Stomy's Snackbar in Staatsliedenbuurt

The man behind the counter smeared my hands with garlic sauce when I asked for more sauce, and then he laughed in my face. The furniture is very dirty and there is a strange smell in the place. Additionally, this is the only place where you can find mosquitoes in the middle of winter. No idea how they get there.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good and we had to wait very little time. Our order was number 4: Chicken Strip Wrap Menu.

ordered loempia and when I got home I sliced it and the smell is so bad so probably its expired and been there for ages I throw it away and not honest with the pricesss

Very pricey and really disgusting food, bad service, arrogant staff!!! Stay away from this snack bar!! A waste of money!!! Been there again, thought new staff!!! Unfortunately, another disappointment. Ordered a portion of chicken satay and had to pay an extra 1 euro for my sauce.

Friendly gentleman! The fries and the Dunner sandwich (menu) were delicious. Turkish pizza isn't quite our cup of tea.

An amazing angel!!! He was closing up on NYE and still made a delicious falafel , frikandel, and fry order for us! We attracted more people by being there and he served them too! Super sweet- top service and food !

Amazing snack bar! Kapsalon is to die for.

The food is absolutely disgusting. I ordered one frikandel special. It wasn't cut open. It came with ketchup and barely any onion. It failed three times, and it was still cold inside. The kapsalon didn't taste fresh at all, and the prices vary. It's a guess.

The owner is nice. The food gave me a bit of a bellyache but it was tasty though.

Friendly, food is fine, the decor could use some updating.

They have Ras fries. And I think they're delicious, but I prefer them without paprika. So I'll mention that next time. The atmosphere is like a snack bar, and it's nice that people are reading the newspaper. The service is also fast!

We chose this place despite the rating and we were very happy to have done it. The owner was very nice and the food freshly made and very good. Can definitely recommend and I don‘t understand the other reviews.

Well what can I say, I recently moved into the neighbourhood and decided to try it out for a burger and I was not disappointed. Arnold makes a awesome burger and I’ve been back about 20 times since !!

Wow, never eat there, what a waste of money, bought 2 large shawarma sandwiches for over €21, but was too sad for that Once but never again and it wasn't even that tasty

Update... Hopefully it was just today but it was not a good day. For stomy that is. I had a beautiful day at open ateliers nieuwmarkt. Then went for a shoarma wrap with cheese. NOT SPICEY. So you want the whole thing garlic sambal this ibziza show pony asked. NO NOT SPICEY,Hot my belly can't stand SPICEY. Ibiza show pony had to much sun and meth that made his brain drip on the stove because... IStomy is the best for a great shoarma or chicken wrap. Nice and tender, choice how spicy, always fresh ingredients and very friendly staff. Love this place visit at least once a week, even around closing time they don't mind firing up the plates to make you a delicious meal. Always leave them nice tip to survive corona. Do visit and also leave a tip! EDIT: edit undone was great as before :)

Even later na het eten van een turkse pizza doner kreeg ik erge kramp... een ander persoon had precies het zelfde

Food and service isn’t up to mark.

Muy buena atención, buenos precios, comida muy rica. Llegamos cansados, entendíamos poco de lo que había y el que atendía nos recomendó con la mejor onda.

Un accueil super par une personne très agréable avec un anglais irréprochable. Un grand sourire pour nous servir du début à la fin et à notre écoute. Il discute avec nous sans soucis, et les prix sont plus que raisonnables. Je recommande vivement.

Vriendelijk personeel en prima fastfood.

Het mag iets frisser/eigenlijk helemaal opgeknapt worden, wc papier bij het toilet ontbrak en kraan bij het toilet zat los.

Smoezelige zaak met matig eten.

2週間ほどオランダに滞在していました。 B級グルメを探していた私はカプサロンを注文。 辛いソースを使うか尋ねられ、英語の不慣れな私にもジェスチャーで伝えてくださいました。 オランダのジャンクフードといえば自販機コロッケも有名ですが、こちらのお店のカプサロンも美味しかったので星４つです。

Niet zulk super vriendelijk personeel/eigenaar. Heel nors, wat best jammer is als je op zo een locatie zit, dicht bij het park dus mensen doe komen dan snel daar naar toe voor een snack. Dan moet je je klanten wel een beetje vriendelijker helpen. Ras patat was te doen kon iet krokanter, maar zeker te doen.

Als je blijft terugkomen bij een zaak, moet het eten wel goed zijn. Lekkere broodjes döner en de overige broodjes ook trouwens! Er is veel keuze en tot nu toe worden we iedere keer vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Keep it up guys!

Found this place by accident and visited 3 times in the 4 days we stayed in Amsterdam food was lovely especially the broodje donner (no2) and the chips with a cold drink is a bonus the mexicana roll is not so good recommended...

Sat in stomys right now, the third time in 2 days. Absolutely toasted from eating vast quantities of jazz cabbage. The man behind the counter is a treasure. Absolutely spoiling his mishapen, crimson eyed guests to his welcoming demeanor. If you can identify with the rest of his clientele and want to be stuffed full of decent munch, go and feel like royalty at stomys while you contemplate what kind of bread you are.

Haha ik hou zelf niet van een snackbar maar zijn ijs in de zomer is heerlijk en je krijgt een leuke en vriendelijke bediening .
