty. The sandwiches are not recommended. If you're hungry; Definitely don't have lunch here, for what you pay the sandwich is really measly. Not worth the money at all. The portions here used to be reasonable, now they are 10 times nothing.

Very meager portions. We once came here to have a nice lunch. Now for a slice of bread with mainly lettuce and a tiny bit of cheese... just almost 12 euros. How dare you ask so much for that. Both left hungry. Ridiculous.

Ordered toast with cheese. Only received dry bread with a slice of cheese, which is not enough for a sandwich. Then received a new sandwich from the kitchen after a mistake. This sandwich was actually just as bad as the one before it. Last time I ate here.

Had a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately, the old menu was online and the dish I had selected at home was not on the new menu. Fortunately, this was not a problem and the gluten-free and vegan dish was specially made for me. Great service! To be repeated.

A really great experience with Koffie&JIJ. Did the catering for my event. Delivered perfectly on time and all participants enjoyed the food. In addition, there was more than enough. I would definitely recommend Koffie&JIJ.

Vriendelijk personeel, lekker gegeten. Is wel een beetje donker binnen.

Ongelofelijk, 11,50 voor een enkel sneetje toast burrata, cappucino voor 3,60 in een mini-kopje, (4,80 voor een flat white in een zelfde kopje), toast avocado met een heel klein beetje avocado-spread. Allemaal wel lekker, maar hoe durven jullie zulke prijzen voor zo weinig te vragen. Onbegrijpelijk, want nu kom ik nooit meer terug. Ging voor een lunch, maar ging nog steeds met honger weg.

Wahnsinn... Durch Zufall entdeckt. Waren zum Frühstück dort und fanden es echt mega dort. War lecker. Man sitzt bequem und kann sich in Ruhe unterhalten. Ambiente und Service sehr angenehm und aufmerksam. Thema Essen: Echt super lecker. Jeder einen guten Latte. Caramel Love ist sehr zu empfehlen. Frühstück selbst pancake with bacon und cheese + egg benedict. Traumhaft einfach. Waren satt und zufrieden. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We ordered espresso and pancakes. Espresso was fine but pancakes are really bad. They were thick, not fluffy and still there was a egg taste.

Jahoor, super eetplekje in Hilversum! Klein, gezellig en heel lekker eten. Service is prima. Soms tikkeltje langer wachten. Ik heb een heerlijke yoghurtbowl gehad. Hier alleen voor, zou ik al vanuit Limburg naar Hilversum reizen: wow! Zie de foto.

Prima koffie op een leuk buitenterras. Snelle service. De appeltaart was erg lekker. Alleen was een lepeltje wel handig erbij geweest, want hij valt makkelijk uit elkaar.

One of the best coffee places in Hilversum. Good food, good coffee and nice atmosphere. There’s also a small kinderhoekje for kids to play while you enjoy your meal. The staff is super friendly too!

Eten was goed, duurde alleen wel wat langer door de drukte helaas werden ik en m’n vader indirect weg gestuurd na dat het ons was verteld dat we rustig alles konden afronden met de reden “we denken ook om omzet”

I recently had lunch at a café with my boyfriend and our furry friend, and I must say, it was a great experience! The staff at the café were very welcoming, and even allowed us to sit outside with our big dog, which was a huge plus. Our waitress was incredibly helpful and recommended a dish for my boyfriend, who was initially unsure about what to order. She hit the nail on the head, and he absolutely loved his toast. I opted for the pancakes, which were fluffy and delicious. To top it off, the coffee was fantastic! Overall, we had a great time at this café and were impressed with the service and quality of food. We will definitely be returning in the future! If you're in the area and looking for a dog-friendly spot with great food and coffee, this café is a must-visit.

Just another ‘hippe’ koffie zaak waarin het personeel weinig kennis hebben over de bonen die ze serveren. Als veganist en koffieliefhebber drink ik ook graag cappuccino’s naast espresso’s. In deze tent wisten ze helaas niets te vertellen over de smaaktonen in de koffie en welke plantaardige melkvervanger daarbij hoorde. Hierdoor kregen we eerst een koffie waarvan de alternatieve plantaardige melk niet meer goed was en de tweede keer een koffie die de koffie verzuurde en niet complimenteerde. Er zou een vervangende koffie worden gezet en bij betalen moest ik voor de koffies betalen. Hier ging ik uiteraard niet mee akkoord. Qua klantenservice en bediening voor mij helaas onder maat. Daarom zou ik hier niet zo snel terugkomen. Het eten en de zoetigheden zagen er overigens wel heerlijk uit.

Ik weet niet of ze van eigenaar of kok zijn veranderd maar dit was één grote teleurstelling. Ik had een uitsmijter besteld en het waren 3 kleine eieren geserveerd op twee slappe snedes boterham. De verse sappen waren heel waterig. Vroeger waren jullie veel beter. Nooit meer! Ook was te bezorging te laat maar de bezorgster zelf was wel heel aardig.

Gezellig en lekker ! Ga ik zeker nog eens heen .

Erg teleurstellende ervaring gehad tijdens onze gereserveerde high tea. Het personeel had geen idee van onze komst en leek er ook niet op gerekend te hebben. Vervolgens hebben wij een half uur gewacht, voordat we een keer thee kregen (andere gasten moesten ook zelf naar de bar komen om een bestelling te plaatsen). Toen de high tea eenmaal uitgeserveerd werd, moesten wij zelf vragen wat er voor ons neus stond en wist zij de helft niet te benoemen. De appeltaart en brownie smaakten gelukkig erg goed. Daarentegen waren sommige dingen absoluut niet vegan (erg vervelend als je dingen niet mag vanwege een allergie). Mijn vriend heeft dit aangegeven bij het afrekenen, maar hier werd niets mee gedaan. Al met al: geen aanrader!

Took hours to get 4 drinks and then they were served cold, the waitress had no idea about offering any kind of "customer service", no apologies that they had even forgotten to register the order! I understand there is a shortage of personnel but at least train the ones you do have!

We zijn dol op Koffie&Jij. Zowel op locatie als de bezorging aan huis. Heerlijke producten, vers, goed bereid en heerlijke keuzes op de kaart.

We hebben hier ontzettend lekker geluncht. De ijskoffie was heerlijk en de sandwiches ook. Het is een leuke, hippe tent met aardig personeel, mooi interieur en veel vegan opties. Echt van genoten!

Heel gezellig tentje met super vers eten en drinken. Lekker om te werken/studeren of gewoon een hapje en drankje te doen.
