The sign says "Welcome Food and Drinks." Then I look at the menu and think, "I'll order a beer and something to eat." No one comes to my table. After ten minutes, I inquire. "No, we won't be serving you, you can order at the bar." It's not indicated anywhere, but okay. Do I have to order food at the bar too? "Unfortunately, the kitchen is already closed." 7 p.m. Why isn't that indicated anywhere then? Ugh, what terrible service.

Visited on Wednesday around noon. So far, my favorite workspace: free Wi-Fi, sincere and friendly service, and a comfortable backrest. It was also quiet, which helps. The background music is also pleasant to work with.

Voordat we naar een voorstelling gingen, hebben we hier nog een drankje gedaan. We wilden ook wat warms (hartige taart en croque monsieur), maar dat werd afgeraden vanwege de beperkte tijd tot de voorstelling (een klein half uur). Je kunt er ook nootjes, chocolade en taart krijgen, dus hebben we daar maar wat van meegenomen. Prima om hier te zitten voor een voorstelling. Het is er wel druk in zo'n periode, met een lange rij. Personeel vriendelijk.

The air conditioning is on and it's cool, so it's recommended for people who are tired from walking in the summer. The coffee is delicious, and the sunlight streaming in in the morning is lovely.

Voor, Achter Clarenburg 10, Utrecht, Netherlands Bagles and coffee were ok. Staff was terrible. They were constantly chatting with each other loudly behind the bar. Though the place was almost empty they were too busy to bring the bagles to our table. They instead called out when the bagles were ready so we could pick them up at the counter so they could keep on chatting and messing with their phones. One of the staff went out to buy fries and they then both sat in the restaurant eating their fries with noone behind the counter. Awful...

Lange Nieuwstraat 106We had high tea here at Christmas - what a treat. Festively decorated table, wide selection of savory and sweet treats and lots of tea. Well taken into account the 2 children who were with us and friendly service. Everything was ready at the reserved time. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back again.
