Bought a bad machine, unfortunately bad handling. April 2023 bought a Jura s8. Soon, after half a year, the machine showed defects. Jammed, lukewarm milk, no coffee, descaling while we use the (original) water filters. To the store. Whether we clean the machine, whether we use the right products, whether the milk system is cleaned. Were the questions that were asked. Machine taken in, checked. Not clear what was wrong. Machine taken in again. After a few months the same problems again, same questions, but now with a nasty patronizing undertone. As if we would not properly maintain such an expensive device. Reading the machine proved otherwise. Machine taken back and sent to Jura. Jura does not tell you what is wrong, according to an employee that is because an owner can then worry unnecessarily!!! Absolutely not satisfied with the machine, certainly not satisfied with the approach and treatment by the owner of the business. Being treated like small children in a rather arrogant manner. Very unfortunate, and certainly against expectations. We will not be returning to the business. After being asked exactly the same questions 3 times, while the reading of the machine proves otherwise, is not pleasant. The arrogant and patronizing approach is certainly not. We would not communicate. While we have been in the business often enough about this machine. It is simply a bad machine, which should have been replaced. Keeps indicating that it needs to be descaled, despite the use of the water filters. Sometimes gets stuck. Jura's comment was, then just leave the water filter out!? We just take it for granted. Both the Taste of the region and Jura. Much regret about this expensive investment. But with the owner and Jura we will not get any further. Next time we will get a cheaper machine that has worked for us for 8 years without any problems. **Addition** Unfortunately, you then immediately set conditions to continue the conversation. Within a week (even!) we had to report back. That is not our approach to customer focus/friendliness. And it does not invite us to continue the conversation. In addition, you have not given us a proposal or solution in any other form than taking in/checking/repairing/sending. After the same story 3 times, you may/can and must conclude that there is something fundamentally wrong with this device. Not only from you but certainly also from Jura. And in our eyes, you, as a dealer, should have consulted with Jura and not left it to the customer.

The coffee is tasty, but I am shocked that the price of coffee has suddenly increased by 2 euros per kilo. That's quite a significant price increase.

Today my wife and I received fantastic help with a problem we had with our Jura device. Very well thought out by the owner of Smaak van de Streek. We will therefore recommend everyone to buy your coffee maker here, and of course also your beans. Because without good beans, a good machine is of no use. Thanks again

What a wonderfully beautiful shop, well helped, were welcomed with a nice cup of coffee, bought Jura j8 Twin got 2 bags of delicious coffee with it, and 2 days later received a message whether everything was to your liking, and if the settings worked, where do you find this anymore. Really a great shop where the customer feels like king. Excellent service. Gets a 10+ from us... Robert and Miranda.

Ordered Jura machine, delivered the next day. Questions were answered immediately and consultation turned out to be very possible. Great service. Highly recommended!

We have had a beautiful Jura machine from "taste of the region" for a week now. We have experienced both the purchase and the delivery and installation at home as very pleasant. Also when buying coffee in the store, they take the time for you and everything goes with a smile.

Today we went to the area, yesterday we reserved our table at 12 o'clock, she says that's fine. When we arrive, someone else is in our place. I ask politely how is that possible? she says you can also take this table. no, I have reserved this table. After a lot of talking, finally settled. I think I will do the claimant salad with becon. They forgot to ask again. Becon was hard to find. Egg salad was not tasty. I would not order it again. Such a shame that you treat customers this way, I now think about it. 2x whether I will come there for lunch.

Nice place, friendly staff. We had run out of sweets and had not been delivered, so we added sugar to the coffee. Upon receiving our egg salad and tuna sandwiches, I asked for the salt and pepper. We were told that we had run out of salt, but it had not been delivered either. I thought this was a shame because the sandwich was a bit bland in taste. And seriously; This business is 1 minute away from the Albert Hein. How much effort can it be to buy some salt mills and some sweets. The gentleman next to me also thought it was a shame about his carpaccio. The Tuna Salad was too greasy from the mayonnaise so I wouldn't choose that again.

Very nice looking coffee corner! I often walked past and sometimes bought a gift in the associated shop. Had tea there for the first time today with something tasty. Not cheap, but very nicely served! It was Saturday afternoon 4:30 PM. Waitress was already cleaning up. The candle was already removed from our table! We felt rushed. Shame!

