The drinks where okay, just needed something hot to get warm again but the drinks themselves where not that great especially for the price.

I find a staff member who does not speak Dutch a bit awkward at a station in Groningen. Quite a few people from the province do not speak English. I come here quite often. They have stopped writing names in recent months. I think that is a shortcoming within the Starbucks culture.

Matcha sometimes tastes like coffee. Despite the station's location and therefore many travelers, not all of the staff speak English well. Regular small mistakes. But yes, the station and coffee are also fine somewhere 😆

I don't think the older gentleman behind the counter was having his day. Very unkind and rude direction. I felt like I was a burden to him and would be better off leaving. Next time go somewhere else. Would rather sit outside in the cold than with this cold gentleman.

We only had a cup of coffee here while waiting for the bus. Delicious decaf in a special location.

I ordered a white mocha frappucino with coffee and pumpkincream brown sugar oatshaken esspresso. But it has no sweetness in both off them and it taste very blend. Also the frappucino is too icy, which makes it feel like drinking slush puppy. I had this before, but it’s never like that. I’m disappointed :(

You almost fall over because of the loose floor. Whole pieces coming up! That's not possible, is it? Staff just keeps coughing and sniffling in my coffee. Good employer if you just let them work. Please stay home if you are sick. And the milk was just boiled, it almost burned me, it was not drinkable. The most beautiful station in the Netherlands is being undermined by this pathetic tent.

I would never go to this Starbucks again. I ordered a pumpkin spice Latte and had to return it twice. The first time the cream was missing and the second time I noticed that it didn't taste like pumpkin spice at all. Instead of making me a new one, they just poured the syrup into the coffee.

Absolutely fine. Latte machiato was good. The New York cheesecake delicious.

I was there on Saturday October 12 at 5:45 PM and was helped very nicely at the checkout, I don't know if it's normal, but another girl who was there had her AirPods in, I didn't really like that.

Almost missed my train due to lazy staff and you pay 5.50 for a small chocolate milk that also burned my tongue. And also because of the whole hype of Starbucks, I am not satisfied with this..

DONT GO if you're trying to catch a train, super unhurried slow service, which sucks a lot for a station location. I paid for my drink but just had to ask for my reusable cup back and run for my train as it was too slow. The register staff member had gone on break so I couldnt ask for a refund. Several other customers also just left while waiting to run for the train. I think they should change their assumption to one where most people are there to catch a train and not to enjoy the station architecture with a coffee... The latter seems to be the speed of service they are aiming for. Products are as a regular Starbucks, so if you like it you like it. Nice facility in the old station, but a lot of surprisingly uncomfortable seating.

This Starbucks located inside Groningen Station. It is beautiful dining area with old architect building. Dining area is spacious , clean and neat. Try Pumpkin Spice Frappucino

The Cappuccino was like ditch water, barely tasted like coffee. Floor needs urgent renovation.

The coffee is fine, the staff is also fine. Just the entourage and then the floor?! My parents don't let me go here. Thick bulges in the floor that you can trip over. Perhaps the tenant cannot do anything about this, but this building really needs to be closed, people can be really unhappy here. This is really going too far! Maybe someone has to fall and break a hip first...I'm sorry

You pay a lot of money for a cup of tea, the smallest cup costs €3.36 and they don't even have rooibos tea. And you get a bowl of water without a cookie. Not being served or anything. Terrible concept. Expensive and impersonal.

I am a big fan of this starbucks it’s hands down the best starbucks in the city, however recently i have had a couple of unpleasant experiences with one of the new employees, her name is Gwen i believe, shes been all kinds of rude in different ways, and now i hear the same from other friends as well. As an example she is rude when someone asks for a mug rather than a takeaway cup, because she doesn't want to take it and clean it as she said herself to me. Very customer unfriendly sadly.

I hadn't been to a Starbucks in so many years and I had forgotten why. My mistake. Overpriced has taken on a new dimension here. A simple croissant for 3.40 euros. It's crazy and all these people come and jerk off because their paper cup has that logo on it. No, I won't forget it again. I don't want to write any more about details like a cashier who can't sell cookies (I can't find it in the cash register right now) and a toilet (which you're supposed to use on the platform). Beautiful high ceilings are only enough for people who like beautiful smiles without content.

Starbucks is expensive but sometimes I just want that easy going atmosphere. Unfortunately the employees make it so this place is just expensive.

Unfriendly staff, this concerns the older man and woman. They snap at you and expect you to understand everything, and they react unfriendly if you don't understand something. Not a pleasant atmosphere and generally not pleasant to interact with.

I don't usually write reviews, but there's an older man working at this branch who is very unpleasant and seems completely uninterested in his job. Anyway, I have a serious milk allergy, and I asked him if the drink was vegan, and he said yes. The next day, another cashier explained to me that the product he presented to me as vegan actually contains milk. I think this man should take customer interactions more seriously because I'm not the only one who has complained about his attitude towards customers, and this time, his ignorant approach endangered my health.

I was there today around 1pm at Starbucks and ordered white chocolate milk for the fourth time. This man and woman gave me coffee! I let him know that it is not the white chocolate I ordered. For express they gave me milk instead of what I asked for!!

