Starbucks in Overschie

They don't have frappuccino. They never have frappuccino here. Few seats. Maximum price, minimum service. Time for everyone to shun them until this changes. I walked away.

Coffee was good. The music was loud, the chairs were not good for work. The toilet was not clean and no toilet paper available.

Super friendly gentleman who helped us choose our drinks and gave good advice. The line wasn't too bad and we got our order quickly. It is a much better experience compared to Schiphol.

The perfect stopover for your flight! Really take a moment here before boarding the plane. Everything was just great! The coffee is what you would expect from Starbucks (delicious, that is), but what really makes this location special is the atmosphere. The service is incredibly fast, which is of course ideal at an airport, and the people who work there are super sweet and cheerful. It is really centrally located; you are close to everything, so you don't have to stress about whether you will make your gate.

Very slow service, but okay drinks. Prices are in line with a Dutch Starbucks at the airport (=high). There are several tables inside and access to the outdoor terrace (theoretically a smoking ban, but many ignore it with impunity).

Extremely bad coffee (flat white) tastes like nothing

A lovely Starbucks branch I visited before my flight on March 1, 2026. I had a brief chat with the staff. They were very friendly and welcoming. If you're lucky, sitting on the terrace on a sunny day is wonderful. The atmosphere made me feel like I was on a university campus. Wishing you all the best. 🌺

Great Starbucks. Located at Rotterdam/The Hague Airport. You really need a plane ticket to get in. The staff is incredibly friendly and fast. The coffee and food are simply excellent, Starbucks-level, and the prices are too. Since it's an airport, it can get very busy at times and then become incredibly quiet the next moment. The tables can sometimes be a bit messy and dirty, but when it's quieter, they're quickly cleaned up. We always come back here when we fly from Rotterdam Airport. Highly recommended.

Coffee was so hot it it literally undrinkable. No one who thinks this is acceptable shouldn’t work at any coffee place

You pay 10€ small capuccino and croaissant, you get the answer we are take away coffe, we dobt serve watter. Normally you get a glass of watter for free i u want. Ok, give me bottle, its 5€ small bottle. They don clean regulary tables. Coffe super hot, u need to wait 15min to start drink or your tongue is bur ned. I dobt understand hype of this brand, just marketing with shit service

Bad service and we ordered more drinks but they said there is no ice

Coffee was pretty bad. Didn’t resemble a cappuccino. Pistachio square was okay, but it didn’t have much pistachio taste. The cheese & egg muffin was also okay. It’s very expensive for what you get. We also had to wait quite some time for the coffee, but at the same time we felt bad for the two workers trying to do everything. The two ladies working there were nice!

Customer friendliness is hard to find 🤮

Couldn't help to leave Rotterdam without feeling a little bit cooler and cared for. Everyone leaves with a smile so I hope Julide and her colleague are leaving with their star-bucks. Grab your down-to-earth beans here for a flying guest journey! ☺️

I don't understand why Starbucks doesn't have gluten-free snacks. 1-2% of people have celiac disease and absolutely cannot eat gluten, and many others develop gluten-related problems. How hard is it to stock one or two gluten-free snacks? Furthermore, the allergens list was a mess; items that were very likely gluten-free were labeled "not yet reviewed," so I still couldn't order anything.

Place is really filthy never go there!!!!

The medium matcha latte was full of ice, it's fantastic if you are a fan of Antarctica but terrible of you are thirsty

Employees weren't great. Early in the morning, when there was no-one else there, I bought a Frappucino. I had to go to the restroom for 2 mins, so I had to leave my Frappucino on the table. I asked them to if they could watch it. They made *absolutely sure* in no uncertain terms that that was *not* going to happen, and a few comments on "personal responsibility". The Frappucino was about the same as elsewhere, though a bit watery, which they did offer to remake, if I had told them earlier. That was fair enough, actually.

The best coffee and also affordable at Rotterdam airport when you go through security. Just around the corner there is plenty of space to sit quietly

What a dirty mess on the outside terrace, smokers, shame on you and Starbucks, clean it up!

Perhaps not the fastest, but a super nice lady who took the orders. Didn't have the drink I wanted, but she thought along. Finally tried something new, she said I could change it if I didn't like it, but it was very good!
