Dear people, delicious peanut sauce!

The food was extremely bad, cold, and the meatloaf raw. I called and they brought new ones. The second time, the goulash croquettes were still lukewarm, the meatloaf raw in the middle, and the fries weren't okay either, just limp. That cost 24 euros. The staff were friendly, but they aren't good at frying.

For me, I finally found the tastiest fries in the village☺️. The service is exceptional 👌; even with the heat, they went the extra mile for the customer/dog by refreshing a bowl of water for outside. Very sweet.

I have been coming here for years. The business is going downhill.

This is really low for a snack bar. It's as if the staff have no desire to work. And the atmosphere is anything but pleasant for a family meal. Hygiene at the tables leaves much to be desired. The table I was sitting at still had to be cleared when I wanted to sit down. The staff is not customer-friendly at all, which I find very disappointing. Now I am forced to go eat my fries further away, in the city center for example. Hopefully I can raise the scores a bit, but for me it is substandard and a solid failing grade of 4.5.

Q2 2026, they have Raspatat for a good price, just a nice snack.

I got fries here for the first time today, but unfortunately, I wasn't happy with them. First, a snack was missing, even though I'd ordered one, but the guy admitted it hadn't been noted. Furthermore, the food was lukewarm to cold, so it was a good thing I didn't want the snack. I also found everything quite pricey compared to our regular snack bar. The place did look clean, though, so compliments on that, especially considering it's a large place.

Dear Sir or Madam, Last night around 7:30 PM, I picked up my order for one French fry with mayonnaise. Unfortunately, there was very little mayonnaise, so I finished all but one of the 15 fries. I also walked in and saw someone wearing a motorcycle helmet with a dashcam behind the counter, which looked very strange. Then your staff started making strange noises and saying strange things to the dashcam with their tongues and making strange sounds. I thought this was really strange. I come here often, but not anymore, and I've had a bad experience. Sincerely, Jurre

If you order a hamburger menu, you only get the burger and some lettuce, while a menu from a snack bar should simply have fries.

Wednesday, April 21st... Around 2:30 PM FYI: What unhygienic creatures here! Get your 3 large fries and pay €14. They say, "Yes, with us, a large fries is x2, so that's why 6 fries" ??? Especially those people. Normally, if you're wrong, you offer an apology or a refund or some other solution. And apparently, I'm not the only one who has something to complain about this greasy place. I'll never come here again. And the satay sauce had a nasty, thick layer of dried-out residue on it. The fries were from a previous customer or something, very limp and way too salty. And again, Really inedible. Everything in, trash, thrown away. So, besides the non-social service and staff, the food is also bad and way too expensive. CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY Sammie's Corner is also just around the corner. So much better. As Duco says below. Dirty GREASE HOUSE. I'll email the inspection service. It's seriously unhealthy for you to eat here. And the deep fryer grease, which is also long overdue, needs replacing. Signed: M. JANSEN

Very rude. Customer service is nonexistent here. It's incredibly expensive for what you get, and it's handled differently by each person, if you know what I mean. I'd spend your money elsewhere.

The staff were incredibly rude and grumpy. I don't know if they're racist or if they treat everyone this way, but I was truly shocked by how we were treated. You could also taste that the fries weren't fresh and were fried twice. I've never written a review before, but this was way too much for me.

The food was delicious. Prices are reasonable, and the place looks clean and well-maintained. It's presented beautifully and environmentally friendly on a plate, with the sauce on the side. My experience was very positive for a snack bar. I'll definitely be back.

Good food, though a bit on the expensive side. Lots of small fries. The tables aren't very clean. There's a nice play area for the kids, though.

Arie, honestly you have good stuff but you have become abnormally expensive. 5.10 for fries with sauce is really out of line. 8.50 for fries and a can.....So if I hadn't noticed what then? Then customers are unknowingly paying too much anyway? (Which they are already doing anyway) Even if you take 1 euro off the price I mentioned, you are still screamingly expensive....

Very bad experience with Arie from the snack bar in question! He has deteriorated considerably. Placed an order where I wanted large fries, peanut mayo, but they didn't understand that. For them that seems to be a cone of no less than 6.10!!!! Well the content is just as much as a child's fries. The satay sauce had also long reached the end of its life! It has already been reheated a few times, it's really hard to eat. I speak from experience here, having worked in a snack bar for years. I say they can still learn something here.

