A very cute rustic cafe with the option to sit inside or outside in a quiet lovely garden. Attentive friendly staff. I ordered the salmon salad which was very generous and tasty and came with a slice of fresh whole meal sourdough. No problem to swap out and replace one of the ingredients I am not keen on. Coffee with little complimentary sweet treat good too. Recommended!

This afternoon I had bread with Serrano ham from the new menu. Highly recommended. And I enjoyed the hospitality and the beautiful garden. Wonderful.

An amazing lil cafe with charm, taste and depth! It has a bar, communal areas and even a garden to enjoy delicious coffee and food! Friendly staff top things off despite a distracting shopping part of the cafe wit rare items on sale. Super address in Breda!!

Today I enjoyed a delicious cake at this super cute cake shop. The chocolate cherry cake is my new favorite! I enjoyed sitting in the conservatory surrounded by lovely items in the shop. The service was excellent. Enjoyed it!

We used to be huge fans of their delicious cakes, but unfortunately, the quality has declined. Recently, we received some very dry cake slices again because they'd been sitting in their display case for far too long. Cakes can only be kept fresh for a certain date. Unfortunately, it's no longer the place for us to eat in or get takeout homemade cakes.

On a rainy Saturday morning, it was still nice and quiet inside, and a really lovely place to have coffee. The cakes are also very good – we have already ordered a few times for birthdays, and this was even possible with special (intolerance) requests!

Always friendly, the most delicious cakes and breakfast/lunch dishes. I love coming here. The garden is also very nice, a bit of peace and quiet in the middle of the city.

We were able to sit in the garden that day. It was indeed peaceful there, and we enjoyed the soup of the day.

Just a little place in a shopping street? I had the best sandwich EVER, Vegan, an addictive combination of flavours that had me wishing I could do an Oliver Twist and go back for more. Oat milk, home-baked dessert and no-nonsense but good service. The home-made soda was delicious. We'll be back

We travelled to Breda specifically for this place, for their High Tea, because of the good reviews. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was nice, but unfortunately we were very disappointed in everything they served. The tea was tasteless, regardless of what flavours we picked and regardless of how long we let the tea leaves (which looked more like powder than anything) simmer. The food was equally disappointing. The little sandwiches were not presented well and lacked any creativity or imagination, the flavours were very bland and basic. The desserts were also a big disappointment, everything just tasted like it was bought at a cheap Dutch supermarket and then placed on a plate. All the food lacked creativity, flavour, and put us off trying High Tea again in the near future, unfortunately. We would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you enjoy bland and boring flavours and ingredients that you can find at any Dutch supermarket.

Nice place to drink coffee, nice decor, cozy atmosphere and nice staff. The cake is very tasty and they have good coffee. We only came there to look at the things they sell, which was a bit disappointing, especially in terms of price, although there were certainly nice things such as vases.

Very nice place on the Ginnekenweg. Delicious sandwiches and fresh juices. To finish off, enjoy a delicious homemade cake. Cozy and delicious, a place to come back to!

Service and helpfulness is sth they lack, It is mediocre, best thing is cake and decor.

Nice cozy tent with a beautiful garden. However, far too pricey. When I order a salad for €17.50, I don't expect a bag of salad that seems to have just been picked up at Albert Heijn with a few pieces of avocado on top, a single crayfish and some cucumber. The bread that was served with it was tasty. As well as the fruit juice with mango and pineapple. Although that was my third choice because everything else was gone. Even though I thought the atmosphere and service were ok, I still keep it at 3 stars because there are other nice places to find where the price-quality ratio is better.

You will be amazed! And a pastry with coffee will certainly keep me quiet :-)

Cozy spot in Breda. Beautiful backyard and nice places inside. A varied menu and nice people. I had the soup of the day, paprika tomato, it was fine. Unfortunately there were a lot of flies, also on the cakes. That was a shame. Maybe put a glass dome over it to cover it? All in all I would definitely come back.

Ontzettend lieve dame, fijne plek. Groen in de stad, lekker rustig, uitnodigend en creatief.

Heerlijke Burrata gegeten! Gezellig restaurantje met prachtige tuin. De bediening had er niet zoveel zin in leek wel (vraag voor glutenvrij brood leek niet echt gesnapt te worden - wist niet wat de soep van de dag was - bestek werd aan de rand van de tafel gelegd - even bij de persoon leggen leek erg veel moeite). Geen ramp allemaal maar dat maakt de ervaring dan net iets minder. Zou wel terug komen voor het lekkere eten en drinken dus dat is zeker een plus!

Eerste keer in Breda en wat een leuke zaak. Voelt als thuis komen,gezellig,sfeervol en super vriendelijk. En een geweldig terras achteraan. Wij hebben een quiche met een kleine sla bij en boterhammen met feta en een mooi slaatje gegeten Allebei overheerlijk en de dressing bij de feta is om duimen en vingers af te likken. Verse en eerlijke keuken. Wij komen zeker terug! Is een tripje waard vanuit België. Toppers!

