Starbucks in Frankendael

Always out of filter coffee even at 9 am. Baristas are not friendly and don’t serve the customer immediately at the counter despite there being two baristas working. No self service for milk - have to ask barista which takes long. No comfortable seating. The worst Starbucks

I paid cash and was told I'd get €4.04 back. I got €4 back, so I asked for my €0.50. He gave me a hard time about it because it wasn't €0.50, but €0.50. So I actually got €0.40 back. We haven't used €0.10 or €0.20 in the Netherlands for years...

In the summer of August, while strolling through the streets of Amsterdam, the temperature soared to 33°C. The most painful part was: whether it was a museum or a restaurant, even the beautiful cafes by the scenic canals were beautiful yet unbearably hot. Desperate and with nowhere else to go, we finally found this place! Amazing — they actually have air conditioning here! We’re so grateful. Wandering around Amsterdam in the middle of summer in August... the temperature was 33°C!? The museums, restaurants, and stylish cafes along the canals... they were all stylish, but it was hot! So hot! I was at my limit... I was melting...💦 Then, like a savior, I discovered this place! Wow, it had air conditioning! I thought it was a godsend...🙏 PS: A beautiful ceiling

Yesterday the employee was all alone and wanted to take a break. He still made me a drink. So incredibly kind. I hope he was able to enjoy his sandwich. He totally deserved it!!

Came at 9am for a quick breakfast, got a very old cookie that I couldn’t eat cause it was hard like a rock and had a very very mediocre hot chocolate

Starbucks here doesn't always follow the listed opening hours . On multiple occasions it's closed during opening hours without any notice ( e.g. Tuesday 3 pm)

Always nice, sweet people working here. I regularly go there when I need to spare some time as a freelancer. Yesterday an employee even asked if everything went well with my call. Enthusiastic, committed people who welcome you.

If the barista pours the wrong one, she throws it away instead of asking what we want.

The chair is much too low for the desk. Maybe do some measurements before you purchase a chair? Has the owner ever tried sitting here himself? You could never sit here comfortably with a laptop or meal.

Open until 7:00 PM according to NS app, until 5:00 PM according to Google Maps. I arrive at 3:50 pm and it's closed.

Coffee is always delicious, but this Starbucks is often closed while Google and their opening hours say it is not. Very annoying if you want to get a coffee quickly and then encounter a closed door. What was strange was that today they left all the lights on and did not close the shutters of the refrigerator, but the door was locked and no one was around.

What a lovely staff! Coffee is delicious and you are always greeted friendly. I come here very often and have never been treated badly. And you get your coffee fairly quickly. I don't know what those people below have experienced, but I'm really happy with it myself :)

Coffee is really not drinkable. Very hot and milk foam did not work. You pay 4.65 for a small cappuccino.

Best Chai tea latte of all the Starbucks I've had

I went to meet up and this was central for both of us to take a seat while enjoying a cup of coffee, unfortunately already closed at 1:41 PM, while opening times indicate until 6:00 PM online and at the entrance until 4:00 PM. Annoying.

€4.55 for a small cappuccino as weak as ditch water. Staff only speaks English. Not a nice atmosphere. Cold case.

Coffee too hot and too little taste overpriced. There are so many better coffee places. The pastries also come from a mass bakery. In short, I advise everyone to avoid these types of tents and go to local places where there is love.

Less collection and food is not good. There is no dine in. One of the worst Starbucks to visit.

Already the 2nd time that I order a hot chocolate with caramel flavor WITHOUT whipped cream and 1 is made with. Afterwards, no apologies or anything, just a dirty look from the employees. Something really needs to be done about customer friendliness here! I come here almost every day.

This isn’t Starbucks. 1. They don’t have WiFi. 2. They have a “bar” but only 1 chair for someone to sit 3. They don’t have WiFi 4. They don’t ask you if you’re having here or takeaway. When I asked about having here, they told me to eat out of the bag. 5. They don’t stamp your card from another country and said that the owner is Dutch and doesn’t wanna stamp international cards. I said that the Starbucks in Amsterdam Central stamped it yesterday, and they told me to then go to the central one.

Great location, when they're open on time. However at least once a week they are opening at least 30 minutes later than the 6:30 posted, which leaves a bunch of us waiting and delaying our commutes. If it's only possible to reliably open at a later time, please change the posted hours so that customers can plan accordingly. I understand it may be a staffing issue and it's not the fault of the line workers. But management needs to fix this issue asap or risk losing reliable customers

It's the second time I've arrived at this Starbucks during opening times (8:20 am), and they're not open. This time, there were THREE employees inside the shop chatting, but I was just sent away. Sadly, very unreliable.

Usually a good experience I come here very often. The gentleman who helped me today had a nasty attitude. He sighed and was impatient. Very annoying.

No frills Starbucks location that is focused more on speed than niceties, the way it should be when you are commuting. They were much more efficient than other Starbucks locations I’ve been to, while still maintaining professionalism and politeness. They quickly completed my order. There are less than four chairs, and they are all wooden. So it is not a good coworking space.

Excellent place for take out coffee and snacks located in metro station Amstelstation in Amsterdam. Had coffee a few times , fast service and many coffee types are offered. Coffees include Americano , Espresso, Latte, Macchiato, with sweeteners and napkins. Snacks and sweets are also sold , including cookies, sandwiches , cold drinks/sodas, and more. Convenient location near subway, Tran and bus station. Good place to have coffee before using transportation.

I go to Starbucks not because it’s good, but because its at the station and the coffee is slightly better than the other places (AH, etc), the one thing I do expect however when paying 4 euro for a flat white is that the baristas at the coffee shop actually know what a flat white is. Not the case and I got a very average cappuccino today. Will consider the alternatives in the future.

It is closed without any reasons

This is my go-to place for coffee before work. The personnel is always friendly and they prepare the coffee real fast. Thank you for your hard work.

Super aardig personeel! En lekkere koffie

Normaal gesproken erg lekker dranken en koffie. Tot 2 keer toe dicht zonder ook maar enige reden. De eerste keer dacht t personeel maar lekker eerder te gaan sluiten? Hoezo? De tweede keer was er wel gewoon iemand aan het werk maar was de winkel gewoon dicht. Doe dat soort werkzaamheden dan gewoon als jullie gesloten zijn en niet tijdens ‘openingstijden’. Erg frustrerend.

Elena (not sure about the spelling) served me. She made a wonderful iced pumpkin spice latte, no whip and a caramel macchiato. As a former Starbucks employee, she did an amazing job with service and the drinks were good! I would go, again!

Starbucks is altijd goed. Veel keuze aan verschillende soorten koffie. Wat lekkers te eten erbij. Overal vriendelijk personeel!

Een plek voor koffie-to-go. Geen zitplaatsen. De filterkoffie probeert men onaantrekkelijk te maken, door aan te geven dat die nog gezet moet worden. Alternatief wordt dan voorgesteld. Nog my cup of tea😂

Heerlijke plek om gewoon een heerlijk kopje koffie te doen en gewoon even te zitten. Er zitten ook veel studenten hun huiswerk te maken.

Great coffee but also very expensive!

Hele aardige mensen en ze zetten consistent de coffee, dat is iets waar je bij deze Starbucks op kunt vertrouwen. Ze staan trouwens open voor een grapje, vraag af en toe hoe het met hun gaat, ze werken hard en goed.

Pricey, barista does not know what a flat white is. They are fast though.
