Starbucks in Bedrijventerrein Sloterdijk

Huh, maybe because Sloterdijk station is a hub for various bus companies, people with suitcases sleep inside, which surprised me somewhat. Besides, the square, while green with trees and shrubs, does need to be maintained.

The place is acceptable because I find the prices a little high because an espresso costs 3.30 for a small cup.

The manager seems so angry. We heard he gets angry with a worker. We were going to sit and rest a while then order our drink but he cut our electricity. After we ordered our drinks, I was so tired from travelling that I fell asleep. He also said that no sleep here. Its not ok. Thats why we choose starbucks because we can feel relaxed. Its not that kind of starbucks.

Buns are too old. FLIES ARE CRAWLING ON FOOD. Service is bad.

Asked for a matcha latte with ice, it was ice with 3 sips of tasteless milk with ice for almost 6 euros

I ordered a medium cappuccino, and he made it for less than half the price of a glass. I asked him, and he said that's how he makes it. Horrible.

Super sweet woman behind the counter, from memory I thought it was Anouk standing by her nameplate. Very sweet and enthusiastic and she also gave me a compliment about my name, I thought that was so cute. Only saw an hour and a half later that she had written on my cup that my name is beautiful, that really made my day!

It's very clean ! Atmosphere is brilliant as always at Starbucks ! When I have to think for a while or reconsider something, it's my favourite place to go ! I don't like chaotic loudy fast foods, oh maybe early morning ;), but what's special at Starbucks is that even when is crowded and has many customers there is a still place, just for You. Thanks! ♥️

Never saw any Starbucks place being that dirty. The pictures don't even catch how it looks like. No wifi? You know why people pay you 5-9€ for a coffee right? It's because we want to enjoy wifi, check our mails and get some stuff done. Electricity is not working. Saw other customers leaving out of these reasons. For me: the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Like this, it's only a dirty not functional overpriced coffee shop.

I usually enjoy going to Starbucks, but this location was a real letdown. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping us, barely acknowledging our presence. It honestly felt like we were a burden to them, just for placing an order. A bit of friendliness goes a long way, and it was missing here. It’s worth remembering: customers are the reason these jobs exist in the first place. A little courtesy and attention isn’t too much to ask. I hope management takes this seriously, because this kind of attitude makes people think twice about coming back.

The banana bread and iced latte is amazing here! Thank you to the nice employee, Adam, who let me charge my phone using his charger. I had a long way to get home and it was a very kind gesture. 10/10!

The service at Starbucks is good, the staff is polite and the service is fast. The coffee is good, the atmosphere is calm, nothing special, but quite comfortable for a quick snack or work.

Baristas really very rude. They did not want to work. With tourists do not know how to behave. Maybe that they had not ✊🏻 the night before… the italian barista is better that returns to Italy because if she can’t work in holland, maybe with the italian language is better… or even better if she changes work and goes to clean the bathroom…the same for the other barista!!! Always a great experience at this Starbucks! I often get my extra hot mugs here and am always surprised by the fast and friendly service. The staff are super attentive, recognize me immediately and often know what my regular drink is before I order it - that feels really personal and appreciated. The atmosphere is always pleasant and you notice that the team enjoys working here. One of my favorite branches, I always walk out with a smile.

When we entered a Starbucks for the first time, I was warned that you must buy products or you cannot sit down. However, I had just entered and was thinking of buying it, it was not pleasant at all, of course I didn't buy coffee or anything.

Look at the cameras around 10am, you will see why you got this feedback. People fooled around with their feet on the large table, how hygienic!

There is no heating and no wifi. You can't order more than one drink because it's simply too cold to sit there more than 20minutes on a winter day.

It's a Starbucks. Half decent. Can be messy and staff don't seem very enthusiastic. The sandwich (ciabatta) bread I got didn't seem completely baked off. It's better than fast food, so I'm glad it's there.

Disappointed at a member of staff Shouting at customers to leave (at 9.45pm) as if it was 10pm closing time already. It was unpleasant. Especially as people were asked and were finishing their drinks. The close time shouldn't be 10pm if they really close at 9.50. I understand staff want to finish on the button, but clearing the shop and locking the door before 9.55 seems bad.

