Kwalitaria Badhoevedorp in Badhoevedorp

Unfortunately, the quality leaves much to be desired, and the hospitality is lacking. I also find this snack bar very stingy when you order a family-sized portion of fries for four people; it's more like a portion for four small children, and it never works out. I've ordered from here a few times, mainly because there are few alternatives in Badhoevedorp, but hopefully, another snack bar will open soon. It can hardly get any worse than this.

Delicious food, friendly service, a great stop from the south before heading to Schiphol Airport, which is only 15 minutes away. The decor and seating area could be a bit more inviting and inviting. Put a few plants on the table and it would look a bit more inviting... There were also quite a few dirty tables, so we had to choose a different one. Which doesn't detract from the fries, or rather, fries with satay, or, yes, no, peanut sauce, because that was truly delicious...!!

What a disgrace!! We arrived at 7:25 PM to grab a bite to eat, even though the snack bar doesn't close until 8:45 PM. To our surprise, all the chairs were already on the tables. While we were still looking at what we wanted to order, we were met with sullen looks. When I asked if we could still sit down, we received a curt and grumpy response from the Asian woman behind the counter 😡 Who starts cleaning up an hour before closing time? Not a shred of hospitality or service. We felt completely unwelcome – we will definitely never come back here again!!

Ordered food, got a long hair at home with the first bite of the burger, damn it. When I return to the store, the delivery person reacts strangely to the fact that I am returning this. At first I did not want to give my money back, but as a new citizen, after indicating that I did not want this, I got my money back.

First of all, I waited 1.5 hours (not the first time). Called after an hour, they would be there in 10 minutes. Still later. There is an error on the website. If you click on family portion and then click 3 portions, you apparently pay €9.90 but you get 3 regular portions. When you call, you are accused of having looked carefully yourself. Excuse me?! Check your website and put it in order! Don't put it on the customer, he simply orders based on logic. We had 6 children and 6 adults... we had to pick up food. Obviously somewhere else. Already the third time something goes wrong. It can happen, but instead of getting a polite response, you get such a big mouth. Really not okay. No customer service at all. Too bad I already tipped in advance. Really not worth it. Better to order from the chip shop at De Molen. You have to pick it up yourself, but better fries and better service!

Als je hier wat besteld klopt het niet met wat op het menu staat wij hadden zomer friet met kip besteld daar zou verse groente een spicy sausje een woksaus en rucola opzitten nou zelfs met een microscoop is dat niet te vinden hun doen het lekker goed koop zit wel wat kip op en dan ijsbergsla en mayo gadverdamme hoe jaag je je klanten weg 🤬

Ordered 2 fries in a bag and 2 chicken corn. By 2 fries I meant 2 fries with mayonnaise in a bag instead of a container and this 2 times. When I get home, everything is in a bag without mayonnaise. This is very sad.

Had lunch here. Taken a big war. It says they have fries sauce but it's actually just mayonnaise. That was a disappointment. The amount of sauce was good, the onions could use a little more. The fries were from Aviko. Crispy fried and fine. A bit of the standard fries, but no more than that. The container was well filled but did not fill my stomach. Then I had small fries at De Patatza(a)k. It turned out that the small fries at De Patatza(a)k are the same as the large fries from Kwalitaria and a few cents cheaper. And with the small fries from De Patatza(a)k you get a little more for less price. Location is nice, reminds me of a village. The dining location is also fine. employees come by regularly to clean.

Nice staff, but for the price you pay for a bowl of fries that contains almost nothing with a little satay sauce and a frikadel, it is really expensive.

Hard working owners and staff. Friendly service. Food is fine, you get value for your money. The atmosphere is great due to both the friendly staff and the spacious layout of the room.

The fact is that the portions of fries are small, not much sauce and the same goes for everything, the burgers are way too expensive for little, it's just not worth your money. This is the only snack bar in Badhoevendorp, my advice is to buy an air fryer and play snack bar at home. It is cheaper and just as good in terms of atmosphere and experience, and even more fun to watch Netflix. Advice for quality food keep the prices reasonable and don't be stingy with the food and sauces, it's such a poverty.

als jullie op vakantie zijn en de snackbar gesloten is, graag even op de website melden. Ik wilde wat snack halen maar stond voor een dichte deur terwijl op de website staat dat hij open was. Volgende keer wat duidelijker zijn.

