Hotwings are great here, and superfast served.

All employees are very friendly, and provide cliënts alike with good service !! Something that is very rare to find nowadays in the Netherlands. My compliments. 10 stars !! 🙏👍

This is truly the worst KFC I have ever been to. Cold hamburger and a poorly made milkshake, plus worthless service. So that was a one-time thing and never again.

Food is what you expect from KFC. The staff are not interested in taking orders at the counter and aren't very helpful.

Terribleyy, really very nasty, tasteless, Dry and chewy. The drink had no fizz and really both drinks, both the cola and the ice tea sparkle. PLEASE close immediately!! Truly terrible and then paying €27! I am really veeeeery angry and disappointed

Very bad! Chicken bone dry. Fries seem double-fried to be reheated. Just really not tasty. You cannot wash your hands without having to use the paid toilet. Staff do not speak Dutch.

Had KFC in Hoofddorp, and as usual, I ordered the Original Recipe chicken pieces. My favourite piece is the thigh, and credit to the staff—the guy was kind enough to change the pieces for me. 👍 I just wish KFC would add an option at the self-service kiosk where customers could select or at least request their preferred chicken pieces. It would make ordering much easier. Now, the bottom line—the taste. The familiar KFC flavour was there, but unfortunately, this was among the lowest-rated KFC I've tried around the world. The chicken was simply too dry. 😪 Would I try another KFC around Amsterdam hoping for something better? Probably no. Once is enough. 🍗

While my partner is doing her shopping, I thought of getting a bucket KFC Hot Wings. I ordered with the App and walked to the restaurant. According to the App, this will take about 5-10 minutes. So, 15 minutes later, my order is still on “Preparing”…, 20 mins…? Still no bucket. Guests ordered from the panel were getting their orders much faster… So, I asked the guy at the counter in Dutch regarding my order and he said, “Oh…, I’ll make it for you (in English…)! 2 minutes later, my order was ready…! So, next time I’m not ordering using the App, in spite of the €1,50 cheaper deal; it’s not worth the wait… And, using the toilets, even as a customer will cost you €0,60…

Good Kentucky, helpful manager who answered my questions regarding my order well and patiently. You rarely find helpful and cooperative staff these days. But here you do. Highly recommended. And served quickly.

After pointing out that an elderly woman was cleaning the garden and plowing for the employees, I was called stupid, and the manager's reaction was even worse. Besides the restaurant's filth, customer service is equally poor.

I've been to KFC twice in Amsterdam Southeast and Hoofddorp. I find it ridiculous that I couldn't order in Dutch; I had to order in English, and the tone of that girl was hard to understand. So I spoke in my own language. The Hoofddorp location was better than the one in Southeast. I think Dutch should be spoken; it's very poor from KFC management. So people, don't go to Southeast.

We had to wait 22 minutes for an order that wasn't even that big. 22 minutes!!! The chicken wasn't crispy and was only lukewarm. The fries were already cold. Absolutely terrible.

Ordered our ‘fast’ food lunch & paid by debit card. Debit card only. Even Temu is faster with delivery than the food here. Then needed a 0.50 euro coin to wash your hands before eating; we are cashless. I could pay €0.50 by debit card but with a surcharge of €0.10 because I paid by debit card? Paid about €40 for a meal that didn't arrive, only to then have to pay by debit card with a surcharge just to wash my hands?

I had to wait more than 40 minutes for my order.. the manager said it would arrive within 3 minutes, only for absolutely nothing to arrive 5 minutes later. I requested a refund, which involved sending a photo of my bank card without receiving any contact details or phone number. Now I can only hope I get the money back. Scandalous service and a lack of self-reflection from this lady. I would like to receive a contact (number) from KFC.

Well, what exactly is there to say about fast food, which actually isn't that fast anymore? KFC is delicious as always, but I know that the taste of this kind of food varies greatly from person to person; however, if you like crispy chicken, you definitely have to try it. You place your order at one of those typical kiosks that you see popping up in more and more places. Be aware that these things are designed so that you always end up spending more money than you originally intended! I chose to take it away, so that is the only thing I can judge. I have to say: it could be better, and it’s the little things that matter. For instance, the paper bag you get everything in has no handle, so you just have to awkwardly grip the bag with your hands or support it at the bottom. If you ordered a drink, you get it in partially sealed cups, and on top of that, in a flimsy cardboard holder. That, combined with the handleless bag, makes taking your food home just a bit more frustrating, especially when you're already hungry. The atmosphere in the place is typical, or rather, incredibly soulless. Additionally, the use of philanthropic quotes from the 'Colonel', who passed away some time ago, doesn't sit quite right with me. His statements are positive and 'feel-good', whereas KFC is actively exploiting you. But then again, that applies to all fast food chains. The quality of the food wasn't anything to write home about. The fries were soggy and lacked salt, but the chicken was tasty and typical KFC. It just could have been a bit warmer. The wait lasted about 15 minutes for me.

Very dirty KFC. There are a lot of food scraps on the floor, as well as chicken legs. Nobody clears the tables or the mess. I have never seen a fast food restaurant that was so messy.

I can't give a high rating because the food was served cold. I was extremely surprised by the toilet, which cost 0.50€ and was dirty. They would at least make it free for visitors.