Heerlijk in de achtertuin genoten van een kop koffie en verse taartjes. De zaak is rustiek, landelijk ingericht, beetje brocante achtig. Fijne sfeer. En ook goed servies om van te eten of uit te drinken. Verder hebben we er niet geluncht, we waren maar kort op de Ginnekenweg. We komen zeker nog eens terug voor de hartige kaart. Goed bezig! Ik las in een eerder review over het toilet, dat is er inderdaad slechts één. Bij een volle zaak is dat inderdaad wel erg karig, hopelijk wordt dat in de toekomst aangepakt.

Superleuke en schattig zaak, zijn hier Supervriendelijk en een overheerlijk aanbod van lekker eten. Alles is met een beetje extra 🥳 ik vind dit helemaal geweldig 🩷 ook een leuke gezellig en groene achtertuintje waar je kan zitten. hondjes toegelaten en krijgen een bakje water 🙏🏼

Cosy and nicely decorated place. Some second hand stuff for sale as well. Considering their espressomachine, the cappuccino and flat white could be improved upon.

Wat een heerlijke plek! De dames waren erg gastvrij en vriendelijk en zorgden voor een fijne, relaxte sfeer. Het uitgebreide ontbijt besteld, wat ontzettend uitgebreid was en echt heerlijk. 1 van de lekkerste ontbijtjes die ik in Breda heb gegeten, met heerlijke koffie. Lief detail is dat ik niet alles op kon en ze zelf aanboden dit voor me in te pakken. Ik ga niet verklappen wat er allemaal bij het ontbijt zat, maar het was echt de moeite meer dan waard.

Heerlijk geluncht, lekkere schaduwrijke tuin, leuke vriendelijke bediening.

Gezellig koffie-/lunchtentje met een vintage inrichting en brocante spulletjes die je kunt kopen. De koffie is niet de allerbeste in Breda, maar ook niet slecht. De zelfgemaakte taarten zijn werkelijk allemaal heerlijk! Ontbijt is voldoende en goed verzorgd. Lunch heb ik hier nog niet gehad, maar de lunchkaart ziet er wel aantrekkelijk uit. Smoothies en sapjes zijn vers en lekker. De zit plaatsen zijn ruim verdeeld, je zit niet boven op elkaar. Aan de straatzijde zijn ook wat zitjes en bij mooi weer kun je in de binnentuin zitten. Het toilet is krap en lastig toegankelijk voor mensen die minder mobiel zijn. Er is een verschoningsruimte voor baby's en er zijn kinderstoelen. Tevens is er wat klein speelgoed aanwezig. Personeel is vriendelijk, al komen ze weinig langs om te vragen of je nog wat wil bestellen (hoeft niet altijd een nadeel te zijn).

Een leuk koffiezaakje met heerlijk home made gebak. Vriendelijke en attente bediening door jonge meiden. Sfeervolle inrichting. In de achtertuin zonnig en beschut terras.

De quiche smaakte echt nergens naar. Je kon niet proeven wat het was en zout of andere smaken proefde je ook niet. Jammer. Er werd niet gevraagd bij het serveren van de lunch of we nog wat wilden drinken, een verloren kans. Geen roomboter besteld en wat kwam er, roomboter. Al met al een super leuke accomodatie maar ze hebben veel gemiste kansen.

Taart was heerlijk, persoonlijk niet mijn keuze voor hetgeen de lunchkaart te bieden heeft, heeft een hoog vegetarisch karakter. Toilet was rommelig en klein en niet toegankelijk voor rolstoelgebruikers, slechts 1 voor alle klanten.

Fijne plek om even koffie te gaan drinken met een stukje homemade taart, maar ook de lunch is hier geweldig! Alles vers en goed verzorgt en altijd leuke en vriendelijke bediening. 90% van de kaart is vega, wat heel fijn was toen ik mijn moeder hier mee naar toe nam! Stilleven is een aanrader!

Wat een heerlijke plek. De locatie, de verassende tuin buiten. Erg leuke inrichting. Mooie vintage spulletjes. En de taart.. ohh zo lekker..

Heerlijke High Tea, goed gedoseerd en smakelijke hapjes. Goed rekening gehouden met allergie! Mooi pand met interieur. Zeker een aanrader!

Zoooo leuk en lekker. Jammer genoeg veel te ver weg van waar we wonen, maar als we langs Breda komen, is dit de plek waar we lekker gaan genieten! En ze hebben ook ontzettend leuke vintage spulletjes!

Koffie met eigengemaakte taart. Quiches rechtstreeks uit de oven. Versgeperste sappen. Bijzondere lunchgerechten. Voor dat laatste kwamen we: een specialiteitenkaas op vers brood en een garnalensalade. Heerlijk. Bediening met aandacht zonder te overdrijven.

Heerlijk terras aan de achterkant, lekker koel en een mooie selectie voor de lunch op de kaart! Ik ging voor een smoothie en een salade oude kaas lekker!
