Starbucks in Rotterdam Centrum

Closed on Saturdays, seriously?

This guys supposed to work from early morning till evening. We came at 12:15 and there were no one here. Inside there were no food on shelfs and it seems that they didn't open at all today. Very sad that they do not mention that they are too lazy to work today, we traveled through the half of the city to visit it since they had good rating. Let me show their real rating really quick. HNY

Monday at 9am, no one there and it should be open.

You would think you could get a cup of coffee at 16:40 if it states it’s open till 17:00. Even with people casually chilling inside enjoying their beverages they didn’t let me in. What if I just wanted something that’s ready to go like a cookie?!

Staff is always polite and it’s a nice store. Since 2022, I used to come here a lot when they opened until late (like until around 9pm most days). I would stay for hours, buying many drinks. Then the hours got shorter and shorter and the staff would sometimes decide to leave early (to go party maybe?) and would shut down the shop unexpectedly and would kick all customers out. So I decided since the staff/management don’t like my money I will spend my money elsewhere. It’s a pity on what used to be the best SB.

very cozy and lovely atmosphere <3 a perfect place for studying/working, catching up with friends or enjoying a drink after the walk in the city. the staff is always very kind and helpful. Silvia and Esther made my drink today and they knew exactly what i wanted, sincere thank you! Really recommend this place not only because of ambiance but friendly staff

Showed up at the door today at 6:50 pm. Didn't open. I read the opening hours: until 7pm. Strange that the employees, sitting on the comfortable couch, are staring at me strangely at 6:50 PM when you should still be open.

On January 3 around 10:00 am I ordered a Brownie Hot Chocolate from one of your branches. Unfortunately, my experience was not what I have come to expect from Starbucks. The chocolate milk did not look good and was not up to the expected standard. When I reported this to the staff, I received no response or assistance whatsoever. In addition, there were no napkins available, which made it uncomfortable to have my drink. For a drink of €5.60 I expected higher quality and better service.

It was my first time to this Starbucks in Rotterdam and I must say that this is the best Starbucks I have ever come across in Europe with the friendliest staff, a forthcoming and helpful attitude. All the ladies at the counter were so friendly and helpful. Wow, Good job girls. 👍😍

First serve a refresha as syrup without the fruit, etc. (Heard behind the counter that the fruit was gone, but then serve it as syrup anyway?). Try again the next day, but an English-speaking person will be on the phone to help you by calling. Service far below par... also the drinks. Better to drive 5 minutes to Bagels Beans for coffee. They just speak Dutch too.

It use to be a nice place, but it's not reliable on closing times. It was supposed to close at 19h and it was already closed 18:30h (at least). Not the first time.

The espresso is good, but for good coffee there are plenty of other real coffee shops in Rotterdam. The staff is very friendly.

Absolutely incredible staff with beautiful personalities. Drink came lightning fast and I felt the hospitality and service was super genuine. Really nice starbucks, too. I like the interior.

No chicken in the store and still having to wait more than 10 minutes... I think that's quite an achievement. In addition, the pricing is excessive... 1.00 for the toilet... whether you are a customer or not and 11.00 for 2 frappuchinos with a lot of ice and little taste. Now I understand that there is nothing you can do about this yourself and that the prices are determined... but for this money you can find better places in Rotterdam. In addition, the hanging lamps above the chairs hang far too low so that when you get up you hit your head on them..

The 2 attendants are very nice and helpful... as soon as they learned that we were 2 Italian customers they defined their shop as the most Italian Starbucks in Rotterdam 😂😂 Recommended 🔝🔝

Rubbish coffees straight into the trash

I really hesitated for a long time whether I should post this because there are a lot of really nice people working there. But I've had a few Sunday mornings now where I come there between 8 and 8:30 am and see that they are not open yet. The door says opening time is half past eight in the morning and so does Google. It's the same guy every time who opens too late. Or change your opening hours or just open on time. Also on Sundays.

A Brazilian girl served us better than at home. Without a doubt, being treated this well is the best. Thank you

Not my favorite Starbucks in Rotterdam. No Starbucks menu available at this location and while everywhere there is a 50% discount, this one is only 30%. Staff were more concerned with each other and with an acquaintance who was in the store. Shame.

23/10 Sfeer vond ik juist erg gezellig, binnenkomst Toch heb ik geen fijne ervaring. Ik bestelde een frappucino met karamel, cinnabonrol en carrotcake. Medewerker zij het het bedrag en schreef iets op het bekertje. Vervolgens zei ze net voor ik wilde betalen “de slagroom is op, dat je het weet”. Ik dacht echt uuuh hallo pardon? Kom je nu mee en wat een toon. Dus ik gaf aan oh, dan hoef ik het niet meer, want ik vind de combinatie met slagroom juist erg lekker. “Ooh oké”. Vervolgens heb ik alleen eten afgerekend, werd ingepakt, bleek geen servet bij te zitten en was super droog. Ga wel weer voortaan naar de Starbucks bij de bibliotheek.

Fijne, rustige locatie! Niet heel groot maar prima om even wat te drinken. Attente mensen achter de kassa.

Super goed geholpen aangezien ik nooit naar Starbucks ga. Leuke en spontane en een zeer behulpzame medewerker die mij heeft geholpen in het maken van een keuze. Het drankje was verrassend smakelijk. Het is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Er zijn twee bankstellen die zijn lekker om te zitten de rest de rest is van hout stoel. Ik vind croissant liever niet in de koeleplek staat koude croissant lijkt niet dan vers.. koelkast maakt droog door de koude lucht erom heen.. Verder zijn ze lieve werknemers

Starbucks is vaak wel oke. Maar is het personeel altijd vriendelijk.

Een heerlijk kopje cappuccino,met een toetje nade sfeer was geweldig,de ambiance was zeer goed. Het pand is gevestigd op een ideale plaats Lekker voor je uit staren en lurken aan je kopje cappuccino. Warm aanbevolen Juan van der Gevel.

Yeah the nutblend was back!!! Last week a staff member insisted that the nutblend would never ever get back at this particular restaurant. I am so happy she was not right after all!!

Mooie locatie voor een Starbucks waar je meestal in voldoende rust je koffie kan opdrinken.