This Starbucks is located inside the train station with wide opening hours, super useful to wait for your train. However the waitress Michela is probably one of the worst Starbucks workers. She force customers to pay extra by asking them if they want their drinks “more coffeed or more sweet” making people chose one or the other and then add extra shot to their order. Also we wanted to take our last drink to go and she asks us to pay extra for a paper cup. She was training someone at the same time and was quite rude as well. Not a good example for newbies.

I placed an order for a drink and additionally asked if he could give me a glass of hot water because I have a cold and had to take medicine. He asked me for the money and gave me a glass of water with ice. I explained to him that I needed hot water and he told me. What is there, I receive it and then I ask him to call me what number I have because he does not give me an invoice, he answers me saying with a super rude attitude and with the worst possible face that there are no numbers that only call for the order that I approach Apart from that, when ordering the drink, only one size came out, so I ordered the drink. He usually tells me in a strong tone of voice that I have to choose a size. I specify that there is only one size and, almost yelling at me, he tells me to choose the one. size, what a terrible attitude to never come back, be disappointed

A Crowded place, since there are no other waiting rooms or places to wait for your train or bus. Overall a nice place.

Dirty tables outside and the floor not clean and full of extinguished cigarettes. Non-existent bathroom. You have to go to the station to pay.

My complain is simple. I’ve got poisoned. I bought sandwich with tuna… didn’t even finish it ( that was the only food I’ve had from outside, all other food I had with my husband and he’s completely fine). Consequences was catastrophic. Didn’t sleep all night, vomited every hour over 6 times. Had to call a doctor at night and get medication. Two days I needed to recover, and 5 days to be back to normal food :( I wouldn’t be so angry if I wouldn’t pregnant. So please don’t make my mistake, avoid Starbucks at all! Especially this location!

It does not have a bathroom or Wi-Fi, two basic aspects when you decide to go to a location of an international chain, located in a train station where one is probably traveling and needs these things. 5.5 euros for a cappuccino without these features seemed like a lot to me.

The place smells horrible because of the sewers at the entrance. They have everything open so all the smell comes in. The tables and chairs are dirty and they take a long time to clean. There is a lack of people to serve. They are missing different products. The coffees are good and taste just like any Starbucks. There are no bathrooms and you have to pay in the one at the station.

I ordered a medium latte for take-away, I go out from the cafe to the bus station which is approximately 5 mins walk, and when I was there, I tried to drink my coffee and it was so hot that I burned my tongue. It’s definitely not okay, coffee has to be warm but not as hot as it was. Awful experience and ruined day.

My experience was super awful, the manager named “Ozra” was so mean and disrespectful. I had a full card with black coffee stamps and he said that those did not belong to the store I said I did not know because there are different stamp colors around all Starbucks so I did not know which one they had, to this he accused me of faking the stamps and the cards, I was shocked by his replied. How can he make such an accusation when I am the client? Then one of the baristas said to him that there were red, green, purple, and black stamps around the stores and he got mad and gave a horrible face to the barista, and gave me the coffee, this guy didn't say sorry at all. Aside from that, I ordered two donuts because there was a promotion 1+1 and he wanted me to pay for both so I showed him the promotion sign and he made a mad noise, and super angry changed it. I just do not understand why such a guy can be a manager. On top of that while he was still making my order his phone rang and he picked up and started talking by phone. This whole situation is unbelievable to me. I still don't get such treatment. We are the clients and the least they should do is treat us with respect and give us a pleasant moment. I hope Starbucks does something about it and trains their people better. It's my first time making a Google review because I feel I need to do something about it.

Staff helped an older lady before me, really embarrassing. Lady ordered neatly in Dutch that she just wanted a coffee. The boy who helped her did not speak Dutch and it was very difficult for her to really know what she wanted. Lady wanted to know what he meant, but the boy became very impatient, because she apparently did not fully understand the concept. Of course the size question was far too difficult and he didn't ask her name. He clearly didn't feel like doing this. Apparently you also get everything here in paper cups, including everyone who sat inside. Can someone educate the staff here better, because that is really necessary here.

