Second attempt at high tea through Social Deal. The first time, we were met with a closed door even though we had made a reservation. This wasn't mentioned anywhere, and we weren't informed. The phone number is out of service when you call. Once there, we were greeted kindly by a couple of ladies. The high tea wasn't what you'd expect. It started with a slice of cake with whipped cream and sprinkles, followed by a bowl of tomato soup, followed by what appeared to be a salad with brie, walnuts, and lots of honey. For our "main" course, we were given three small pieces of baguette with spreads, which we also had to share, along with a bowl of potato salad and a glass of lettuce, pineapple, and bacon bits. Finally, we were really looking forward to the cake tasting, but unfortunately, it was anything but fresh or homemade. A slice of apple pie, apple crumble, and a small piece of mocha. The service was friendly but not always attentive. At one point, two ladies next to us left, saying they'd been disappointed compared to a previous experience. Once they left, there was a lot of gossip going on in the back of the store. It was incredibly unprofessional. Our comment about the closed doors we'd previously encountered and the unreachable phone number was ignored, other than to say they no longer have a phone. It feels like the store is closing soon, as the quality is sorely lacking. Unfortunately, we left with a bad feeling and won't be returning anytime soon, which is a shame, as judging by the reviews from earlier this year, we were really looking forward to it.

We had booked here through Social Deal. Upon arrival, the restaurant was closed, and we didn't have any further information. The phone number wasn't in service. We were eventually able to rebook through Social Deal. Fortunately, the restaurant was open the second time. The high tea was different than we expected. There wasn't much variety between sweet and savory, and the quality was definitely poor. The pastries weren't fresh. The cake with whipped cream, for example, seemed like a quick and easy solution. When we paid, we mentioned that their phone number was out of service, but they didn't have a clear answer, except that they indeed no longer have a phone. The staff was generally friendly, but a few of the staff were clearly gossiping about previous guests who had just left, which I think is rather rude. Unfortunately, we won't be having another high tea here.

What a disaster. This is taking so incredibly long. Never again. A half slice of cake with sprinkles and whipped cream as a high tea course, incredibly slow service... truly extraordinary. We didn't get the cake until 4:45 PM. Lots of complaints from the restaurant, and several people had their courses wrapped up because otherwise it would have taken too long.

It is a slightly different concept from a normal high tea, but very nice. More than enough food. We didn't find the sweets to be of very good quality (lacking flavor and didn't seem fresh), with the exception of the Monchou tart, which was top-notch! Otherwise, we had a delicious meal! One area for improvement is to actually offer three portions of each dish for three people, so you don't have to divide things by three yourself.

Nice relaxed atmosphere, friendly and spontaneous service, and special allergy requests are taken into account – just a lovely atmosphere.

Everything was well organized, friendly staff. Delicious 5-course high tea. Nice play corner for the kids. And all that for a great price.

We enjoyed a delicious high tea. Don't expect your standard high tea with scones and cream, though. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything is homemade and delicious. The service is friendly, and the staff clearly take pride in their work.

Last minute decision to have a high tea here. Reviews were good even though the place is in a shopping center. Service is friendly, but very amicable with a rather present couple of ladies (during the entire high tea) who were loudly blaring through the place. The organic tea served was old (ginger dried out, mint that had black edges). The dishes themselves tasted good, but there was quite a bit of repetition in what was offered (several times of ham with brie) and we missed the real sweets that come with a high tea. All in all, unfortunately it did not meet our expectations.

All in all, it unfortunately didn't meet our expectations.

I was allowed to pick up a free cake here because I was the youngest participant in the Vicini half marathon. I was immediately welcomed, because I was probably very recognizable in my running clothes haha. The cake looked great and smelled great too! It certainly was, really great! The restaurant also looked very nice, which you wouldn't expect in a shopping center.

It was cozy and very hospitable.

Nice place with a good atmosphere. Salmon sandwich is my recommendation.

The carpaccio sandwich from the gas station is even better filled... the pre-baked rolls are now being picked up at Lidl... they must have been used up because the omelette from the oven, or an egg muffin, contained half a mini roll that just fit one piece of egg. . You can also season it yourself with the salt and pepper that was on the table. Then we went to the supermarket to get another sandwich.

Last Christmas we ordered both a sweet and savory snack bowl here. We enjoyed it immensely.

What delicious & generous sandwiches and a super delicious monchou. Living room idea with craft corner and nice staff.

Een borrelplank voor €20,- besteld, bij het uitpakken thuis zeer teleurgesteld bij het zien van hoe karig deze plank was.. 4 gevulde eitjes (dus 2 eieren in totaal) wat wrapjes, snijworst en 2 kleine spiesjes. Het eten was goed, maar de hoeveelheid bij lange na niet de prijs waard.

Gezellig plekje en heel vriendelijk personeel.

We hebben hier geluncht met allebei een broodje. Zij een Italiaanse bol met brie, walnoten en honing en ik een Italiaanse bol met carpaccio. De broodjes waren vers afgebakken, lekker knapperig en goed belegd. De smaak was ook uitstekend. Minpuntje is dat de broodjes erg klein waren. Zeker voor die prijs mochten ze toch wel wat groter zijn.

Heerlijk ontbijtje gehad . Alles lekker vers. En bediening is erg vriendelijk . Uitstraling van het restaurant is erg mooi . Ga zo door !!!!

