Spareribs were tough, didn't come off the bone.

I've always been very satisfied with Spareribslijn. Unfortunately, last week's order was a huge disappointment. (Did I understand the owners have changed?) We ordered one Hot Oriental and one Oriental, but didn't receive the Hot, and two Oriental. We received two bags of baguettes; one bag was barely full and the other was full. The fries were lukewarm, the herb butter soft/melted, the coleslaw wasn't as good as before, and most importantly: the spareribs were disappointing. Very little marinade at once, a strange aftertaste, not very warm... The only good thing was the garlic sauce. And we still had to wait quite a long time for it to be delivered. We didn't want to call to complain, thinking we'd have to wait another hour for the next delivery. Hopefully, it'll be better next time, because you pay a lot for it, after all.

Always the tastiest spare ribs. Because we had trouble finding our address last time, this time it was resolved with excellent service. Highly recommended.

Ordering for the first time took too long (1.5 hours). The fries were cold, but they were replaced by hot ones. The spare ribs were lukewarm, but they tasted good. There wasn't much meat on them. The baguette was small. For us, it wasn't worth the money for what you get. So, not satisfied, and we won't be back.

Last year we placed an order for four people and were extremely disappointed, which we let them know. We recently heard there were new people on the menu, so we gave it another try. It turns out the old ones are back, what a blessing!!! The spareribs were fantastic, the delivery was fantastic, and the service before and afterward was also fantastic. Their system still showed we were dissatisfied, so Jeroen called us to check if everything was to our liking. Well, Jeroen, just like I said on the phone, it was fantastic!!! We'll definitely be back. One small point of constructive criticism: if you offer a complete menu, make it complete instead of having to pay extra for the side dishes, but this is a minor point.

First of all, very good communication! We ordered before 5:50 PM. We called 10 minutes in advance to say that the food was on its way so it might be a little later. It was there at 6:00 PM :) The delivery person was super friendly and neatly parked his car instead of in the middle of the road, so plus points! And the food was delicious! Spare ribs and satay great! The fries were also very tasty. Various sauces for some variation. In a word TOP!

After a long time, I ordered spare ribs and a (huge) hamburger again. Everything was perfect! So, despite the long delivery time, another 5-star rating.

Today, for the first and last time... the spare ribs weren't even seasoned, but served with some kind of greasy sauce. The fries were old and all small pieces... the best part of the dinner was the baked potato. That says it all, I think... seriously not good. Spend your money elsewhere.

I order here often, but now there's absolutely nothing left on the table. A few lean spare ribs, a few baguettes, half a container of coleslaw (which used to be the absolute best, but seems to have changed now too), and you now have to pay extra for the potato croquettes on a set menu. No, I'm not ordering anymore. And that for 25 euros. More expensive, and portions fit for mice. And I'm really not a big eater...

The food was almost an hour late, fries were cold, ribs were lukewarm. Isn't the first time.

Recently picked up spareribs from the Spareribs line for the first time in a long time. When I come home with my food, the spareribs are burnt, as can be seen in the photo. The photo shows the least serious one. It will be years before I ever get spare ribs from this place again. Added on 9-10: The complaint was neatly handled by Spareribslijn. This time the spareribs were well cooked, which also tasted good.

Ordered, waited almost 2 hours only to be told the order had been canceled.

Delicious food and consistent quality for years! Lots of choice and easy ordering. Great team and would love to come there. Keep it up!

Bad price quality ratio, unfriendly staff and it's just bad what you don't get so it's not worth your money!

Top top top! Delicious flavors, tasty juicy Ribs. And the side dishes are also excellent. You can taste that it is homemade and nothing comes from packages or containers, keep it up!

After a good 1.5 hours finally the ribs. If you can call it that, one container of burnt fat! Straight into the rubbish bin where it belongs!

Ordered 3 portions, 2 of which were burnt black. Not a second time for us. The delivery lady was friendly.

My wife brought spare ribs today, I have really never tasted such mess in my life, I have been getting spare ribs from the spare ribs line in Roosendaal for 20 years and I know plenty of people (owner too) personally I even came from Tilburg, but guys this was Can't even eat it, it literally went into the trash after one bite. Don't mess around with flavors, stick to the familiar and be confident with your quality, this costs customers and people. Next time (I live near Roosendaal again) I will come and make my complaint myself, this was really pointless. Greetings.

Ordered yesterday at 4:45 PM and we live less than 500 meters away, so delivered no later than 5:30 PM. At 5.45 pm I called again to see where it was yes, very busy, another 15 minutes Called again at 6 p.m. from the same phone (it was simply not answered 3 times) called from another number and was answered immediately. unfortunately it would take another 1 to 1.5 hours. so we didn't want to cancel.??!! done immediately and hit the market like a rocket to dacota. back within 45 minutes with super tasty spareribs, too bad they don't have a baked potato there, the rest is perfect. Called a total of 21 times today to order something. Either the phone was not answered or the phone was busy. The business would be open again on August 13, after their holiday. The site says delivery from 4:30 PM and it is already 5:10 PM. It's a shame because they sell quite a good product, if they do pick up.
