Snackbar Shoarma Bergweg in Noord

Picked up a haircut, got home and there was a HAIR in it. Disgusting! Do something about your hygiene; they also aren't providing me with a solution.

It's a real shame that the prices have risen so dramatically. I used to come here almost daily, but nowadays only once in a while. I find €12 for a kapsalon really way too expensive. For that amount, I can get a complete menu somewhere else and be better off. The quality is good in itself, but as far as I'm concerned, the price-quality ratio is nowhere to be found. Because of this, I unfortunately come less and less often.

I go there once a week*, good (AND HYGIENIC) service... * I live a 10-minute bike ride away, which is just as well, otherwise I would go there every day.

Hair in my hair salon? Anyway, totelooss, I just find it sad how these two men treat people's food for a premium price, they could have been better off making a jam sandwich at home, but anyway, the atmosphere was grim, service was meh, as for the food I give K 2.4 DON'T COME!

Scandalous! The establishment is temporarily closed for the summer holidays. However, this is not indicated anywhere; not on Google Maps, nor on the facade. We understand that everything has become more expensive these days, but this should not come at the expense of quality and food safety. This kapsalon used to be one of the best, but recently the quality of the meat has clearly deteriorated and is no longer as it should be. This is concerning and raises questions regarding hygiene and quality control. I recommend that this be looked into seriously and that the inspectorate checks this to ensure customer safety.

The taste isn't like I remember it anymore; it was a really bad, dirty kapsalon. Shawarma is different, too little sauce; normally you get two layers of sauce. Too bad, guys.

The other day when I went to pick up food, there was snot on the bag. People, don't eat here, because these are incredibly unhygienic people working behind the counter. By the way, what you're eating is just turkey, not lamb shawarma. I'd say go eat at Elaviv 2, 100m down the road; they have 10 times better shawarma than this filthy place. They have gone downhill in terms of service, hygiene, and quality.

We had a delicious meal and good portions, definitely worth repeating.

ABSOLUTELY BAD! I placed an order with Uber Eats. It arrived an hour later, and when I opened it, two dishes were wrong. I tried calling, but they wouldn't answer. After calling eight times, they answered, told me they were busy, and hung up on me. I then cycled there because I paid a lot of money and then got the wrong food and incredibly poor service. I arrived, explained the situation, and all they said was, "Just deal with it." The same food was put back in my bag. No refund, and the wrong order. I was also treated incredibly rudely and disrespectfully. Plus, you pay €9.50 for a mini sandwich. Truly ridiculous.

Their chicken dönner kapsalon with saté sauce and melted cheese was very tasty en filling. Their service is efficient: didn’t have to wait long. The atmosphere is like a snackbar: very easy and functional. They have a wide range of food on their menu.

I've been a customer for years, but the old taste and quality are gone. Hopefully, it will return to the old standard.

I thought it was edible, and it resembled shawarma. But next time, I'll just go back to Jaffo on Witte de With Street. I'm not saying I'll eat there.

NASTY! Really not worthy of a single star. Note that they do not know sauce separately. Richly drowned in garlic and sambal. Had to wait over an hour for our order. When the restaurant finally decided to answer the phone, it was my own fault. And he threw the phone at it. Rudeness is more important here than quality and/or customer satisfaction.

You guys have become so bad. Kapsalon was not food, burnt cheese and dry shawarma. My mother's durum was even worse, burnt and without salad, while the receipt says everything is on it. Really really bad, we will never order from here again

Door mijn zwager, geboren Rotterdammer, mee uit eten genomen in deze fantastische shoarma tent. Ik heb menig kapsalon gegeten in mijn leven, maar die ik hier kreeg steekt er met kop en schouders bovenuit. Wat een ambachtelijk genot! Zelfs broodje nuchter zat ik te smullen! Volgende keer als ik Rotterdam ben, ga ik zeker heen. Al is het 0700 sochtends op 25 december.

They literally make the one of the best Kapsalon in The Netherlands. It's just that they're too expensive which is not worth it. Overall, it's good. The price plays a huge role here. Kapsalon price shouldn't go above €7.50!

Sehr sehr lecker. Haben dort Capsalon gegessen einfach Hammer lecker. Auch der Preis ist ok ähnlich wie hier zu Lande ein Dönerteller.

Reed er vaak langs en het was er altijd druk dus besloten om een keer te proberen. Heb de shoarma schotel besteld : super lekker! Niet gierig, lekkere knoflooksaus en zakje patat bij!

Rijd helemaal uit Zuid om er een kapsalon te halen. Heeft een unieke smaak en de patatjes zijn altijd krokant. Goed spul.
