Sphinx in Wijk 00

Always good service and tasty food

Ordered food, waited 2 hours, got nothing. Don't order here, people.

The food is delicious and Yusuf is a really top waiter.

Worst food ever, it is really ridiculous that a place like this is allowed to exist.

The food was ice cold and the pizza was burnt, which is very bad after a three-hour delay.

When I walked in, the waiter smiled pleasantly, but when he heard I wasn't Dutch after I started speaking English, his attitude immediately changed, definitely negative. Because I'm Polish, I was the only one who had to pay before my food was served, unlike all the other (Dutch) guests after they ate. On top of that, everything I received was burnt, as you can see in the photo. The chicken and fries tasted burnt. I think if I were Dutch, it would have been much different. I definitely DO NOT recommend it. Ordered here twice. The first time, the spareribs were super dry. Today we thought we'd try the pasta, and this was even worse. It had no taste at all; they had just put cocktail shrimp in the pasta. Never ordering here again.

What a terrible place, they can't talk to customers normally, plus 5 euros extra delivery costs due to their own fault, scamming

Consistent quality for over 35 years.

This is the worst food I've ever ordered 😡😡!!! My son's pizza had toenails all over it, which meant he had to go to the hospital and have surgery!!! If I could give zero stars, that would be the rating.

The food was delicious and delivered on time!❤️

On February 25, 2026, I ordered from Sphinx again, but I won't be ordering again. The food was greasy and tough, and the lettuce was brown. A few hours after eating, I also had an upset stomach. I had this problem all night and the next day. The delivery driver was, however, perfectly on time.

Make sure the delivery drivers take some driving lessons. They're a huge danger on the road. They drive over cyclists and overtake others on blind bends. Such awful people🤦🏻

Fries lukewarm and the 3x spare ribs lukewarm, no sauce, burnt and dry meat. I have ordered spare ribs from here before and back then it was always good and tasty, but this time really bad. Also, it is clearly visible that the salad has been sitting in the containers for a week, because the iceberg lettuce was already brown in the containers.

Chicken fantasy! Less durum, stomach and intestinal discomfort.

The calzone and kapsalon are very good, but I wouldn't recommend the pizza. It's better at another well-known pizzeria, Scherpenzeel.

I've ordered here often, but for me, this is the last time; the fries weren't cooked through. Any other ideas? Doner with the kapsalon? And Turkish pizza? The 2 Turkish pizzas were dough balls 🤢 This is the first time I'm actually going to throw it away. Regards, Molenstraat

Waiting an hour and a half for the order. Then you call; yes, it's on its way. I've heard this excuse several times. And I've had to wait more than an hour and a half for the order several times. That it takes time to make the pizza; ala. But this takes the cake. This is definitely the last time. Ridiculously long. If it's that "busy," hire staff (or come up with another excuse).

I ordered the Luxor mixed grill. Ribs and pork tenderloin were very tasty. Salad was also good. The fries were a bit hard. They arrived a bit late, but were still hot. My favorite for ribs, not too sweet, and they came off the bone easily.

Only the chicken döner sandwich was delicious, a lot of chicken döner on my sandwich, little lettuce so 7/10

Very bad, did not order the right thing, we were very disappointed

Dear, this is a shame. I was really craving a warm starter, gamberoni all'aglio... but paying €12.50 for 4 paltry shrimp... is absolutely not worth it. At least mention that it's only for 4 shrimp!

Got food here when we were on holiday, very friendly people and the food was fantastic

Incredibly delicious food, very friendly staff. Food arrived quickly. There were a lot of flies, though.

Ordered food here and it turned out to be really gross.

I have to change my review, because now Sphinx is a must. This year I ordered something and the food has improved enormously. So I ordered again and then we were satisfied too. Now the half chicken is tasty, the pizzas too (especially the cipolla) and the fries were fresh and crispy. The delivery was also fast. A big difference from a year ago!

My go to place to order pizza in Scherpenzeel, delivery service is Fantastic

I ordered kapsalon, but I have to say that I found it disappointing. With other suppliers, garlic sauce is added first, then cheese and then in the oven. But here there was no garlic sauce in between. You did get two packages. But then you should actually scoop the kapsalon onto a plate and then mix it with garlic sauce.

Food was delivered on time and was still nice and hot

Very bad thing, food poisoning earlier. Ordered a few times after a long time, they deliver the food COLD, Then you call politely, you are laughed at, because customer service.... I've hung up the phone, let it be eaten if that's the way it has to be!

