Wat een geweldig ervaring. We werden al ontvangen met een dosis humor waar ik van houd. Heerlijk eigen brood met zelfgemaakte kruidenboter. Mijn collega had de T bone en ik spareribs. Het was heerlijk en vers. Ook de salade erbij was uitstekend. Het is 2 uur rijden voor ons. Maar we komen zeker terug.

Great place. Very friendly service and fantastic food! I had the T-bone steak, which was truly fantastic! My colleague had the spare ribs, which were also amazing! (I tasted a piece.) Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back!

A very cozy Mediterranean/Balkan restaurant in the center of Leek with a great atmosphere. Not very big but that makes it so nice. Cheerful owner with nice stories and friendly staff. Food great from the grill piece of steak and super fresh salad, homemade sauces, and delicious seasoned fries. Parking everywhere in the street with parking card or in the central parking lot, you walk into the shopping streets and then you walk into Mazzel steak restaurant & Pizzaria

Friendly and hospitable welcome by the owner's service and the chef. The owner likes to chat and wants you to feel at home. Well, he succeeded. Extensive menu, something for everyone. The food was delicious for a good price. We will definitely come back here.

Delicious chicken shawarma with fried potato slices and salad.

It looks a bit dated. Service is nice, chatty but smells strongly of cigarette odor when serving. My starter carpaccio is sloppy. Slices of meat dropped on salad. Never seen it like this before. The main course with sirloin steak. Lukewarm and mediocre! Had better quality for the same price. Sauces are served in ceramic pots. Pieces of ceramics are missing. Something different next time

After an evening of live music we were hungry. What a coincidence, next to the pub there is a shawarma / pizza restaurant. Shall we? Why not, just nice and easy. And it looked like there was still a table available. Not busy on a Sunday evening, but I'm also no expert on how many people normally sit in a shawarma shop on a Sunday evening. Anyway, when we entered we were greeted kindly. Within 2 seconds we knew that we were dealing with a joker, a friendly joker. Ordered a drink and 2 dishes. They came quickly! I like that. The special shawarma dish with cheese and fried potatoes and the lamachun with shawarma. What a whopper! It looked like a calzone pizza. Quantity and quality go hand in hand at Mazzel restaurant, it must be said. Hmmm I missed my pita bread. When I asked, it turned out that the dishes were not included as standard. But that was no problem, within a few minutes I had my pita bread. Dish or not, for me that's part of it. The waiter, Sadri, occasionally came to ask if everything was to your liking, of course accompanied by the necessary jokes. He looked at us quizzically and asked: You've never been here, have you? That's right, we had never been to his restaurant. Still everything to your liking? Yes, everything is still to your liking. Sadri proudly said that he had made the sauces fresh this morning and that they had copied the recipe for the lettuce dressing from a Mexican restaurant. Good story Sadri, it immediately tastes better. We got the plates completely empty except for a small part. Fortunately we escaped the “punishment” because if the plate is not empty, we have to wash the dishes in the kitchen. After signing off, we had a quick chat at the bar with coffee on the house. Next time we'll try the spare ribs. Bring extra mints, because the garlic sauce was delicious!

Most hospitable catering establishment I know at the moment. Great tasty food, a lot of craftsmanship and time they put into it. You can taste that in the dishes.

Just picked up food. Call first of course, what a nice man. The food was ready quickly and the best man even gave me a coffee while waiting. Once we got home we immediately went to dinner. We had super tasty lasagna and pasta. The customer service and food are both top notch! In addition, it is not expensive at all! I would recommend everyone to order here.

Yesterday I had dinner here with 5 people for a birthday. Due to the nice weather we sat on the terrace, we were helped quickly and very friendly. We first ordered drinks and then they came with the menu. We special ordered pizzas, a salad and a calzone. All dishes were brought to the table by the chef. It was delicious, highly recommended. Compliments to the cook and the waiter who received us very friendly and well.

Food was good and not too expensive. Service looked at with amazement; hard workers and time for a chat and a joke in between. Service was very good! We will definitely come again.

Highly recommended for real meat eaters! Beautiful restaurant in Leek with wonderful and nice staff. With them you can create a wonderful, but also fun atmosphere for a pleasant visit with them. Their service was certainly impressive. The food was served within a reasonable time and we were able to enjoy the food well. For example, I had the lamb chops and I really enjoyed them. Although it was quite quiet during our visit with the group of friends, we understand that it can get busiest there around Saturdays and public holidays. Would you like to eat there around those days? Then the impressive staff recommended that you reserve a table by telephone before 3:00 PM for your impressive restaurant visit.

Super gezellige avond gehad met heerlijk eten en hartelijke bediening. We komen graag nog een keer langs!

Het eten was goed. De prijzen wel hoog zeker de drank grote cola wat net zo grote van een blikje cola wat 7 euro kosten en moesten 95 euro afreken 2x mix grill en spaghetti en een paar drankjes

Hier bij Mazzel is het als thuis komen, je word hartelijk ontvangen. Top bediening 2 broers die jouw avond een positieve indruk nalaten. Echt geweldig. Had zelf een mix grill besteld,,, hmmm om je vinger bij af te likken, vraag maar naar de spareribs, dan heb ik niets teveel gezegd.

Gezellige plek om een keer te eten. Eigenaar maakt een gezellig en sociale babbel waardoor je je direct op je gemak voelt. Eten was erg onder de maat. Helemaal voor deze prijs. Kortom viel helaas erg tegen.

Leuke tent, eigenaar en personeel erg vriendelijk. Prijzen zijn prima en de gerechten die wij hebben genuttigd waren heerlijk. Zeker een aanrader om met z'n tweeën of met het gezin even een hapje te gaan eten.