You have to understand what you are going to Starbucks for, it’s a specific taste, coffee, milk, cakes... but I like this chain, and + the free, clean restroom

The employees always offer extra’s and do not warn that this is for an extra price. This is terrible and disgustingly unpleasant. There are some nice employees, but however most of them do not do their job correctly. You should always warn a client that something you offer costs extra, and not pathetically hide it. About drinks: they put a lot of ice in the lemonades and what you drink is basically 1/4 of what you payed for. Also very unpleasant.

Yooo that old guy who works there is really unnecessarily unfriendly. Almost makes you feel guilty because you just want to order something. As a number of other reviews also mention, he supposedly didn't have anything. I think he just didn't feel like making my order for me. If you hate your job so much, just find something else. Hope this isn't a manager.

Mooie zaak, lekker warm. Tip: bestel dranken alleen in kleine porties, of neem weinig, want voor de WC moet je het pand verlaten. Je spulletjes meenemen en naar een betaald stationstoilet op het perron.

Haal hier ‘s ochtends voor werk graag m’n koffie, echter betaal vaak een andere prijs voor dezelfde koffie. Heel bijzonder. Toen ik om uitleg vroeg werd de man achter de kassa erg boos, dat is hij trouwens vaak. Het geeft mij zo’n ongemakkelijk gevoel dat ik eerst langs loop om te kijken wie er aan het werk is. Als deze meneer er staat loop ik door. Helaas werkt hij veel ochtenden.

The coffee is always great and tastes nice. The architecture of Starbucks in the station is very nice and cozy. However,Bert the manager there is really rude. He isn't friendly has a look of disgust all the time on his face and isn't very a good attitude for someone who's supposed to be working at HORECA.

Belachelijk, ze hebben geen toilet! Je mag voor 70 cent op het perron. En je krijgt geen geld terug van Starbucks! Hele slechte service!!!

Onvriendelijk personeel. Vooral de oudere mevrouw bij de kassa. Ik had recht op studenten korting maar dit was er niet af gegaan. Dus ik ging terug en mevrouw deed heel onvriendelijk. De andere dame die het drankje had gemaakt was wel erg vriendelijk. Drankje was wel erg zoet, maar verder goed. En snel klaar.

Está justo en la estación. Es uno de los más bonito en los que he estado. El edificio es muy antiguo y está muy bien conservado. Atendieron bastante rápido.

The drink was good and it was prepared really fast, I didn’t like was this old dude saying aggressively that i had to pay to sit down which I understand but literally i saw people infront of me who didn’t order which he saw didn’t order but he didn’t tell them nothing which was kinda strange

Erg gezellige huiskamer in een druk station. Aardige werknemers. Goede plek om te wachten op een volgende trein of bus.

Kwartier wachten bijna op drinken. En is eigenlijk veel te duur voor wat je krijgt.

Erg goede service. Drankje die ik wilde was niet te maken in decafe (de cold foam), dus creëerde de barista een drankje voor mij die erop leek. Goed geanticipeerd. Muffin niet bijzonder, caramel muffin smaakt niet eens naar karamel en ze waren droog…kreeg er wel een nieuwe gratis bij, top! Maar veel te zoet en plakkerig. Er zit trouwens geen vulling in de muffin, zoals op het plaatje vermeld staat. Zit wel gezellig daar.

Ik heb vijf sterren gegeven, want het is er gezellig bij Starbucks in Groningen. Als je een kleine koffie of latte besteld, krijg je een strandemmertje vol. Dit zou ik graag veranderd willen zien, want je moet ook de keuze kunnen maken van een Nederlands formaat kop koffie. Het is er schoon, de bediening is prima en vriendelijk. Ikzelf nam een latte matcha, erg lekker en gezond. Bovendien niet duur. Toch 5 sterren dus.

Mooie plek!. Wel groot, weinig publiek op dat moment. Het gebak is klein, de koffiemokken groot. Het zou fijn zijn wanneer je ook een kleine koffie kan bestellen. Geen wc aanwezig.

Een Tall Macchiato en een Tall Cappuccino besteld en gekregen. Maar betalen voor Venti’s (grootste maat) bleek toen we in de net vertrekkende trein zaten. Hier komen we dus niet meer!! Het is al duur genoeg, waarom moet je je klanten dan ook nog uitbuiten?

Kom hier al vele jaren voor een lekkere flat white en een chai latte. Personeel werkt er al lang en altijd vriendelijk!

De kwaliteit van je drankje hangt wel af van wie hem maakt dat is wel jammer. Dit varieert van oke tot uitmuntend.

Came with my family to buy coffees before departing to Amsterdam as we are on holidays. Staff told us to shut up because we were laughing and having a good time. We’re from latin america and we’re happy fun people, we felt very ofended by the staff! Also staff didn’t understand english very well and seemed unpatient with our order. Didn’t like this starbucks at all.

Hermoso lugar para Starbucks con un gran servicio y sabrosa moca de chocolate blanco. . . . muchos asientos en un lugar muy relajante y pintoresco. Me encantó. Sin embargo, lamentablemente no hay tazas de Starbucks de Groninga. . . . .
