Idk if it’s a Dutch thing but the staff here are sooooooo nice

The air conditioning is on and it's cool, so it's recommended for people who are tired from walking in the summer. The coffee is delicious, and the sunlight streaming in in the morning is lovely.

Last Friday, I celebrated our 40th birthdays with a friend. We had a fantastic party. The location is central for those arriving by car, train, or bike. There is a nice bar where people could chat, some seating at the front, and a dance floor. The staff is extremely friendly; everything is discussed in advance, and they offer good suggestions. We enhanced the evening with cocktails, which were all arranged at reasonable prices. Communication went smoothly! The hall and restrooms are clean. DJ Sebastiaan played exactly the right dance tracks. Of course, everything has been around for a while, like the speakers and furniture, but in return, you get a great atmosphere and a party on a budget!

Gorgeous local bar on the river around the corner from the Dom Tower. The locals are so friendly and chatty. The owner of the bar is great craic! The bar man will make any drink that's not on the menu. So much fun, emphasis on enjoying yourself. So welcoming! Finger food is lovely. The staff will order in food from local restaurants if you don't want to leave. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back! 😊

Bagles and coffee were ok. Staff was terrible. They were constantly chatting with each other loudly behind the bar. Though the place was almost empty they were too busy to bring the bagles to our table. They instead called out when the bagles were ready so we could pick them up at the counter so they could keep on chatting and messing with their phones. One of the staff went out to buy fries and they then both sat in the restaurant eating their fries with noone behind the counter. Awful...
