Starbucks in Binnenstad

I saw the rating was 3.6, maybe they have less choices of food comparing with other Starbucks in big cities, but this one is definitely not that bad. The services was good, as well as the location.

Coffe good as always , but its most dirty place in NL ! All tables dirty , personel dont care ! Toilet - omg nobody clean them for weeks - so dirty place !!!

Enjoy a nice cup of very good quality coffee in the center of Tilburg.

Coffee itself is nice, but what a dirty thing... And the employees can't even smile...

We like to visit this Starbucks. Not so busy, nice atmosphere. The service was good every time we were there.

We like everything, we often order coffee here when we walk in the center.

I ordered a surprise package via an app at the Starbucks in Tilburg's Emmapassage. In that app I indicated that I am vegetarian. I also told employee Andrea that I am vegetarian. To my surprise, I got something with ham. I ask her to change this, but she doesn't. She is very rude and customer unfriendly. Last time I will never come here again.

Very expensive and you will receive help in English as standard. Not my favorite!

Ordered via Thuisbezorg instead of 20 minutes, it arrived after 2.5 hours. Unfortunately I couldn't cancel anymore. In addition, the food was cold. Too bad, not used to Starbucks.

Mohammed helped me today, I was excited to try the new brown sugar shaken espresso with crème brulee toppinh, unfortunately they ran out of brown sugar syrup. He was very kind and thought with me how to change the drink so I woukd get something I liked that complimented the new creme brulee topping 10/10 service.

Good and tasty pancakes with real maple syrup. You can't find it everywhere anymore. Great cold cup to take with you. Enough seats with charging options for telephone/laptop. Could easily sit here all day and work.

Good location and the staff is always very friendly and helpful!

It says that it is wheelchair accessible, this is not the case. Doors are heavy and do not open automatically. It is also quite tight if you want to go somewhere with your wheelchair.

Really too disgusting for words, the chocolate milk is not chocolate milk and you can't drink coffee either.... The first and the last time for us!

An employee refusing to serve coffee and cookies in a cup and on a plate "because they are closing soon"... 35 minutes before closing time... Total disregard for customers by the staff. We won't come back here again...

Where I am used to communicating in English, obviously the lady behind the counter had trouble with English and Dutch. Did not check the order and didn't understand when I wanted to. Forgot half the order, and couldn't cope with the cup discount. No service when they mixed it up. I needed to get back in line and re-order. Not good for customers.

Heerlijke drankjes met zoetigheden. Combideal is top. Vriendelijk personeel.

Koffie en versnaperingen zijn lekker. Wel aan de prijs maar het interieur, vieze tafels, airco die ontzettend koud staat, vloer smerig, personeel alleen in Engels benaderbaar. Een zaak die het alleen van zijn naam moet hebben.

Verschillende soorten koffies zijn heerlijk, maar erg duur. Fijn dat je met je laptop ergens kan zitten - er zijn veel oplaadpunten. De snacks vind ik niet zo bijzonder. Alles is nog half bevroren wanneer je het krijgt. Een aantal chocolade snacks die ik heb geprobeerd smaakte niet echt naar chocolade en waren erg hard en uitgedroogd. Maar koffie drink ik het liefst bij Starbucks!! Starbucks bezorgen zou ik niet aanraden aangezien je bijna €5 bezorgkosten moet betalen.

Heb een Frappeciano Karamel zonder koffie gezomen, je proeft alleen maar melk soms karamel. Service is sloom

I and my wife had 2 frapuccinos, one large chocolate chip and a medium white moccha with coffee. Both tasted great.

We got in while they were closing off and were as friendly to still serve us as their last customers. The frappuchinos were really good like the quality that were used to from starbucks. The atmosphere of the place was very standardly modern without much personality. It was very clean, extremely friendly personnel and good coffee.

I like starbucks, but the reason I’m giving a review of 2 stars is because I also work in hospitality and we also have certain opening hours and closing hours and while it is respectful that people want to finish on time or for whatever reason want to close on time or open up on time I think there is a way to do it… on google maps it clearly says that you close at 20.00 so I would think that until 20.00 you are open, I finished my shift of work and decided oh there’s 15 minutes left before starbucks closed so I arrive at 19.47 wanting to order a iced macchiato which doesn’t take long because I also work as barrista instead I’m met with 2 coworkers at the register counter that are talking and possibly nagging about me and my boyfriend walking in while they are “closed” and another screaming right as we open the door with “WE ARE CLOSED” while waving his hands as if to say get out… and again he yells “SORRY BUT WE ARE CLOSED”. If this is how you treat costumers because you don’t feel like working than hospitality is not for you my friend and I say this with almost 10 years experience working with people and in the hospitality, this is your income and a cup a coffee does not hurt. Hire better people and you know what, even if it was said in a nicer way I would’ve understood but being yelled at and waved away… sorry but not okay.

Ik ben niet enthousiast over Starbuck's. En mijn mening is niet veranderd. Duur en matige kwaliteit. Maar 1 toilet beschikbaar: rij wachtenden in het restaurant.

Had to stop and rest and had the best service.

De frappuccino witte chocolade chocola kun je me echt snachts voor wakker maken!! ❤️ Zo ontzettend blij dat ie nu zo dichtbij zit. Sfeer... Uhm ja, het is niet onaardig maar het is ook geen Frans bistrootje natuurlijk, maar dat hoeft ook niet gezien het echt gericht is op afhalen

They have great customer service and can actually make a Starbucks drink. Would definitely recommend!

Great beverages options. Choice for alternative milks, sugar free options, vegan sandwiches, etc. extremely friendly staff, and very clean!
