Tasty Thai food that has been modified slightly for local tastes, so we ordered the spicy versions for authenticity. The variations and presentations were quite excellent. Thai hospitality was of course gracious. The television had a live feed of the kitchen in the banquet, and seeing the dish preparation made me ravenous - think I overate as result. I'll need to be careful not to look at the screen in the future. Definitely a must-visit restaurant!

Just got back from dinner. Very, very tasty. I had the 45, my wife had the 77 with shrimp. We each had a beer, I had a jenever, and my wife had the baked banana. Truly delicious. Highly recommended.

Half past 5 reserved with a group of 10 people. After 30 minutes they only ask if we want something to drink. 3 people in our group want a starter, this is put on the table after 20 minutes (fairly quickly). Then we only have to wait 1.5 hours for our main courses. When you ask why it takes so long you get an unfriendly response. The food was ok, but definitely not worth a 1.5 hour wait. We skipped dessert because we didn't feel like waiting any longer. In total we had to spend 3 hours in the restaurant for just a starter and a main course. You won't see us again. Very unfortunate.

Enjoyed the dishes (a fish and pork curry). Unfortunately the chicken fried rice dish was cold. Many apologies from the friendly but stressed owner about the personnel problems resulted in a waiting time of 1.15 hours for the people who had only taken a main course before anything appeared on the table. The time between starter and main course was also very long at over 45 minutes. We understand that it is difficult to find catering staff and that 1 person serving in a crowded restaurant with takeaway options also leads to long waiting times. However, our advice, although this will of course cost some turnover, is not to fill all the tables if you have no staff and also have a long line of people waiting at the pick-up. We do not know now whether we will return again because, despite our understanding of the situation, we do not want to experience this again. A shame because both curries were very tasty. Positive: our little chihuahua was allowed to come along.

I've been here several times now, and I simply can't say anything other than that. Tasty, tasty, tasty Staff nice and friendly, make a reservation because it is always busy. So a big 9.9 from me because yes, there is always room for improvement🤣 See you soon

We love to eat at Simply Thai. The food is always good and very tasty. When it is busy you sometimes have to wait a little longer, but the staff always works hard. If you can't handle very spicy food, number 24 is highly recommended!

Delicious food! We were able to get a table last minute in a fully booked restaurant. The food was tasty and fresh. One of the few good masaman curries we have eaten.

Amazing restaurant! Unfortunately I got the wrong dish because of a miscommunication. They were super understanding and gave us a complete new order! The service is incredibly, the people are very kind. I have been ordering here for a year now, never had a bad experience! Food is authentic and fresh! I totally advise you to get number 65, fried fish with green curry! Super delicious!

Al jaren gasten bij Simply Thai, ook vaak tijdens de kerstdagen met de hele familie. Nu helaas niet meer welkom omdat we een kind van 1,5 hebben die een zitplek inneemt en ze daar geen geld voor krijgen. Dit is ons letterlijk via de telefoon medegedeeld. Schandalig, al helemaal aangezien we hier al jaren komen.

Have been regular customers at Simply Thai for years, and are often guests during the Christmas holidays with the whole family. Unfortunately, we have now been told that we are no longer welcome at Christmas because we want to bring a 1.5-year-old child with us.

Pickup was a disaster. Ordered by phone. I ended up waiting for an hour. Every time I was told sir, it's almost ready. After 45 minutes, the lady came to tell us that the cook still had to start baking. I think he did that quickly because the food was just lukewarm and therefore not tasty. I won't go there anymore

Good and authentic Thai food with a good amount of spice. We had two meals for takeaway and the price was fair. But the prices will vary if you dine in... about 5 € more per dish. That would then be too expensive and I wouldn't come here to dine in.

Since the first time I ate here I have been completely addicted! Takeaway menu number 1 is especially delicious. The tenderloin with pepper sauce and chicken fillet with brown curry are excellent!

good food. it has been adapted to the local clientele so it really isn't particularly spicy but fortunately they haven't gone done the overly sweet route that other thai restaurants in netherlands are guilty of. The room is comfortable and service is friendly. Kitchen service is a little slow 30 minute wait for the food to arrive but once it starts coming out it all comes out quickly. there is a Tv screen to view the food being cooked in the kitchen.

The food was one of the best Thai I have ever aten but it was a bit slow to come. This was very good and I highly recommend it.

Food is tasty but when we were there on Mother's Day the service was unfortunately not good. Waitresses had difficulty taking the order and it then took more than 75 minutes for the starter. We then dropped it. The main courses arrived after 1.5 hours of waiting but were quite a small portion. The taste is always good but the service can be improved considerably at busy times. E.g. By taking fewer takeaway orders.

Delicious salad and friend had a dish with meat, but it was no problem at all to make it vegetarian. It was all delicious. Desserts were delicious, but quite a lot for me. Except I love chocolate and the plate was empty. Thai things on the wall, but it radiated peace. Nice to see the kitchen through the TV if you want and how everything is prepared. Very friendly staff.

