Poor service, staff with careless attitude.

Bagles and coffee were ok. Staff was terrible. They were constantly chatting with each other loudly behind the bar. Though the place was almost empty they were too busy to bring the bagles to our table. They instead called out when the bagles were ready so we could pick them up at the counter so they could keep on chatting and messing with their phones. One of the staff went out to buy fries and they then both sat in the restaurant eating their fries with noone behind the counter. Awful...

We had high tea here at Christmas - what a treat. Festively decorated table, wide selection of savory and sweet treats and lots of tea. Well taken into account the 2 children who were with us and friendly service. Everything was ready at the reserved time. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back again.

The sign says "Welcome Food and Drinks." Then I look at the menu and think, "I'll order a beer and something to eat." No one comes to my table. After ten minutes, I inquire. "No, we won't be serving you, you can order at the bar." It's not indicated anywhere, but okay. Do I have to order food at the bar too? "Unfortunately, the kitchen is already closed." 7 p.m. Why isn't that indicated anywhere then? Ugh, what terrible service.

Beautiful place with a wonderful atmosphere, always a pleasure to be here with friends. Surely will be back as always :D
