The ladies behind the counter were rude and unfriendly (except for the young man). The food wasn't good. I live two minutes from the snack bar, and the food was cold.

As soon as you enter, you feel that they would rather you go again... Unfortunately, the service and quality leave much to be desired. Here they have absolutely no idea what customer service is. Annoying and racist staff. If you want to be approached in a human way and want good quality food, order from “the Purmerend family” After stealing four times, I know what to expect from Rosa... Go for humanity and quality, go for 'the Purmerend family'.

This is the 3rd time in 5 weeks that I arrive at 10:30 PM and want to order a cheeseburger after working. And then I'm told no because the grill plate has already been cleaned. You still have 90 minutes before you close. The tray should then be left on for at least 75 minutes. This also happened all three times to the same employee. Find something else if you don't want to do this. I also let the manager know. Which I also met once in these 5 weeks that she was working, top female.

I arrived an hour before closing time and I... I immediately felt a grim atmosphere, a lady was standing behind the cash register and she looked at me very grumpily, then I ordered something, sat down and she packed it, while I wanted to eat here. Now I ask if I can eat here, and she says yes very angrily. so I sit down with the feeling that I am not allowed to sit there, then other people come and are sent away because they did not want to make what they wanted, then I start eating, the fries taste as if they had been drawn through the sea, so salty and the frikandel was It's a shame that I didn't get a fork back from the employee, she looked unhygienic, grumpy, and talks in a very annoying way as if she just wants you away

Ladies behind the counter were very rude and certainly didn't feel like working!! Sat on the counter (nice and hygienic) and on her phone, they were chatting more. Just had to wait to order! A bit uncomfortable and not hospitable. Didn't feel at home at all .Not worth 1 star.. I also didn't get any mustard with my croquette and we had to get our food ourselves even though we were in the shop. She just didn't want to throw it at us.

The quality of the snacks is low. This makes it taste less tasty.

I stopped by this snack bar 20 minutes before closing time to get a drink. There were about 7 people talking, drinking and smoking cigarettes at the door, it looked like a party. I already didn't feel comfortable with the situation, but I still wanted to walk inside to get my drink. Suddenly a girl stands in front of me from the group with a cigarette in her mouth. I think she worked there. Without saying anything, she nonchalantly points to the sign that says 'closed'. She didn't even blow her cigarette smoke in my face! I don't think it's normal for a snack bar to close 20 minutes in advance while there's a whole group of people (employees and/or friends of these employees) smoking cigarettes and chilling in front of the door. Downright ridiculous, customer unfriendly and absolutely poor service!!

Got food last night, you certainly don't feel welcome, you would almost say sorry for coming there to get food. They had little to do and they forgot the milkshake, after saying that it was added to the already ready order. At home it turned out to be the wrong taste........ Very customer unfriendly, they asked for a new staff member but I would also renew the existing one.

What antisocial staff! Not a customer in the shop and they don't even look at you! One is eating fries in the shop. And the other two are probably people shy. After 5 minutes finally contact. Very customer friendly.

Top fries shop, everything very hygienic and delicious Frikandel special sandwiches, with lots of sauce and onions on it. Also delicious milkshakes and ice creams. Lots of space to eat there too.

The three of us just got some food, what a grumpy girl, the other one isn't the happiest, but this one really hits the spot. Doesn't greet you, gets irritated when you want to eat it in the shop because she wrapped it and when you ask for a bag of mustard she throws it down. Bah!

Milkshakes are very tasty. Fries of very variable quality. Satay sauce is good for my figure, it was sour the last time, but I ate it anyway, resulting in my intestines being completely emptied the next day.

I go to many places for work, my favorite snack is a meatball. But no longer at this place, it was a half-lukewarm, soggy and tasteless affair. It was ready after 1 bite.

UPDATE: Recently ate here again after the renovation, it is now spotless and the food is good, we have really turned things around, hence my revised review. OLD REVIEW 2/5: One of the worst snack bars in Purmerend, not inedible but don't go here if you have a choice.

Very bad service. The order was not complete. Where the person who had to return had cold food. By the way, there was still 1 bag of our snacks waiting there and the other half still had to be fried. We also received the old bag with cold snacks that had been ready for 15 to 20 minutes. In short, a lot of cold and old food and very poor service.
