Starbucks in Centrum

A premium price for drinks that are of the same quality as my work coffee machine. A shame. Quality went totally downhill. Wake and get your coffee elsewhere.

I ordered a small cappuccino in a small cup (the one used for a flat white), and I was told it was not possible. I do understand the Starbucks has its own rules, but when a customer simply wants less milk in their coffee, it should be possible. We're not talking about a T-bone steak here — it’s just a coffee. What was even more disappointing was the attitude of the blonde lady (the “barista,” or whatever she considers herself). She was extremely rude, showing a complete lack of professionalism.

It's fine that someone needs to be trained, but if something goes wrong, it seems to me that at least care should be taken to ensure that the staff remains polite when it is reported that an order is incorrect or not in order.

A perfect example of how it's done. Neat, friendly people who care about the customer. A lady with a walker had everything neatly brought to her seat (with a smile 👍🏻).

Too bad, the barista can't even tell the difference between an iced coffee and an iced caramel macchiato.

They are nice, no gluten free food available when I was there, I was pretty much unsure about the drinks so I didn't get any. In other Starbucks I do know the juices tend to be gluten free.

Normally I don't like to post reviews but now I find it really bad. Ordered a Caramel macciato but got one without Caramel and when you ask they act like they don't hear you never come back here because this is the 3rd time this has happened. You won't see me again... at least not at Starbucks at the station

Today after returning home from a tiring flight I ordered 2 cappuccinos which I could not pay for with PIN because the machine was broken (I had no cash with me). Tried it 3 times from 2 different bank accounts. I then got them for free (without asking for cash by the way); I thought this was an exceptionally good service! J.J. Mook

Very nice place, great to work while waiting for the train. And I received a sweet heart on my cup and a nice conversation - that gave me a smile.

I DO NOT recommend this place. The employees are rude and treat you badly if you don't speak their language. Then they told us to leave the premises with everything we had bought for breakfast, offering the worst customer service. This place is not suitable for tourists, they spoil its integrity.

Starbucks – Eindhoven Centraal After missing the 8:45 AM FlixBus 380, we took refuge at Starbucks until 11:00 AM. The café offers free Wi-Fi, though patience is required to connect. Charging outlets are available, making it a warm and comfortable place to wait. Burger King sits just across from it, but note that the restroom here is closed.

An employee Yannick works there, what a guy he is... the intonation in his voice is just so generation Z... hopefully he will learn something from it and do his work more cheerfully. The other colleague with white hair is a nice man and much friendlier. Yannick reminded me a bit of 'Loudermilk' or 'What Can I get ya?' When typing it in on YouTube, you will find it quickly enough. (I think his name was Yannick)

They don't even a a wifi network. My iphone can't find any Networks available

Unfortunately it was the only one open. You shouldn't come here for good coffee. And too expensive too.

I always enjoyed going to Starbucks and my drinks were really well made. Unfortunately, I no longer see the staff from back then. Super nice manager at the time, young man with curls and Robin who always knew what kind of drink I wanted because I came so often and had a chat with me. Unfortunately this is no longer... (they rejected my review so that says enough)

Very poor service. Gave my drink to the wrong person (pushed it towards them) and was ignored while standing there for 10 minutes. They never bothered to check. Poor attitude of the barista who rather than apologize tried to justify that they didn't "give" it to the wrong person, they just "put it down".

Why do these places still exist? Four bucks for a shot of not very good espresso? I miss real coffee shops.

Queue doesn’t exist here. I was standing there for a while, no stuff was interested in taking my order, some other person entered and was served immediately before me. I couldn’t wait longer because of the train. I don’t expect much from Starbucks on the railway station but come on, that’s just rude.

Delicious coffee and lemon cake. I'm not used to anything else

Today I was treated brutally at the Starbucks at Eindhoven station. This lady (?) shouts at 7:15 PM that they are closed, while the sign with the opening hours says 9:30 PM, very strange! Actually, I had no way of knowing whether this was an employee as she was wearing headphones and a green (different smelling) vest. NEVER again Starbucks for me!

Starbucks is in a downward spiral in my opinion.....

Customer friendliness is really optimal! I was helped by Rachel today, and have rarely had such a nice interaction with staff!

Business is as closed as anything, it should just be open.

Just bought a coffee take away and was rushing to a train Matcha latte was warmish, not totally cold but cold Americano ordered with milk was without a milk Caffe was empty and both orders had mistakes So disappointing, first time this happened at Starbucks

Friendly and quick service but the music is hell. Club feeling, not because it is good but because it is so loud. There is something called coffee house music.

Nice Starbucks right at the entrance of the shopping area. Coffee tea and hot chocolate tastes satisfactorily. The only thing that was noticeable is the toilet. There is only one toilet inside this branch which is usually not the cleanest.

Most beautifully placed Starbucks I've been to. Even though we got a beeping thing to sit and alert us when the order was ready, it was ready wayyy faster than in other Starbucks places

Ik kom niet vaak in Eindhoven, maar wanneer ik er ben is dat voor mn werk. Ik zie er echt naar uit om ff in de Starbucks even lekker te relaxen om een croissant en een latte caramel te bestellen. HEERLIJK! Super vriendelijk personeel. Ik heb het ook al gezegd tegen hen, de latte caramel die ik hier krijg, is echt de beste tot nu toe. En ik kan t weten. Afhankelijk van de mensen die werken krijg je waar voor je geld. Vandaag kreeg ik een Caramel Frappuciono zonder caramel. Ik weet wel dat de dame die hem maakte vandaag geen zin had en dat ook duidelijk en luid vertelde.

Service is great. No Starbucks WiFi is a major letdown. Also no coverage of any other public WiFi such as NS and KPN.

Hilarisch dure koffie van matige kwaliteit, maar dit wordt gecompenseerd door ongeëvenaarde persoonlijke service. Het personeel is heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar meer dan 6 euro voor een medium frappuccino is te duur, zelfs al is het personeel zo aardig. Bij McDonald's even verderop heb je een frappuccino voor 4 euro, is net zo lekker en het personeel daar is vriendelijk genoeg. Ik neem aan dat het personeel boven minimumloon betaald krijgt, want dat is voor mij de enige reden dat de koffie zo duur is, maar de service zo goed.

I’m lactose intolerant. I always order a milk replacement, such as oat milk. I was not given oat milk, even though I specified this. Nothing on the cup says oat milk was used. I’ll literally get sick from this drink. Thankfully I was able to exchange the drink for a replacement at the Starbucks in Rotterdam. Please be more careful in the future.

I stopped over to work while travelling and have a cup of coffee. Was disappointed as this outlet doesn't have any WiFi available. Starbucks always takes pride is providing Wifi at all it's outlets. This one at Eindhoven Centraal station was a let down. Rest, the coffee and caramel muffin were nice. And the place was empty around 12.30 and was full by 2. Mild music and Charging points and Mild noise.

Lekkere ingrediënten om koffie te maken. Helaas worden mensen niet goed ingeleverd hoe je een goede koffie maakt. Als barista zijnde weet ik dat als je bijvoorbeeld een caramel macchiato maakt er veel schuim in de koffie hoort te zitten ipv een caramel latte, daarbuiten was de beker net boven de helft gevuld…

One of the best matcha lattes I’ve ever had. Great staff, everyone was very smiley and helpful. The place is very clean and tidy.