Vicini, tja wat moet je daar nou over vertellen. Hier moet je een keer geweest zijn. En als je daar dan eenmaal, wat dan ook van de kaart geproefd hebt, dan blijf je hier terugkomen. De monchou is goddelijk. De appeltaart trouwens ook. Weet je wat, neem een proeverij van taartjes, dan hoef je niet te kiezen. Broodjes, zo lekker en zo heerlijk belegd. Ook hier, neem de lunchproeverij dan heb je wat te kiezen. En je kunt hier dus ook ontbijten! Voor maar 3 euro! Kortom, voor taart, lekkere broodjes, salades, soepjes ga je vanaf nu naar Vicini. Maar ook voor de sfeer, de gezelligheid, de beste medewerkers van het noordelijk halfrond.

Een Hightea gehad, fantastisch. Heerlijke producten uit eigen keuken. Leuke sfeer en vriendelijke eigenaren en personeel. Een zaak om terug te komen, en dat doe ik.

Heerlijk eten (en alles zelf gemaakt ) en gezellige bediening.

Was de 1e keer bij Vicini . Had er nooit van gehoord maar weet nu waar ik voor een redelijke prijs HEERLIJK kan eten. Een echte aanrader EN zeer vriendelijke bediening. Had bijna m'n vingers er bij op gegeten. Gelukkig waren pleisters niet nodig. Komen binnenkort weer eten. ( zien we naar uit). Bertha & Roelf Stoter, Groningen.

Vorige week met collega's van ons thuiszorgteam genoten van de High Tea bij Vicini en ik was blij verrast, heerlijke huisgemaakte producten. Hartig en zoet door elkaar heen, lekkere smaken en niet de standaard zoete bonbons en kant en klare minitompoesjes/soesjes wat ik verwacht had van een High Tea...nah ja, de foto's spreken voor zich denk ik. Ik raad dit dus zeker aan!

We had high tea. It was really good. Good food. Home made. The sweets are so good, they are not SO sweet, it is just right. The owner is very nice and helpful. The people who work there are all so nice.

Vandaag heeeerlijke high tea gehad met ons 2. Veel variaties aan hapjes. Alles homemade gemaakt van hartig naar zoet, aanrader! Personeel is zoals altijd erg vriendelijk!

Gisteren een high tea gehad bij de jongens met mijn collega’s . Het was in een woord geweldig!!!!! Veel variatie , zelf gemaakt en te veel om op te noemen. Warm en koude gerechten gehad. Jongens jullie zijn toppers. We komen zeker nog weer bij jullie langs

Vorige week een high tea als verjaardagscadeau gehad. We worden warm en hartelijk ontvangen door de mannen en vanaf het begin is de service top! Ze denken om alles en wat veel en lekker eten. Een echte aanrader!

We hebben een super lekkere high tea gehad vandaag, heel gevarieerd. Een high tea is ind e regel erg zoet en machtig. Hier wordt zo weinig mogelijk geraffineerde suiker gebruikt Heerlijke gangen..en meer dan voldoende. Dikke pluim en ik kom zeker nog een keer!

Wat een heerlijke verwennerij! De high tea bestond alleen maar uit verse en zelfgemaakte lekkernijen, en de bediening was top notch! Ik ga hier zeker nog een keertje heen! Dankjewel Vicini! 👏

Heerlijke high tea met verse producten. Al voordat ik zat kwam de serveerster aanlopen met een bak water voor mijn hond, wat een service! We hebben heerlijk rustig kunnen eten. Geen haast. De high tea gangen werden met veel zorg en aandacht bereid en uitgeserveerd. Heerlijke thee. We konden het niet op en het was geen probleem om nog wat lekkernijen mee naar huis te nemen in een doggy bag. Een aanrader om bij de jongens van Vicini high tea te gaan nuttigen!

In één woord geweldig. Wat een verwennerij, de high tea. Van boterkoek tot monchou en kokosmacroon tot soep, aardappelsalade en heerlijke sandwiches. Verse thee en jus d' orange. Leuke sfeer en fijne bediening. Een aanrader.

Mijn moeder, zus en ik hebben hier een high tea gehad vorige week, nou het is een aanrader van alle andere high tea's die we hebben gehad was deze de beste, alles is vers en heerlijk van smaak en hele leuke eigenaars, bediening. bovendien organiseren ze ook leuke thema's middagen/avonden met alles erop en eraan. Wij komen zeker terug, dikke 👍

Afgelopen zaterdag hightea gehad met mijn zusje en moeder. Het was in 1 woord geweldig lekker , personeel erg vriendelijk . Ik kom zeker terug en zal het aan vrienden en kennissen zeker aanbevelen.

High tea bij Vinci gehad. Was heerlijk. Je proeft dat alles zelf gemaakt is en je krijgt genoeg. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk Wij gaan zeker nog een keer heen

Afgelopen donderdag hebben mijn zus en ik hier een High Tea gehad. Fantastisch! ‘t Was ontzettend heerlijk, overdadig, alles zelfgemaakt, vers, gevarieerd. We werden echt in de watten gelegd. Fijne bediening ook. Een absolute aanrader!

Heerlijk luxe eten, super vriendelijke medewerkers. Restaurant gezellig en netjes en een schoon toilet Aanrader!
