Great snack bar, but 20 years ago it was better under the previous owner

I've ordered from here about five times now. Through home delivery, their own website, by phone, and in-store. Each time, something went wrong, which is a real shame. Either the food arrived an hour late or the order was wrong. Today, they failed again to deliver the correct order. It contained something I can't eat (and I clearly stated I wanted to avoid it). I immediately tried to reach them, but couldn't. Now, an hour later, they're still unreachable, and I'm starving. This is a real shame and a waste of money. Incidentally, the food they offer was delicious, which is why I tried again, but unfortunately, the staff can't read very well.

The fries are unbearable, so dry and hard. I think they have a pile of old fries that's been sitting there for hours, and with these prices, you might as well go to a traditional chip shop.

This place is awful! We've been going to Molkwerum for many years, and I've never met an unfriendly Dutch person. But if you really want to meet unfriendly Dutch people, this is the place for you. We left without even eating ice cream.