I bought my coffee machine there. Service is very good. Good advice. Received a loan coffee machine during a repair. Still buy the beans there now. Inside the store there is a coffee corner where you can actually drink coffee and they have delicious pastries. Nice friendly service. Top!

Goeie tent zijn een maand bezig geweest met m’n koffiezetapparaat. Voor een fantastische prijs en goede koffie

Vragen over wat handig is voor op de camping. Ik werd heel vriendelijk geholpen en kreeg niet eens het idee dat ik het koffiezetapparaat moest kopen bij hun! Leuke tent, binnenkort maar kijken of het met lunchen nogsteeds zo'n goede service is

Een gezellige tent met goede spullen.

Bediening is vriendelijk, maar ondanks dat het niet zo druk was moesten wij lang wachten en na vragen werden we eindelijk geholpen. Meisje heeft meer sturing nodig heeft geen inzicht en staat er maar een beetje.

Gezellige tent om tussen het winkelen door een goed kopje koffie te nemen. Tevens een Vaderdag pakket gekocht wat zeer in de smaak viel! Schoon, snel en vriendelijk personeel.

Ik ga er geregeld een cadeau voor iemand halen zowel voor mannen als vrouwen. Personeel helpt mij dan om een heerlijk en leuk pakket samen te stellen. Prijs kan je dan zelf regelen. Daarna pakken ze het dan mooi en gezellig in. Tot heden toe alleen maar positieve reacties van diegene die het krijgen.

Goeie nette zaak...vriendelijk personeel. Goeie uitleg gehad bij het aanschaffen van het koffie apparaat.

Ze hadden te véél reserveringen dus moeten wachten op een plek daarna nog een kwartier wachten op cappuccino en daarna half uur op bestelling!!!

Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Kids can play here which is very nice. The food was good though I would have liked to have had at least a few pieces of asperagus in my asperagus soup.

Heerlijke plek, verrassend in het overdekte winkelcentrum. Leuk ingericht, met diverse bankstellen. Je waant je thuis, en tel daarbij de lekkere koffiesoorten en je wil gewoon niet weg.

Eigenlijk maar 1 woord,,, super! Mijn zoon mocht er een dag snuffelstage meelopen en heb daar toen heerlijk koffie gedronken en wat bonen gehaald

Heerlijke lunch gehad. Gezellige sfeer. Top bediening. Tijd terug dat ik zo heerlijke latte macchiato heb gehad. Presentatie van producten erg leuk. Net even wat anders. En ook bij een glas sap krijg je een koekje.

Leuke winkel met streekproducten. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Nog nooit gegeten dus daarover geen mening

Gezellig warm interieur, heerlijke koffie en broodjes, leuk gepresenteerd, vriendelijk personeel

Top winkel , met erg vriendelijk hulpvaardig personeel. Ze denken ook mee als je wat wilt. Erg leuke presentjes met uiteraard streekproducten. Het is ook mogelijk om zelf wat samen te stellen. In de winkel kun je ook genieten van een bakje koffie of thee , en er is ook een verkoop gedeelte voor koffiezetapparaten. We komen er regelmatig voor een verjaardagscadeau.

We hadden met z'n 2en enorm genoten van Samen Delen. Dit is echt een aanrader als je met z'n 2en lekker wil lunchen.

Heerlijke koffie, goed eten, leuk personeel en een gezellige (huiskamer)sfeer. Ik kom hier regelmatig met vriendinnen. Kwaliteit is consistent en de prijs valt me altijd weer mee. (Koffie to go is bv een stuk goedkoper dan bij Enkhuyzer koffiehuis.) Enige 'minpunt' is dat ze op zondag niet open zijn ;)

Wat ben ik toch blij met de Smaak vd streek in Bovenkarspel. Hele goeie service en altijd vriendelijk. Ik heb vorig jaar een nieuwe Jura koffiemachine gekocht. Er was wat mee aan de hand. Krijg ik toch een nieuwe Jura Helemaal Top.

Je kan er heerlijk zitten en kopje koffie drinken,maar ook heerlijke broodjes en vriendelijk personeel.