The worst service I have experienced in a while. No empathy to customers. I came and asked for a coffee, barista did not write my name, although it’s one of the main selling points of Starbucks. Second, when I asked where I can take my cake, politely, the barista replied to me - “where you ordered it” in an arrogant tone. Although the coffee was nice, do not want to come back in Starbucks for a while, the carrot cake was pretty bad as well. Very overpriced for the service provided. At the same time, while drinking coffee other barista in a rude way told people to move to another side of the Café, although it was just because they were closing one part of the cafe (Starbucks). The barista who was rude to me had blond hair with extensions. In conclusion, Starbucks is a very popular Coffee place and I would like to enjoy my time when I’m there, but not thinking about going to google maps and leaving this review . What a mockery. Chai Latte is like water. Horrible. Slice of banana cake seems like yesterday. Dry, cloyingly sweet, and as thin as a banana peel. Hysterical stressful controlling service that directs and commands with a shrill voice in English where you are supposed to stand. Sitting is not allowed. If I were a manager I would be scratching my head or looking for another job. You don't want to work in a place like that where you're ripping off customers. For an undrinkable Chai Latte and very sweet 3 mm banana cake, 9.75 euros. Elsewhere the tea is better and the cake thicker and tastier. You're better off going to the kiosk around the corner or bagel and beans. One star is still too much.

Sadly the coffee was burnt. Didn’t taste good and I had trouble holding the cup as it was very hot.

I recently bought an oat cappuccino at this Starbucks location. While I understand that Starbucks has changed over the years, I believe they still need to focus on properly training their staff in hospitality. When I ordered my drink, I politely asked the barista if she could make it not too warm. Her response was curt and unhelpful, informing me that such requests need to be made in advance. The way she spoke to me was not pleasant at all. I tried to remain polite, but the experience left a sour taste. To top it off, the oat milk was burnt, which made the drink quite unpleasant.

No Starbucks standard at all. Iced Coffee, basically just ice and no coffee taste at all. We ordered food to eat in but got it packed to take away. Employees were so loud all the time, no music, no ambience, closed toilet and no cleaning.

As has become common at many European Starbucks, a request for filter coffee is refused. This time it was “the machine needs cleaning”. Always a similar excuse but so consistent that I don’t believe it. They just don’t want to sell it. They offered an Americano instead but that’s a poor excuse for filter coffee. I’ve stopped visiting Starbucks regularly for this reason, but happened to ride by this location and decided to try. Given the result, it will be another long time before I try again.

To avoid if you are a tourist!!!! They will make you pay more!!! From Monday April 22 to Wednesday April 24, 2024, there was a good team of three women at the top. I ordered a matcha latte tea in midium size and paid 5.45 euros. I came on Thursday April 23, 2024 and it was another team of women. I ordered the same drink and there, an unpleasant woman made me pay 6.05 euros. When I asked why, she just told me that's how it is.

The trio of employees at the place are simply incredible. They know how to act quickly and delight customers with enthusiasm.

Worse Starbucks in the world .. Staff are awkwardly talking and laughing loudly among each other while the customer is trying to talk them in the face to order and they ignore you as if they were on something... no wifi, cakes are NOT available but its actually on display as several pieces but the guy in my faces tells me its not there .. cookies taste old and dry , dirty tables nobody cleans, customers leaving stuff behind and nobody picks it up

The location is comfortable, quite large with plenty of places to sit both inside and outside. For the rest it's the usual Starbucks experience, nothing special... the prices are quite high. And the quality has gone down over time. Ps: they don't even have Wi-Fi

This is located inside the Slotedjnik Station. I normally go to the Starbucks outlets for Caramel Machiato. When I asked for the same in a reusable cup, they declined it citing that they are closing the dining in service. Probably a little flexibility would have made a different impression though.

Just a tip: I asked if I can order my drink because my train leaves in 5minutes - indicated which time exactly. The employee told me there are 3 drinks before me to be made. I say okay? So do you have time to make my drink in time? She didn’t have an answer for that which is fine but instead of saying that she kept repeating there are 3 drinks before mine. If you can’t estimate how long it will take or you cannot make it just say that 😅 I mean say “sorry no it’s not possible” or say something that is more client friendly.
