Not good for DPD, they don’t print labels contrary to what they say, and they are not open at the time they mention

I ordered and received ice cream and two pastries today. It arrived on time. But the pastries were frozen, so they weren't really fresh. The kids didn't like them, so they threw them straight in the bin. I'm giving the ice cream two stars. I'll never order from here again.

Closed the shop at 9:50pm on a Saturday terrible.

My package was delivered here, but when I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it. I left my phone number and said my boss would call me. It didn't happen. Then, days later, I saw that the package had been returned to sender. How is that possible if the package was untraceable???!! The sender is willing to resend it, but that would cost me another shipping fee. This is ridiculous.

Really bad service. The waffels and ice cream are tasty, but everything else is off. Starting from the waiter who takes cash and not washing hands, put you a shugar with bare hands into your coffee. No shugar stearing, and no stick to do it yourself. Why? Ofcourse, it will dissolve itself. Don't forget that you wait for coffe 5 min first. Waffel was with nuts shells in the cream. Be careful! I have no clue why this place has such a high rating.

I can certainly agree with the other negative reviews about being a parcel point. After politely waiting a very long time for all the ice cream customers to be served and the store was empty, it was my turn. Then my QR code was scanned. At that moment, new customers came in for ice cream, and the woman immediately stopped helping me, and I had to wait again for those customers to be served while I was already waiting my turn, which I find completely unacceptable. I've never been treated so unpleasantly at a parcel point before. I would advise everyone to choose a different parcel service.

Terrible parcel service from DPD! I've already been there three times this week to pick up a package! Each time, I was given a different excuse: the scanner was broken, the packages arrived too late, or they couldn't find the package!

Such lovely, kind, and sweet people work here. It's a real shame they stopped using DPD. This was truly my favorite parcel point.

Fortunately, when I was in Amsterdam, I tried this place. It is very beautiful and there is a young man there who is wonderful in making crepes named Peter. He is a handsome young man who welcomes customers. It was a great experience. The best ice cream shop I have ever known.

I can't say anything about the ice cream, but I saw a lot of negative reviews about the parcel point in advance and would like to share my experience, which was positive. I was politely told by the boy behind the counter that he was first going to help the customers who came for ice cream, which I completely understand. In the meantime, another boy who works there asked me if I came for a package and started looking for me. I hadn't even waited 5 minutes and he had it for me and also very nicely apologized for the wait. No problem

Shop is not open, despite I waited for half an hour for it to be open already.

Very annoying, they ignore you in the store, just leave without helping you or communicating. Very rude boy as staff. Please wait at least 15 minutes before you can pick up your package. Then you don't have to be a parcel point.

Do not have a package delivered here. They make you wait half an hour because they let all the tourists go first who order ice cream. The parcel service is clearly not their core business.

Response: every DPD point accepts digital labels without printing except for you guys. You are not following any 'official guidelines'. Do your homework.. Man, I never leave a review for anything but this place sucks. Went three times - twice to wait 20 min in line for a package pick up (part of which was listening to other customers complain) and today to drop off a dpd package with a digital code. The dpd website lists them as accepting paper and digital barcodes, but the guy said paper only and that he'd charge me money to print it out (absurd). I asked why the dpd website lists them as accepting digital codes and said they should contact dpd to fix the listing and he just said...no? Very odd and hostile interaction. Must be frustrating for the employees to deal with these interactions so often, so I don't blame the guy. Also had a milkshake here once and it sucked, if you're looking for a good milkshake go to bakers&roasters instead

AVOID!! This place is a joke. They charge you for a printed sticker when they are already paid by the delivery service to be a delivery point. No other pickup point do this to send your packages.

This is also a DPD parcel point, but I would advise not to have your package sent here. Got there on Thursday evening and the employee in question couldn't find my package. Then I got a very big mouth from her. In addition, she would call me if she found the package. Of course I didn't get a call and I went back the next day. There was another employee present and he could not find my package either. Finally he asked myself to help search and I found the package in their warehouse within 10 seconds. If you can't fix it to be a parcel point, don't offer it. 1 star.

Watch the video again, because clearly you are blind and deaf. And which number you mean? You don’t even have a working website. Worst customer service!!! First of all the shop was open an hour to late. Then when the shop opened, the guy was aggressive and said he did not had my package, when I got an email saying it was there, eventually the guy said I should look in the back and look myself, and there my package was, he just didn’t look properly because he was agitated. Being there in the back the guy got really aggressive, starting cursing at me in his own language and was very intimidating. It was a very bad experience, also me leaving tomorrow going abroad this was a horrible experience. I would NOT recommend using this place.. the guy almost wanted to fight me. I should have called the police.

€8 for a chocolate waffle that’s nothing to write home about

Service was simply awful. The employee was just silent even though we tried to speak to her. We ordered 2 waffles and 1 drink. The waffles were heated in the microwave. The total cost for them was 21€. Also, the prices weren't displayed anywhere. The waffles tasted about the same as if I had bought waffles from the supermarket and heated them in the microwave myself. I recommend to avoid this place.

8.5€ for a waffle that wasn't even good knowing that the other waffles presented couldn't be chosen, it seems very excessive to me, I won't go back there again

€2.50 per scoop is quite expensive. The ice creams presented were not very attractive. In the end, I ordered 3 scoops, two were quite good, but for the 3rd, I had doubts about the cold chain, because it was a little crystallized.

Ice cream was decent, selection is reasonable but not amazing. The pricing structure is terrible tho, 2.50 per scoop, regardless of how many scoops. Makes no sense!

The ice cream was average but overpriced with €2 per scoop since we ordered 2 (€2,50 otherwise) per cone, which cost an additional €1 apiece! Would I eat ice cream here again: no.

Great coffee ice cream,really strong flavour. Slightly more than other ice cream places I have tried in Amsterdam but still much cheaper than at home.

Food was ok but poor service and overpriced (misleading prices). In the picture was something from bubble waffles with lots of ice cream and fruit and sauces for only 5 €. In the end, everything costs extra, or there is none at all.
