Breakfast was really nice. The variety was plentiful and the products were fresh. The employees were friendly and courteous. However, today (I think it's New Year's Eve) we had to order a mixed breakfast. We ordered breakfast for two and it was as much as we expected. Maybe if there wasn't such a compulsion, it would be a breakfast we could enjoy more. Since the prices were not clearly stated, we had a breakfast that felt a little forced. For this reason, unfortunately, it was a place I would not choose again. Otherwise, there would always be a place I could go.

Great welcome, smiling and very friendly staff, the brunch is incredible, the kuymak (melted cheese) is really excellent, we go back every time we go to Rotterdam and it's worth the detour!

I don't recommend it Honestly, that's not right. 2 days ago we were there for iftar. We were 2 people, iftar plate consists of 2 dates and 1 small piece of baklava and 2 olives and 3 black olives and 2 bottles of water of 100 ml. Everything he is trying to introduce is not true. That's purely for advertising. We ordered 2 mix, the food was very cold and not tasty. I don't recommend this restaurant and this video is trying to steal your money unfortunately. No 1 is true! Too bad for the 90 euros I paid!

I was really disappointed with my visit to the restaurant Simit and Cheese in Rotterdam. I ordered a menu and specifically asked if it was for one person. In the end, I had to pay for two people, even though I was assured that it was only for one. It felt like I was ripped off. This was not only frustrating but also very disappointing. I expected more, especially in terms of clarity and transparency when ordering.

Unfortunately the service wasn't great. Orders were not taken correctly and food was served separately instead of at the same time, which made eating together difficult. However, the owner is very friendly, which is a plus. Overall the service could be more attentive and better organised.

It's a place I love to go to. Ms. Sertap is very attentive, her attention to customers is very good, we were very pleased today, the food is very delicious.

I was there today with my kids, when we entered we had to wait because there was no place. Afterwards we were allowed to take a seat because a group of several people came in after us and our place was shown to them. Afterwards, the staff wanted to lie about how I had to wait until the one table where people were still eating was cleared. This is the last time we visit here!!!!

I can definitely recommend this place when it comes to the food. The food is delicious if you like traditional Turkish breakfast. Unfortunately the atmosphere was less and the service was not good. All our drinks were placed in a random place and the waiter then walked away. This can be better.

You should really do something about your ridiculous service, waiting 20 minutes to even take an order on a quiet Wednesday afternoon. Then I haven't even started about your jackpot prizes for food that doesn't even taste good. Never mind again👍🏽

It was super tasty! The price was shocking for some people. Especially for some local German tourists. Still, it's worth it and if you're in Rotterdam, definitely go for breakfast at least once. The employees were extremely nice and friendly and were greeted with a smile by every single employee. There is also a playroom for children. Great atmosphere in itself!!

It has become a very popular place, I really liked coming there to have a quiet and cozy breakfast. I think €27.5 pp for a 'Serpme kahvalti' breakfast is too expensive for what it is. In terms of service, they are friendly and fast, good job! It is always very busy inside and there is a lot of noise. The food is tasty, but not worth €27.50 pp.

Today we had dinner at Simit and Cheese. Unfortunately, our experience was far from positive. During our meal we found a hair in our food. At first we thought it could be our own eyelash and didn't worry about it. However, not much later we found a second hair, which was clearly much longer. We decided to report this neatly at the checkout. The employee's response was disappointing. She indicated that this should have been reported immediately and that nothing could be done about it now. What particularly surprised us was that the plate with the food was still on the table, but no one even looked at it. In our view, this showed little interest or concern for the complaint. Besides this incident, the quality of the food was substandard. The taste left a lot to be desired; for example, the sauce was completely concentrated on one side of the wrap, making it completely unbalanced and tasteless. We also noticed the portions: they were considerably smaller than during previous visits. The service also left much to be desired. The food was put on the table without any care or explanation, with a “figure it out” attitude. We were placed at the end of a long table. That in itself would have been fine if there had only been two on the other side. However, an entire group was eventually placed at the same table, completely filling the room and leaving no separation or personal space between our group and the other guests. Overall, this experience was downright disappointing. From the poor service to the low quality of the food and the indifferent response to our complaint, there is little positive to report. Too bad since we come here at least once a month. We will not return here in the future.

What a ridiculous and sickeningly distorted image you create about your loft. Class, an act of corruption at the highest level. It follows in the footsteps of Baron Meram, in micro portions and mega prices. The portions are very small, for some people breakfast is meant to be a leisurely start, but I won't even give my Malinois what you serve. The mini simit is hard and burnt, the tubs, which are supposed to represent toppings, are finicky work. No, I'll be done with this soon. My advice, breakfast, lunch or whatever you think of doing here: don't do it. Simit and Cheese: Not worth it!

We always get the best service. They are super sweet to us and also to our son, it always feels like coming home there! Very friendly staff, you will receive a warm welcome and you will feel completely at home. The food is also really delicious, luxurious and tasty breakfasts for an affordable price. We come there regularly and will continue to come there regularly, because of the delicious food and especially the hospitality and warmth you receive there! What a downer. Went on a Sunday. Extremely busy. Ordered an extensive Turkish breakfast for 2. Definitely not worth the 40 euros. Had to continuously ask for tea. The food together is probably worth less than 10 euros. I actually always go to Beymen, but wanted some variety. At Beyman you get many more tasty dips for breakfast. Including couscous salad, marinated potatoes, menemen, gozleme, fruit, sweets, etc. Here it is only bread. Where are the croissants? The fried bignets kind? Sorry, I'll never come here again. Staff are friendly here. But that's the only thing. At Beyman you get value for money, and much more. This is a waste of money. Shame! I give it a 3 for the effort

We ordered super Turks ontbijt, kuymak and Turkse pannenkoek(gözleme). At the beginning, the most of the breakfast was served quite fast. The foods require cooking or baking at the restaurant were literally bad. Not sure what sort of oil(perhaps corn oil?) was used to cook the eggs but it was not butter. The cheese was too salty, gözleme was doughy. The tea was served after(!) the breakfast although we reminded several times. On the other hand, simit, tahini and jam were delicious!