Worst snack bar ever, was waiting to order but customers who just came in are helped first, when I say something about it they act as if they are deaf when I looked in the fryer I saw that an employee was taking a melted knife out of the fryer that was stuck in the basket the handle had already melted between the fries. I left then and this will definitely be my last visit!

The dog(s) are also taken into consideration. Water at 2 heights AND a treat into the bargain!

Unfortunately bad experience when getting fries, croquettes and nasi disk. Fries were very dry and the nasi disk was fried for far too long. The veal croquette was probably from a different brand because it looked very different and was not very tasty. Very unfortunate.

Nice thing. Everything neatly on a plate and cutlery set. Good long variety fries and a piece of pineapple between the hogweed was a nice surprise.

Got food here last night. Bad experience food was so not tasty! Onions were cut much too coarsely for a frikadel special and the satay sauce did not look or taste like satay sauce at all. Major disappointment, especially because it was €19.50 in total.

We ate two cheeseburgers and fries. The fries were a big portion, one serving is enough for two people. The cheeseburgers are decent for the price, and the staff is nice. I would not recommend the ice cream though, it kinda feels like McDonald's.

They can still learn a lot here in terms of customer friendliness.

Overall very satisfied here. There was one occasion where the fries were still not good, but that was an incident. Nice employees too. Be sure to visit it sometime if you're in the area.

Nice, clean, spacious snack bar with plenty of seating and a play area for the children. We forgot our milkshake on the counter so we returned to pick it up. And the owner even gave us an extra milkshake. Super nice!

Good staff, but no halal food and I ordered a Vega frikandel and there was a lot of oil, it was inedible, but good staff.

I find the atmosphere nice the food was not too bad I’m just wondering why your workers are kinda lazy I guess, because the person behind me and I have the same thing I ordered, I ordered one patat same as the person behind me but the person behind me got his order first than me and the SERVING WAS UNFAIR i don’t know if the workers are just lazy to cook another batch of patat or they are just don’t care, the man behind me got a full paper bag of patat and I got not even half of the paper bag. :>

Ik kom hier al jaren en ik blijf het de lekkerste patatzaak van Hoofddorp vinden. Áltijd vers en de bediening is altijd vriendelijk .Top👍

Lekkere patat, milkshakes waren vergeten en later snel gebracht door personeel dus super service.

De frikadellen waren lekker de kroketten ook niets mis mee de groeten van iemand die normaal in Friesland woont en nu op Mysteryland is

Eten was van zeer matige kwaliteit. Frikadel was matig van smaak Gehaktbal aan 1 kant hard en de rest gewoon vies te noemen. Saté saus was thuisgekomen al een harde klont geworden. Patatje ook matig gebakken en veel kleine harde stukjes. Overall geen aanrader

De zaak was erg vies , veel vuile tafels met aarde erop van de planten en vet vlekken We hadden een broodje tartaar en een kroket waar we erg lang op moesten wachten en wat bleek de kroket had er te lang in gezeten niet te vreten dus. Er stonden 2 meiden achter de balie die het vooral druk hadden met hun zelf en erg lawaaierig over hun priveleven kletsten. Die komen daar volgens mij meer voor de gezelligheid.

Die frikandel daar was zo vies van3€. Toen ik om sous vroeg om dat ik hem niet lekker vond droog. Kreeg ik dat er niet bij? Hij zij kost je 1.50€. Ik dacht echt van???

Al jaren de vaste plek voor ter plaatsen snacken of meenemen. En nog altijd met een prima kwaliteit. Jammer dat het cafe jaren geleden is afgestoten.

Vieze hondenvoer bij de ingang. Lamslong in een speelgoed apparaat waar kinderen aan zitten. Bahh. Hoe kom je op het idee. En ik had schimmel op mijn hamburger. Meteen weggegooid.

Niet slecht, maar te weinig personeel en terras is te klein. Ik hoop dat ze in voorjaar 2022 de slag gaan maken naar groter en beter.

Wordt altijd goed geholpen! Ze zijn nooit gierig en krijg meestal patat voor 2! Patat is lekker krokant en kipburgers zijn super lekker😁. Eigenaar is ook vaak aanwezig en ook erg vriendelijk!
