Starbucks in Wijk 04 Enschede-Noord

Staff were nowhere to be seen. When they finally arrived, they only spoke English, were constantly on their phones, and took up a lot of time. The restroom was also nowhere to be found.

We stopped here with a 3-year-old child who urgently needed to use the toilet. We were refused access because we were not customers. We even asked politely English — still no help. Very disappointing to see such a lack of understanding. Not a family-friendly place.

Ugh, there's absolutely no speed. At one point, there's even no one there to take the order. I'm used to a different work ethic. Generation gap? 😅

It says they close at 5pm! It's not even 4pm yet and they're already closed! 😠😡 Yeah, it's really annoying. It's so hot outside. Can't I just get something cold and tasty?

As expected quite expensive coffee. The staff was also nowhere to be seen at first. Had to wait a good 5 minutes before anyone came strolling up. The cafe is located in a student study area and has a student bar next to it, which is also often noisy. You're better off going downtown or another coffee spot.

A Starbucks, but on campus. Threshold is a bit difficult and the door is a bit clumsy. No further surprises. You can get the famous coffee there, possibly with a small or large snack. Prices are always a bit shocking, so only for students who are willing to borrow extra from Duo...

A nice place to unwind during a busy workday.

I don't understand this concept...the coffee must be suspiciously good if it has to compensate for the almost empty display case with pastries and cakes, the atmospheric decor and the bare entrance. It must be the name....

Price-quality of the coffee and delicacies are out of proportion. It's a great cup of coffee, but the price of 4.75 euros is really too much for this level.

Googles says “temporarily closed”, that’s not true but the staff can not change it. By the way the staff is amazing, super nice and kind.

A nice place at the University of Twente campus that you can study or have business meetings. They also serve decaf coffee 🙋🏻‍♀️

Went there today and experienced a super nice team. Everyone was in a good mood and very friendly. Despite the Christmas stress.

Great place to study, but sometimes noisy due to the busy location!

De plak chocoladecake en bananenbrood die ik bestelde waren gortdroog. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding vind ik ondermaats.

Constante kwaliteit, lekkere koffie en vriendelijke bediening.

Nice place but you can pay only card

Favoriete ontmoetingsplek in het geval ik afspraken heb op Utwente. Goede koffie, goede WiFi.

Ik kom hier graag met mijn zoon, die een ontzettende fan van Starbucks is. We worden prima geholpen :-) Het enige puntje is dat de openingstijden wat ruimer mogen en bijvoorbeeld ook in de weekenden / feestdagen. Dan kunnen we ook eens in de weekenden er naar toe.

Op de campus met gezellige internationale sfeer.

Nice music, too expensive drinks

Nice staff at the the store. Location is usually closed during weekends. If you are not familiar on campus, park your car at parking 0, next to the O&O square with the red benches. The store is at that square and open for everybody, not only for the university crowd. PLEASE NOTE: Different opening hours during (University) holidays, sometimes even closed. Check their Instagram @starbucks_enschede for that!

Leuke tent op de Campus TU Twente

Super nice staff, everyone is always cheerful and happy to make a bit of small talk while you wait on your order. Just as any starbucks its a bit expensive but they even have student discounts 👀 their double chocolate frappuchino is also to die for!

A cafeteria in a university is always a lively place. This one is convenient for meetings

The service is just great! A separate note about Wyomi, one of the baristas, she is always friendly and curious about her customers. I usually buy caramel mocha coffee which is very delicious. I like to study and relax with my friends at this place because it’s very warm and cozy.

A couple of weeks ago, there were some issues regarding the location of front door and speed of service. After my second visit, I can tell that they fixed the issues. Now they put a clear sign on the door and overall I had a very nice experience. Also, the staff is very friendly! Therefore, I update my review.

Coming there almost everyday to get my daily dose of caffeine. The atmosphere is very cozy for studying. Also, I really appreciate all the staff to have a small chat with me, which really lifts up the mood and makes you feel appreciated. The choice of coffee is pretty broad, so there’s always something new to try.

Wat een vreselijk arrogante meid werkt er. Ze moet een voorbeeld nemen aan haar aardige collega. De tent zat nog vol met mensen. We hadden nog 20 minuten om even te zitten maar dat mocht niet, want ze gingen zo sluiten. Gaf mijn vriend de koffie zo van, hier is je koffie niks meer, geen begroeting niks. Geen doei. Vervelend als je chagrijnig bent maar dat moet je dus nooit op klanten af reageren. Niet ons probleem.

I would like bit more one choice.

The nice young lady who attended me was very kind to me and made me a great maple caramel salt frappucino. I recommend this place for sure.

Leuke en vriendelijke bediening, alleen in het jammer dat de Starbucks niet alle producten levert aan deze vestiging zodat wij de drankjes die wij wouden niet konden krijgen. Bediening gaf aan dat dit vaker gebeurt.