Kipsate menu gehad, lekker gebakken friet en de kip was lekker mals!

A proper Dutch chippie with lots of croquets, sausages, schitzel, and vege options too. Best of all was the side salad to accompany your meal. Plenty of free parking.

Zeker geen aanrader, slechte service, niet gezellig en gewoon duur. Italiaanse hamburger genomen, voor bijna een tientje mag je wel wat verwachten, maar was een klein burgertje. Zuinig met saus, de snackbar is het gewoon niet, zonde.

Het eten was goed, alleen aan de prijzige kant. Je krijgt het idee dat het personeel liever wil dat je het thuis op eet. Er zit totaal geef sfeer in die zaak of het personeel. Het is er koud, donker en erg ongezellig.

Kwamen 20 minuten voor sluitingstijd. Eigenlijk niet meer echt welkom. Overal werd opgeruimd, klaar om snel te kunnen sluiten. Troosteloos restaurant. Is natuurlijk een snackbar dus we verwachten er niet al te veel van maar dit kan zo veel beter. Beetje sfeer met bijv prettige verlichting zou fijn zijn. Eten was oke, patat is het omrijden niet waard.

Prima snackbar met goede kwaliteit fastfood. De sfeer kan beter maar dat ligt ook aan de locatie. Het eten en de service is prima daar gaat het toch om!

Na een eerdere positieve ervaring besloten om hier nog maar eens te gaan eten. Na het bestellen van een frietje satésaus, een milkshake en een balletje gehakt, gaf ik aan vast een tafeltje te zoeken. De dame achter de balie bitste me toe dat de boel om kwart voor negen opgeruimd zou gaan worden. Het was nog geen half negen. Ik dacht dat dat wel moest gaan lukken. Maar de dame herhaalde haar waarschuwing als was het een dreigement. Ze voegde er pinnig aan toe "ik zeg het maar even hoor" Inmiddels voelde ik me niet meer welkom en zeker niet op mijn gemak. Het eten heb ik snel naar binnen gewerkt, geen zin in dat gekakel. Laatste keer dus, jammer want het overige personeel is vriendelijk en de friet is goed.

Sterke verbetering. Nieuwe eigenaren moesten duidelijj wennen. Nog steeds geen bestek.

Vroeger vaak besteld via thuisbezorgd, waarbij een minimumbedrag staat van €8,-. Echter werd ik na het bestellen via thuisbezorgd gebeld door kwalitaria dat het minimumbedrag €17,50 is voor bezorgen dus dat de order gecancelled wordt. Let hier goed op bij bestellen. Dit is een fout van de communicatie tussen beide bedrijven en wanneer je dit aangeeft aan de telefoon blijft men stellig dat je zelf de verkeerde postcode hebt ingevuld. Ik heb vrij vaak vanaf de koningin maximakazerne besteld (postcode 1171VK, sloterweg 400) en men bleef stellig dat dit een andere postcode betreft. Zelfs als je googelt zie je de postcode erbij staan maar de dame aan de lijn beweerde van niet. Ook werd gezegd dat het al minstens een jaar zo is dat de bestelling minimaal €17,50 moet zijn en dat het onmogelijk is om voor minder te laten bezorgen. Echter heb ik 26 Oktober een bestelling van €13,- bezorgd gekregen en heb ik een aantal keer hiervoor ook voor minder dan €17,50 laten bezorgen. Misschien is het handig als thuisbezorgd en kwalitaria in gesprek gaan om dit soort misverstanden te voorkomen. Ronduit over de postcode liegen wordt niet gewaardeerd.

Goede service, aardige mensen en lekker eten. Makkelijk parkeren.

De nieuwe uitbater is een Chinees met waarschijnlijk familie .Zij werken met hoog in het vaandel de 'hygiëne ' voorschriften en hebben een "oude rot" die al 27 jaar aan de zaak verbonden is aan gehouden als medewerker,omdat hij veel ervaring heeft en ook veel vaste klanten kent.

If you are staying at The Ramada Hotel, Badhoevedorp, then this Restaurant is a must to visit. Only a 10 minute walk from the hotel past some very picturesque Dutch houses.
