Food and drinks for a good price.

Just picked up from Siem. I'd checked the menu on Thuisbezorgd beforehand. I ordered kaeng paneng ("Mild red curry with fresh vegetables and coconut milk") with tofu. I was surprised that it only contained onion and bamboo shoots as vegetables. Not what you'd expect when it says "with fresh vegetables." The amount of tofu is good, and the flavor is good too. I think it could have had a wider variety of vegetables. (I now see that the menu on their own website does specify that it only contains bamboo shoots and onion.) The accompanying cassava crackers were quite tough. Three stars because the food tastes good, was ready on time, and the waitress was friendly.

We ordered Phad Thai and massaman curry. Both were overly sweet. It felt like I was eating noodles with syrup. The curry was exactly the same, very sweet. And I think the price is quite high. Phad Thai with shrimp costs €27 😳😳😳. I understood the price afterward.

I've eaten at quite a few Thai restaurants, but this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. We ordered the V1, V2, and V5 starters (see menu), and they were definitely not a bad choice. The flavors were so refined and served with perfectly balanced dipping sauces. Everything was homemade with fresh ingredients, which was truly delicious. The main course exceeded all expectations. A perfectly prepared curry (C4) with deliciously flavorful fried rice. We ordered a combination of regular white rice and fried rice. We were also recommended another main course (W2), and that was also a wonderful, flavorful delight. Everything was fresh and perfectly prepared. You can really taste the passion and craftsmanship behind the cooking. Without a doubt, this is the best Thai restaurant I've ever been to. The service was also friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. If you love Thai food, or just want to give it a try, I absolutely recommend this restaurant. A culinary experience you won't soon forget! P.S.: I thought it was strange that this place only has a 4.4 rating—outrageous! 5 stars from us! Can't wait to come back!

There may be something cold due to the ventilation system, it depends a bit on where you sit and whether the front door remains closed during takeaway. After reading the reviews, we picked up 2 dishes and 1 starter. It was quite disappointing. The starter was very dry (Ka nom pang na kan) the main courses (Kaeng Paneng) was okay the (Phad Phong Curry) was delicious. But what really disappointed us was the small portions, the rice containers are not very big and only half full. And that for 19.75 euros per dish. I think it's really scandalous. Really the last time for us. This is how you are being fooled. Waste of my 45 euros.

Restaurant located in a small shopping center, you could easily walk past it. The interior and decoration are disappointing, but the food was good. Very special concept: you choose meat, fish or vegetarian and you choose one of the many sauces with vegetables. I chose the duck with sweet/sour sauce and it was a delicious combination. Duck was super tender. I thought it was strange that you had to pay extra for the rice, noodles and noodles. Dessert of ice cream fried in a dough ball was not so good, the dough ball was too big and too thick and the ice cream was already melting. Tip: when walking away, admire and greet the old man at the bar.

Middelgroot Thais restaurant in winkelhof Waldeck. Zeer vriendelijke bediening en ruime keuze in eten en drinken. Kwaliteit/prijs zeer goed. Porties ook meer dan voldoende. Ga hier zeker weer heen.

Mijn favoriete Thaise restaurant in Den Haag! Het eten is hier verrukkelijk. Het deed me meteen denken aan het eten dat ik in Thailand heb gegeten. Daarnaast is het personeel erg vriendelijk. De dochter van de eigenaar komt altijd een praatje met ons maken. Bovendien is het een knus maar gezellig restaurant met een goede indeling. Ik kom hier zeker terug! 🤗

Erg duur voor hetgeen je krijgt. Druiven en ananas met een verdwaald stukje kip door de curry is niet echt thais. Smaak was lekker maar was meer soep dan curry.

Goed thais eten, alleen als je komt afhalen komen er 5 flitsbezorgers tussendoor, waardoor je rustig een half uur kan wachten (Zaak zat nog niet half vol). Minder plastic zou ook fijn zijn

Heerlijk restaurant, goeie verse en zeer verzorgde Thaise gerechten. Pas wel op met het vragen om een pittige versie van een gerecht, je krijgt dan ook echt waar je om vraagt, aanrader!

Een goede keus om hier te gaan eten. Aanbod is er van mild tot scherp. Jammer dat de ventilatie in het restaurant niet optimaal is , betekent dat er veel etens lucht in de kleding mee naar huis gaat. Verder is het jammer de schalen niet op een rechauds worden gezet waardoor het eten minder snel afkoelt.

Great place! A gem ‘hidden’ in a local shopping centre. Great Thai food, wonderful versatile menu. Wide choice of wok / curry dishes, great choice of meat/vegetarian , fresh veggie. The number of combinations seem infinite. Very pleasant friendly staff. Every detail is pleasant. Be sure to make a reservation around dinner time (like with most restaurants in the Netherlands). Will be back here for sure! 👏🏼

Lekker eten , vriendelijk personeel , nette levertijden van de gerechten en drankjes. Wij gaan zeker vaker hier naar toe , erg goed bevallen.

Een pareltje op culinair gebied

Pad Thai, kwam qua smaak niet in de buurt van wat ik in Thailand gewend was. Portie was ruim voldoende maar voor wat noedels met kip en wat groenten vind ik €19 fors geprijsd.

Eten is heerlijk wel even puzzelen hoe te bestellen. Personeel erg vriendelijk.

Geweldig Thais restaurant. Zero-waste als je wilt: Je kunt afhalen met je eigen schalen. Best spicy: als je minder heet wilt dan kan dat (vragen). Vegetarisch als je wilt: extra groenten of tofu. Ik hasl minimaal 30 keer per jaar. Awesome thai restaurant! Best in the Netherlands. Vegetarian options: take extra veggies or tufu. Zero waste if you bring your own take away containers.

Dat was echt lekker gister. Echt mijn complimenten naar de eigenaresse die ook de kok is. Naar mijn smaak een stuk beter dan de traditioneel bekende Thaise Restaurants in Den Haag.

Op 5 mei eten besteld bij dit restaurant. Ik ben normaal gesproken gek van groene curry maar deze vond ik erg tegen vallen. Het was heel erg zoet en niet eens beetje beetje pittig, niet iets wat ik gewend bent van groene curry. De garnalen en thung thong waren dan wel weer erg lekker! De vorige keer had ik pho pia sod en pho pia kai, deze gerechten vielen ook erg in de smaak
