Unfortunately. It went well for a while, but today I'm going to get a frikandel speciaal. What do I get....fries! Quite a difference I would say. I did get my frikandel eventually, but I found out that I paid 15 cents too much. I know...what is 15 cents, but it's the principle that counts. High time for a new owner

The chef's burger was very tasty, for 10.99 the menu of such good quality is really a bonus.

Ridiculous price for a little satay sauce with your fries or snack. €1.10 extra!!! Also unfriendly staff and bad service. I'd rather drive a bit further for better quality, price and service.

Bad experience at Foosmasters. Do not order here! Dirty wet fries that were incredibly tough. As if it had been thrown back into the fryer. I immediately reported this, but the gentleman responded very irritated with; “I just took it out, what do you mean tough????”. I'll make a new one for you, but whatever." Very strange reaction. I didn't need a new one because they were busy and everyone was looking at me. But never again Foodmasters Aalsmeer for me. See photo and in the other reviews I read exactly the same as how I experienced it. It looks exactly as if the fries have been thrown back and fried twice! Bahhhh!

The fries were really not tasty, as if they had been thrown back into the fryer. There were five of us but no one ate it. So unfortunately it was thrown away. I ordered garlic sauce with the shourma roll but unfortunately I didn't receive it either. So it was disappointing.

We ate delicious soft ice creams with the kids, they all had blue speckles and a blue tongue

We have placed an order Didn't receive any sauces with the fries/kapsalon/sowarma roll/frikandel which was on the receipt but not according to the snack bar, we also had to pay for that on the 2nd delivery 3 raw hamburgers and the fries were fried for far too long (and cold), see photos Of course we called the snack bar and we immediately got the answer, eventually we got new hamburgers with sauces (had to pay extra for them). I would never order from here again and would definitely advise against it to everyone, a mistake was easily made, but If you can't speak to your customer normally, I have no words for that

Our emails ended up in spam there. __________________ For some reason my dropdown menu was changed to Aalsmeer instead of Almelo. I found this out when the order was placed. You may have done something wrong yourself. But I called Aalsmeer and told them that it was a bit difficult for me to pick up the order in Aalsmeer. The order was canceled and I would receive my money back. Then ordered in Almelo and everything went well. So actually 5 stars. However, after 4 emails and a month, I have not received any response or money back. So the quality is excellent. A bit expensive, but in my opinion it was worth it, but communication and keeping agreements are a big score! But I suspect that Snackbar foodmaster Alsmeer may not be able to do anything about this. And I will certainly adjust my reference if someone finally ensures that I receive my money back and perhaps even apologize for the poor communication. So the review as a means of pressure.

We were only able to eat after an hour and a half and that was not even how we ordered. Fries were limp, cheeseburger was limp, chicken burger had everything on it even though I had indicated otherwise. Employee on the phone was rude! Other than this I had to call up to prove myself because there was a mistake in the delivery and the restaurant tried to unfairly shift the blame my way. I also had to pay extra due to the error in the delivery, even though the error was not ours. I 100% don't recommend it, very unprofessional and rude.

Ordered food in the store and took it home, but at home it turned out that not everything was included. After calling the business, the rest was delivered to your home for free. Great food. (The prices on the brochure do not match the actual prices)

Outrageously bad. Fries were not included in the order and then the phone was not answered all evening. The hamburger was falling apart on the other side in the bag and they turned the frikandel special curry into ketchup. We will never order from here again.

As an entrepreneur, we eat with the staff during fixed break times. No matter what time you agree with Foodmaster, the delivery person is often late with lukewarm food.
