How low can you go! Chicken strips without a crispy coating, as if they'd been half-bitten off and added to the box. Fries limp and cold, burger cold, hot wings in a huge box, but cold and unappetizing. Trash and filth everywhere. I kindly request KFC corporate to contact us. Then, based on customer experience, quality, and organization, we'll help the team make this location the cash cow of all the Dutch locations, because this is a disgrace and very bad for the brand!

07/12/25 at 6:15 PM... Just ate here with my friends. Not only was the burger disappointing (more like one chicken tender on a bun, see below), but the fries were also lukewarm. 7-Up and garlic mayo weren't included with the order, even though I ordered them. When a friend went to ask, I did get my 7-Up, but the garlic mayo was gone. When we asked if we could get a different sauce, the employee simply said "no" and walked away. We also saw other customers going back to the cash register for fries or tenders they had ordered but hadn't received. A manager doesn't speak politely to customers. I'll never eat at A4. KFC only.

I highly recommend avoiding this place. The burgers are completely dry, the slaw tastes terrible, even more slaw than the bun, one piece of chicken, and a tasteless sauce, that's all there is to the burger. The fries are mushy and completely lacking in salt. The chicken wings are nothing but breading, no meat, and there's human hair inside!!! What are you feeding people?! A waste of money.

Skip this location. A visit to the Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority wouldn't hurt. Food was too cold to eat for the second time in a month, so I threw it away again. I'm no longer interested.

I had a nice meal with my son at KFC on Friday night. I paid way too much for very little and lukewarm KFC food. I got half a milkshake when I paid for a large one. The chicken legs were pathetic and the fries were half-warm. The tables and floor were dirty. The staff hadn't taken any social skills courses, and it showed. The counter clerk wouldn't look at you and wouldn't check if your "meal" was actually meant for you. It was thrown forcefully on the takeaway counter. There was no communication with the customers, who, after all, are responsible for his salary. This was a one-off, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Since zero stars isn't possible, I give them one star.

The food was cold, and the tenders were incredibly tough and inedible. My burger was cold and was simply put on the grill and returned burnt. And they work unsanitarily. There was a man with his hand on their side/butt, just making food.

My family and I had a quick bite to eat here. We all had a set menu. The chicken tenders were soggy and tasteless. My son had a set menu with two burgers, which were cold. He returned them, and when he received them, you think they were new, they were simply heated up on the plate and were no longer edible. We all had stomach aches. I would not recommend this place.

We were at KFC on Saturday, November 15th, at 12:30. The order was taken very friendly and clearly. After 5 minutes, the nicest, friendliest employee arrived to bring the leaky food. The order was perfect.

What a disappointment. 2x crispy box with 4 pieces of chicken, 2x fries, and 2x shakes. The crispy chicken was a bit crispy and chewy. The taste was good, though. Slightly spicy. The fries were limp and old. I think they were also fried in old grease. Not tasty. The milkshakes were okay. Then the service. First, the shakes were placed with lids that didn't fit. Then, the shakes were poured into different cups without refilling them. Then it turned out the fries had been ready for a long time, but were now cold. And we had to go to the cash register to check if we had actually ordered crispy chicken. We were looking forward to a nice piece of crispy chicken and some fries. Unfortunately, we left disappointed. Too bad, Colonel Sanders, this is not the quality I've come to expect from KFC.

Just picked up a snack box. The fries were super hot and the chicken too. I like to come here for a small snack.

I was coming back from work tonight and came here to have a nice meal, but the French fries were not fresh at all, and the chicken was not cooked properly. I was really not satisfied with the food they served me. I’m truly disappointed in KFC for serving such a meal

Very tasty chicken: Burgers, individual pieces. Drinks were good. Fries were also good, nicely salty too. If there's anything wrong with your order, they'll fix it 👍🏻 The zinger burgers are especially delicious.

The burger was a bit disappointing, the fries were limp...not great. A toy for the youngest was missing, even though it was listed on the receipt, as was a sauce. The worst part was that before I even ate the food, an employee came up to me to ask if I wanted to leave a good review. He asked if I had my phone with me. How can you leave a review when you haven't eaten anything yet?

I think racism plays a role here!!! I received bacon in my order even though I never asked for it. The service, including providing information about the flavors, is almost nonexistent! You have to pull it out of his mouth four or five times to figure out what flavors are being sold. He also offers an extra burger that was never requested. His antisocial manner reveals his true nature, ending with bacon in a zinger burger. It's unbelievable that they employ such people. It's scandalous.

Is it every kfc in the netherlands this horrible or just this one? In Sweden a meal means the drinks are included in the price which it wasn't here. You were also FORCED to buy four drinks in the Variety menu. The ketchup isn't included when it is in every other restaurant. The toilet costs one euro even for PAYING customers which is ridiculous. The ketchup packages also doesn't have a cut-out where you can easily open it up so we had to ask the staff to cut it upp with scissors(no idea how clean those were). Would not recommend, maybe in other countries but NEVER here. Go to the burger king that's on the opposite side of the road instead

The food is fine. Part of the order is often cold due to the long wait. The staff doesn't offer any solutions (I ordered a cookie, then received another because the one I ordered was gone, which I received without explanation). When I complained, I only got "the other one is gone" without any offer of a solution. There was a similar situation with drinks (I ordered iced tea and received a cola). Apparently, the iced tea was gone, but I had to figure it out myself. Because they randomly gave me other items without explanation or any offer of a solution, I give the service a 1.