Absolutely do not order online!!! After a long wait, I had to call 6 times before someone answered, and I was told that no delivery person was coming, so I had to pick it up myself if I still wanted to eat. Eventually I picked up the food, and it was ice cold.

I gave a few tries to this place but unfortunately all the time I got disappointed, because this burger at other KFC places are actually delicious and made nice, but here somehow tastes horrible and also looks very different compared to the other KFC locations. Feels like they don't change the cooking oil regularly and all the time I was here the meat was overcooked, not tasty at all... 😕 If the management staff sees this rewiew please check this location out regularly, because this is not acceptable.

It was the KFC drive-thru, so I couldn't experience the atmosphere. The staff were very friendly though, and the food was hot and tasty.

I bought two buckets (of 10pieces) chicken crispy tenders. I have got nine one one bucket and 10 on another. take your own conclusions. it is not the first time. chicken is still ok though.

The worst KFC I've ever been. The chicken smelled awful. The restrooms were closed, and there's no way to even wash your hands in a place, where you eat with your hands, which is awful. I had to ask for tissues, because they weren't available anywhere, even though the order was quite large and delivered. I'm disappointed.

Apparently, ‘fast food’ here means a 2-hour wait. On top of that, you pay top dollar for a few pieces of chicken and some fries. Moreover, the chicken tastes like it was fried in motor oil. Save yourself the trouble and skip this place.

I had to wait 40 minutes for my food. The food was cold when it arrived, toddlers were running around the restaurant and crying, and the tables were not cleaned properly. I ordered a Pepsi Zero and they gave me a regular one. This was not life-threatening for me, but if someone has to avoid sugar due to medical issues, this would pose a huge risk to that person.

Never go here A 25-minute wait for cold chicken and fries is pretty normal here, and the staff is incredibly unfriendly. Never going here again.

Part of the order was missing. After reporting this, we received an email stating that the part hadn't been ordered, even though you literally clicked on the order when reporting the missing item, and the missing product was shown. Nonsense.

Today we placed an order totaling €98.94. What we received wasn't what we ordered. Three coconut milkshakes were missing, I ordered Kentucky loaded fries, and two corn on the cob were missing. The chicken was cold, and the fries looked more tasteless than ever. We called to report the error. Someone answered the phone but didn't say anything. I could hear people talking. I even thought for a moment I was on the wrong line. I thought I was in Turkey because that's the language they were speaking. And my husband, on the other end, kept saying hello. We tried several times. Finally, an employee answered, completely unprepared. They said the milkshakes were out of stock but didn't call to ask if we wanted a replacement. They said we would get our money back and that they would give us a phone number to contact, and then hung up without explaining the problem. We tried several times; They answered the phone but didn't say anything, and we heard them talking to each other in their native language. A complete lack of respect. We tried several times, but they answered and hung up each time. A huge chain like KFC, and the quality of their products is deteriorating, combined with terrible and unprofessional customer service. It caused us enormous stress during a relaxing family moment. My husband has emailed KFC customer service, and tomorrow we're going to the KFC branch in the center of Hoofddorp. I tell everyone: we won't be buying anything from them anymore, and I advise you to do the same. You'll only be disappointed. Close the doors, because it's seen better days.

Terrible, as a client you have to pay to use the restroom, and only by cash while for the food you can only pay by card, if you don’t have any coins you can’t even use it. The worst Kfc i have even been to, they don’t deserve even for one star. Payment for the toilet as a client, disrespectful,

KFC turned out great. The food was nice and hot and fast.

My review isn't so much about the food, but about the new Dubai ice cream. This really feels like a rip-off. You get a little sauce on top, and otherwise, you're essentially just eating a soft serve. A modern scam, in short. I recommend getting ice cream from other chains; at least there you'll actually get your money's worth.

I do not recommend it, the order for 30e was lost and I received a message on the app that it had been delivered. No contact and no response to my request for a refund.

I had an amazing experience thanks to one of the Yemeni employees at KFC. I didn’t have any change to use the restroom, and he went above and beyond to help me — he kindly opened the door and made sure I was okay. His kindness and genuine willingness to help truly touched me. KFC should be proud to have such a caring and helpful employee — people like him make all the difference! He absolutely deserves a promotion for his exceptional attitude and humanity.

My son ate here with two friends yesterday. Two of the three got food poisoning!!! Very bad!!

The food was bad, it was just cold while we had to wait 15 minutes for our food. If you don't have cash you can't go to the toilet. My corn, well there was no corn left. My order was already wrong, really bad. The trash cans are full and the tables are dirty. Never ever again here.

Most of the time it’s very crowded since it’s located in the centrum, and the waiting time for orders is quite long, whether you dine in or take away. The tables are often not cleaned promptly after customers leave, so you usually find spills and leftovers around. On Fridays, it becomes especially difficult to place an order, and I’ve even seen them decline online orders at times 😳

Waited more than 30mins for my order and after coming home I discovered it was missing 3pcs of chicken. On top of that the staff is simply rude. 25/08/2025 We gave delivery another chance through Thuisbezorgd and this location got even worse. Ordered at 18:36....wait for it....order came 2 hours later🤣 it's soooo awful it's almost a stand-up comedy bit. Kansloos
