We always get Chinese food here for my husband and mother-in-law, and sometimes I have Chinese takeaway too. And that's quite something; I've always found Chinese food too salty, but thankfully this one isn't too salty. Surinamese food is more my thing, especially roti, and fries or a Surinamese sandwich for our daughter. Everything is very fresh and tastes great, and the best part is that the roti plate is also really tasty, which is often difficult to find at many combination restaurants. Our daughter also likes the fries, although the chicken curry sandwich is currently a favorite for both of us. And that's also with a really good Surinamese sandwich. They are incredibly welcoming and service-oriented, and we've heard from my mother-in-law and stepson, who have also tried a few other places in the area, that this one is by far the best. Apparently, there was a disappointment years ago, according to the reviews, but that was a long time ago and is therefore actually completely irrelevant.

Ordered again today, always good. But today with the 4 dishes we always get 2 x noodles and 2 x nasie. Now 4 x nasi without explanation or anything like that. When I asked, the noodles were gone. Very poor explanation and even poorer solution. If there's something I don't like, it's rice mess, dry pulp without taste. Then give me some extra money for those few cents spent.

These are lovely people. They recently took over this building from the previous owners. The first order was fine. The service is also good and kind. The quality leaves much to be desired. unfortunately. The food is WAY TOO SALTY. Everything is too salty. We love salt here... but this beats everything... unfortunately we don't order here anymore for that reason. The people are nice, but the shrimp gave one of us diarrhea. That's not good either.