I ordered the Veggie Burger from KFC today. The description said it should have tomato on it, but it didn't. Because of that, I didn't even eat the burger and ended up throwing it away. I find this a real shame and disappointing. I expect KFC to help me out—for example, with a refund or a new burger. If this is resolved properly, I'm willing to remove my review.

Honestly the most rude drive ever, this man first didn't let us finish ordering and then he gave us the PIN without a hello or good afternoon and without looking at us and was doing other things in the meantime, this was really bad.

The food was fine. Only the pickup counter needs improvement; it's a complete mess. The display showing the ready-to-serve numbers wasn't working, and was illegible. One employee was shouting, while the other was unintelligible. We were given the wrong item, so we had to take it with us. Of course, we didn't, but then the employee gave us a lecture. "I don't need to know what went wrong, I'll order something, make sure you take care of it." Make sure the pickup counter gets improved! I wasn't the only one complaining about that.

Today I ordered the "I Want Cheese" burger from KFC because it was being promoted everywhere on social media, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience was a huge disappointment. My order was ready in less than a minute, which immediately indicated the food probably wasn't freshly prepared. When I opened my meal, this proved to be true: the bun was soggy, the cheese on the loaded fries was hard and dried out, and the burger was dry and soggy. For a menu of almost €16, you really expect something better. I went back to the counter and was offered a new meal. I was told that "that's just how KFC burgers are" and that the buns are getting bigger these days, but the chicken is actually smaller, because that's what KFC wants. That's a disappointing answer, especially since KFC is known for crispy chicken, which this was absolutely not. The second burger was also soggy, not crispy, with a small piece of chicken. Moreover, the bacon wasn't crispy but limp, which made the burger even more disappointing. The new loaded fries were freshly topped but clearly not freshly fried, as everything was already laid out. The staff was friendly, but the quality of the food was truly appalling. All in all, this really wasn't worth €16. Where I normally associate KFC with crispy chicken, I now got a soggy, mushy meal. A real shame, and definitely not recommended.

A fantastic service area next to the airport, convenient whether you're traveling on the highway or staying at the hotel across the street to connect with your flight.

Even if you eat inside, you don't get paper plates or tissues. You have to use bags as plates. It's a joke. But the toilet costs 1.5 euros.

I'll be honest, I'll never go back here. It was disgusting, the fries were tough, there was barely any chicken on the burger, and I spent 30 minutes on the toilet at home. Not a pleasant experience :( The staff, however, worked hard and were friendly.

Soft, lukewarm fries without salt, sparkling water was gone, no recycled cups, staff seemed unmotivated, it was freezing cold, and the toilet was a euro and incredibly dirty. The chicken was good, though!

Absolute disgrace. The people at the drive-thru were not only rude, but also impossible to understand and repeatedly didn't answer because they were busy with another customer. When we received the milkshake we ordered, it was half full (see photo). After asking if this was normal, we received no response. We weren't even greeted with a goodbye or a hello. I'll never be back.

Quick and efficient. You just need to pay attention to cleaning after 11:00 PM. 100% I recommend it.

My car broke down right outside the KFC, and the manager came out right away to help us. He stayed with us for over half an hour in the rain, helped translate Dutch for us, made phone calls, and tried everything he could to assist. His kindness and patience made a stressful situation much easier. Thank you so much for going above and beyond—we truly appreciate it!

Great location just off highway with lots of free parking, right next to casino. Only thing is no toilet in the restaurant. You have to walk upstairs to the public paid toilet right next to Casino entrance.

The wait for my order was incredibly long. I was there on a weeknight around 10 p.m. The food was mediocre.

We (me and my wife) happened to go to the restrooms (prior to ordering food) - we need to pay to enter it which is fair but then u would have expected it to be well maintained! - The toilet closet didn’t have tissues. - there was water all over the floor - coke cups on the floor - people didn’t even care to flush and u dont even want to know what was on the toilet seats!🥵 Ridiculous… i went over to the reception to complain and the guy was like ‘yeah OK..will look into it’ with no sense of actual service or acceptance of neglect! So yeah we left without really ordering food- coz if u cant maintain a basic thing like a toilet, i don’t trust the maintenance of a kitchen!

The location isn't great. During dinner today, it was cooler outside (23°C) than inside. The burger had a little chicken and sauce, but the tenders were tender and good.

Had dinner at kfc last night €62,- Lukewarm fries, order not complete, and then the manager says they can just make it, without service, just check the order form before you deliver, is this sooooo difficult, milkshake no lids, and that new Korean menu is a no go, That manager is also totally unsuitable to. Find a solution to send a satisfied customer out the door..he doesn't care at all And this determines the atmosphere and appetite.