Ordered a large hair salon and delivered it cold after 45 minutes, then called about it and realized that I had forgotten something and called again, immediately got the impression that I was not being taken seriously. I will never order from here again!

Great place, pizza Woudenberg highly recommended. I live in Woudenberg but always call this place, the food is delicious and they deliver quickly.

Very easy to order via the app. Tastiest shawarma ever! Good pizzas. And the spare ribs are great too.

Just had pima pizza here on a Tuesday. Just go here, good food not too expensive.

Pizza döner tasted like a quattro formaggi. Had contact with the restaurant, according to them absolutely impossible. Strange that we haven't had this before.....

Always a nice hair salon for a good price. And fast delivery means you never have to wait longer than half an hour during the week before they arrive

Delicious pizza for a fair price!! Ordered pizza here today for takeaway. I could easily order via their own website and pay immediately via IDEAL (costs €1 extra for service costs). I was 5 minutes early for pickup. When I arrived my pizza was just going into the oven, so it was nice and fresh. The pizzas are very tasty. They have a slightly thicker base than the very thin Italian pizzas and are generously topped. I will definitely order here again.

Top restaurant with always good food.

The Mixed Grill is very tasty. Good portions and good price

Super nice man who thinks along and super service, regards Sidney Elst

Very dangerous delivery person. I'm driving with a baby and I'm being overtaken at mega speed in a bend. Have ordered here before Very disappointed. Never again.

Top delivery service. Super friendly and really tasty

What a retarded thing. I order 2 pizzas via the internet. Strangely enough, an extra 1 euro is taken from my account. When I arrived at the store, it turned out that someone else had received my order. Can happen. I say make 2 new ones for me. They say no, we call the customer to bring the pizzas back. Really and truly! They throw the pizzas in the oven and I receive two burnt pizzas. I was perplexed. Unfortunately I had already paid. I also said that I think this is a bad state of affairs and that I will not come back here again. Guess what, the pizza guy says I don't care.... I will never come here again and advise everyone to avoid this place. What a retarded thing! (Unfortunately there is no option for zero stars)

This was the worst pizza i ever ate. Such a garbage. There was more salt in it then into the dead sea. Shame on you. When i called them their excuse was that yesterday people complained that it was not salty enough.. what a joke .

Sheer impudence, they give me a sandwich as a topping in a box with separate bread. Cheeky. Dirty. I want my money and my taste buds back.

Top tent spareribs always good pizzas also everything is tasty there good atmosphere nice people

Delicious food, always on time, always hot, definitely recommended if you want something tasty to eat quickly

Be careful with this people they just care about money.... other branches are doing well but this one is perfect to be poison 👌

The food was delivered lukewarm! Taste was good.

I have just received my order. The driver/delivery person was very arrogant, aggressive and used bad words. He communicated in a shameless way.

Delicious Turkish pizza taken away

Im sorry but This was probably the worst kapsalon i’ve ever had. Me and my friend couldn’t even eat it. Meat looks like it’s not even cooked, fries were heated up in oil a couple times for sure, because they are really hard and too salty. The only good thing is the size of it.

We often order from Sphinx and whatever we order is super tasty and usually delivered quite quickly.

New addition: Last 2 times food was disappointing. Not going well, small portions, limp/wet fries and not the quality you could expect before Sphinx. I won't order from here again. Original review: Ordered several times for delivery now. You always get a discount via your own website and it is cheaper than home delivery. Food tastes delicious, is always hot when it arrives, even though I live a greater distance. Quantity of food is more than you normally expect! Delivery people are always friendly.

I used to order sweet spareribs here every other week with potato slices. I always happily recommended this to everyone. Only to my great surprise some things changed. Instead of 3 pieces of spare ribs, well and softly marinated, 2 pieces of spare ribs. The meat also no longer slid off the bone as before. This was disappointing because we are not used to that. Indicated that I wanted potato slices, which were also gone and it became fries. Shame! Butrrrrrr.. the pizzas are delicious. I hope this was temporary.

Delivered super fast (within half an hour), tasty and warm! To be repeated.

Via thuisbezorgd eten laten brengen.

Polecam zjedzenie pizzy jestem poziom numer jeden bo byłem i jadłem. Polecam każdemu kto wpadnie by coś zamówić.

perfect restaurant great staff very tasty

SPHINX scherpenzeel Topi ..