Went there with a dinner voucher. Very friendly staff, nice atmosphere. On the screen you can see the kitchen and the busy chefs. Food was very tasty and plenty of time between courses. Recommended.

Ate at Simply Thai for the first and last time. Ordered for dish took 45 minutes before we got 2 portion of satay which was dry. My wife had nasi and I ordered noodles. The noodles were just spaghetti with no vegetables. In the end the coffee was just finished. Are you being chased away because they needed the table. And in a not friendly way. Not our fault that we had to wait 45 minutes for our starters. And because of that they also sat longer. You won't see us there anymore 😠

Neat, neat and beautifully decorated restaurant. Comfortable seating areas, extensive menu, very tasty and beautifully prepared meals. Attentive and friendly service. Collection possible. Excellent luxury sanitary facilities, bright and complete. Definitely recommended to enjoy yourself here.

Delicious food, nice that there is a camera in the kitchen, beautiful flowers everywhere, the downside is all the steps. Recommended: the Simply Thai mix as a starter, the sea bass as a main course, the coffee was also tasty 👍🏽

Ik kom hier al jaren lang . Goede kwaliteit van het eten. En altijd vriendelijk personeel aanwezig! Prijs kwaliteit prima in verhouding. Ga zo door!

Wij halen met regelmaat wat te eten. Smaak is erg goed . Maar afgelopen maandag weer eten gehaald . Helaas waren de garnalen in het gerecht echt zoeken en wat groente betreft het zelfde .En wij hadden ook een tofu gerecht. Nou met een beetje geluk had ik 5 stukjes tofou. Rijst was veel te zacht. Hier word ik erg verdrietig. Dus hier kom ik geen eten meer halen. En terug bellen .Niet gehoord. Heel erg jammer .

Lamb with osyter sauce is too salty and too much sugar, meat is tough and not warm enough. Duck is also quite tough. Nasi only with a few pieces of spring onion and too salty from soya sauce. Not allowed to sit in the back yard so had much smoke from guests from the cafe next door. The head staff just poured(that I say in a mild way) the rest of the beer in the glass without asking when she cleared the table.

Menu 4 afgehaald. Was ècht lekker. Beetje jammer dat ik achteraf merkte dat er extra betaald moet worden voor een beetje vissaus met peper... Desalniettemin voor herhaling vatbaar

Sehr schmackhaftes Essen. Die Portionen okay, nur zu wenig Soße, um den Reis mitzuessen. Sehr netter Service. Alles sehr authentisch und sehr sauber.

Sfeer is goed, bediening is vriendelijk, maar het duurde allemaal heel erg lang. Werd wel netjes excuses gemaakt dat het bereiden van het eten langer duurde door drukte, maar ook na het nuttigen van het hoofdgerecht bleven de vuile borden nog een half uur staan wachten..de menukaart voor het dessert zijn we zelf gaan halen omdat er niemand kwam en het bestellen van nieuwe drankjes moest om gevraagd worden bij lopend personeel. Wat ik nog wel het ergste vond is dat de menukaart waarmee ze op hun website adverteren per gerecht 2 a 3 euro goedkoper werd getoond dan de prijzen in werkelijkheid.. dit scheelde ons een kleine 40 euro verschil op de totale rekening.. dit kan je naar mijn inziens niet maken. Het eten was wel erg lekker.

Heerlijk gegeten! Via een kennis aangeraden geen moment spijt gehad’ vriendelijke bediening, schone zaak’ het eten was ook mooi in schaaltjes geserveerd! Normaal kom ik altijd in Amsterdam restaurant Bangkok’ maar na een dagje Scheveningen was het het proberen waard!

Het was donderdagavond. Wij hadden gereserveerd (2 personen). Het was vol en er kwamen veel afhakers. Het wachten op de bediening duurde erg lang. Toen de bestelling was opgenomen duurde het nog veel langer. Geen knabbeltje...de soep kwam Tom....deze was veel te romig en wij misten de laos citriengras etc. Wel pikant en niet weinig. Maar niet smullen. We hadden ook een salade. De salade was ook matig. Er zaten 3 waterige gamba's in. De rode curry s waren te eten maar wederom miste weer hèt Thaise bouquet...de boontjes/haricots verts waren rauw. Ze konden het niet aan en wij vonden het zonde van het geld en onze tijd. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Simply Thai Amazing en een heel goed idee voor Den Haag. Veel afhalers voor de kip saté, kip cashew en ossenhaas cashew en dat is een aanrader en gewoon proberen. Een toptent met heerlijke gerechten, redelijke prijzen en super vriendelijk personeel.

Wir hatten die Große Vorspeisen Platte und weitere 4 Gerichte. Das Lamm war so zart, dass es vom Knochen viel, der Rest war fantastisch gewürzt und sehr lecker. Alles empfehlenswert. Die Bedienung war etwas langsam, aber sehr freundlich.
