Very nice people, especially that sweet man, always a smile. The food is also delicious. They've been around for a long time, sometimes they can come across as rude, but in Crooswijk you encounter the craziest customers, so I understand if they don't always know how to behave. If you're in Crooswijk, get your snacks and fries here!

The food isn't fresh. Unless you buy fried food, you won't notice much. The lady is friendly until you (kindly) complain about something.

This is honestly the best snack bar around. The people who work there are incredibly friendly and polite. They are incredibly hard workers and they deserve every star I give to them. I come here regularly and I've never had any complaints about the food (and I complain a lot). In addition, the snack bar is also clean and hygienic. Big five stars

Come here regularly. Very friendly hardworking couple of Asian descent. A very clean place with a relaxed atmosphere. I haven't had any complaints about the chip shop yet and my favorite remains the chicken curry sandwich! Price quality is good and the food is always ready at the same pace. Excellent snack bar. I notice that many negative reviews come from the same side. That's why I had to post this review after years of loyal customers

We really need to straighten something out. I've been coming here for 10 years, super nice people and delicious fries. The 1-star comments are due to a smear campaign against these hardworking and sweet owners who are ready in the neighborhood every day. Thank you ❤️

Normally I always get my fries here because it is close to home, but I have placed an order here twice, which apparently means that the Mexicano sandwich (halal) receives the meat cold on the inside and the croquettes are delivered empty and cold, then I receive a call back about this. to have it made up to me that the lady promised to make it up to me personally by telephone and I was told that I was lying when I came to pick it up and had a bit of a discussion and, apart from everything, she raised her voice violently while I explained that I had called about this. and she and her husband agreed to make amends. At least I will NEVER get my food here again. The food is already expensive and then a few times it doesn't go well and then you are lying according to them! I have never experienced something more bland and anti-social than this. So they have lost a good customer. What rude staff, I am mainly talking about the Chinese lady behind the counter. In short: not recommended / bad service!

Unfriendly staff, the lady (probably the owner) called me stingy because I sprinkled a little bit of salt on my fries. Trash cans are thrown. A friend of mine wasn't feeling well after a croquette sandwich and it looked like it was old. The inside of the croquette was hollow and the bun itself was frozen. Our fries medium was given in a small bowl and this was so-called “medium”. This is really unacceptable at this store, it is abject and characterless. If I could give lower than 1 star I would.

Iedereen weet hoe hardwerkende mensen eruit zien, naar mijn mening zijn de eigenaar en eigenares het toppunt van hardwerkend en dat moet gewaardeerd worden. Nu lees ik hier en daar wat haat reacties over een vrouw die de winkel uit is gezet met een niqaab. Echter, echte klanten weten zeer goed dat de eigenaren wel moslims tolereren, maar dat zij misschien net iets stichter de wet handhaven over het dragen van gezichtsbedekkende kleding in openbare plekken. Tevens, is het hun zaak, dus wat ga je ze daaraan kwalijk nemen, je kan ze immers niet dwingen om jou toe te laten in hun zaak. En dan nu haat zaaien naar mensen die werken voor de onderhoud van hun kroost? Belachelijk!

Mensen die hier nooit hebben gegeten maar de zaak 1 ster geven omdat de zaak zich aan het wettelijke verbod op gezichtsbedekkende houdt hebben het niet echt begrepen. Een zaak mag mensen weigeren, en in dit geval betrof het een wet die gezichtsbedekkende kleding verbied in openbare ruimte. De zaak naam dat serieus en nu hebben we een hoop tere zieltjes die een zaak failliet proberen te krijgen.

Sinds kort heb ik deze snackbar ontdekt. Erg vriendelijke mensen, maar een beetje gebrekkig in de Nederlandse taal. Echter, duidelijk te zien dat het hardwerkende mensen zijn! Het eten was redelijk lekker. Mihoen Singapore zou ik zeker aanraden, maar de snack zijn verder ook helemaal prima. De zaak ziet er mooi en netjes uit. Leuk om met wat vrienden achter de bar te zitten of met het gezin een frietje te eten. Zeker aan te raden!

Personeel is vriendelijk en zelf moslim!!! Helaas zijn er een paar domme Marokkanen die denken dat moslims alleen in Marokko voorkomen.

Je kan beter verder in de straat naar de overkant Bakkerij Hicret of verderop Al Shamyat of vishandel daartegenover. Frituursels zijn niet JE van HET
