Good service my ice cream fell on the ground and they gave me a new one

I felt welcome in the restaurant. The staff was friendly, the place clean and the food tasted great. The bocadillo sandwich was tasty – definitely worth a try.

You place an order of €30 Döner sandwiches, hair salons, 5 pieces. When you get home you find out that you paid 30 euros for fries with no meat on them. And this isn't the first time. Never come here again, for everyone; never come here.

Ordered from this snack bar for the second time. And received cold food for the second time after waiting 2 hours. Although I understand, it was a difficult order for 1 fries, frikandel, cheese soufle. Wouldn't spend your money here.

Fries were soggy and tasting like old oil. Snacks were blend. People are friendly tho. Quality used to be fine tho.

That baguette is super big and delicious. 5 stars also super cheap and fast.

I get a Turkish pizza every week for lunch. It is made quickly and is always delicious.

I had ordered a kapsalon with a milkshake, the kapsalon was cold and the milkshake was half full with the rest dripping from the bag. I called and filed a complaint, they would bring a new one. But I haven't had it yet, so I'll never order from here again.

This chip shop has deteriorated greatly, not customer friendly, unhygienic and the food is also not good and the loud music is on, we will definitely not go there again, I don't recommend it to people, it's a waste of your money

Food was tasty, but why is there standard garlic sauce on the Turkish pizza? I only wanted sambal because I don't like garlic sauce. Unfortunately I didn't eat the Turkish pizza because of this. Dürüm was tasty. I hope this can be an area for improvement!

Had dinner at Bèta this afternoon. We came with the dog, a bowl of water for the dog was no problem. Our order was ready fairly quickly and was just good!!! I had fries flip with onion and peanut sauce... delicious. My wife had the frikandel special and the frikandel sandwich. Also good. Fresh roll/tip. Small downside... you can't use a fork with loose frikandel. The nice thing was that the employee said...we hope to greet you again soon!!! We say....see you soon!!!!

Every day, every morning, every afternoon, every evening we visit the best snack bar in Leiden and surrounding areas. Super tasty fries and of course the well-known doner. I always enjoy the food and the people who work there are really friendly, they always help us very well and they have fun talking to us about our lives. After I eat a doner sandwich on Friday, I always play an excellent match on Saturday and we always win because of the best doner sandwich in town. It gives you a boost that you have never felt before. Just that delicious chicken in your belly. The bottom line is that this is the best snack bar in Leiden and the surrounding area.

Good service, the atmosphere is nice and cozy. There are also fun songs being played. Top place to eat!

We have ordered food from this snack bar several times now. And every time it is very good! We've tried everything. But what we keep ordering are the burgers and the hair salon. The burgers are really great and have a very good price for the great quality. And they are almost the only ones in Leiden to make the hair salon the way it should be! Finally a business in Leiden that knows what the creator intended. Good meat, perfect fries, tasty cheese layer, enough sauce and a simple but fresh salad on top. Keep going! Highly recommended for everyone!

The food is great but of course not necessarily on the healthy side (snack bar). Service is great, I wanted to lose my change and was 50 cents short, but that was no problem and they paid for me!! The atmosphere is also good, nice design and overall a good experience! ;)

gister avond betaburger en een patat Flip besteld ik heb er zekker van genoten patat lekker krokant en burger vol van smaak beter als de Mac !!!

Helaas patat besteld maar kwam klef aan ook was het eten niet super warm eerder koud de bezorger was zeer gehaast en misschien netter om je helm de volgende keer af te zetten Voor mij geen 2 x daar bestellen meer

Frikadel of br frikadel met mayo wordt net geserveerd als speciaal er wordt dan een sneetje gemaakt voor de saus en dat hoort gewoon niet en maak de frikadel ook een stuk minder lekker

Super chille mensen! Heel chill personeel. Wel jammer dat het gebied eromheen nu een voetgangerszone is, maar daar kan de snackbar niets aan doen!

Snackbar Bètaplein is gewoon precies wat een snackbar zou moeten zijn. Los van snacks heb je ook gewoon andere producten zoals kapsalon en turkse pizza’s, naar mijn mening ook een van de weinige snackbars die nog met redelijke prijzen komen en fantastische kwaliteit eten. Ik raad het aan!

Kapsalon is heerlijk voor de pauze vult goed zeker een aanrader.

De medewerkers van deze snackbar zijn super aardig en het heeft een goede sfeer, eten is ook erg lekker, tot snel!
