Enjoy delicious cocktails. The owner personally mixed cocktails based on your preferences. They use their own blend of herbs that you wouldn't normally expect to taste good together. The atmosphere is inviting, with a cozy, homey feel and a focus on the customer.

Yesterday I attended a cocktail workshop at Sumventure Flightbar. The bartender was very knowledgeable about the drinks and had some interesting cocktail tidbits, which made it very interesting. I got to make two cocktails myself and experiment with what I liked. It's also beautifully decorated, and I definitely recommend taking a cocktail workshop there. Or just stop by for a cocktail or something else.

Had a fantastic evening with delicious cocktails! Enthusiastic staff who genuinely listen to your side of the story and engage in conversation! The only thing that could be improved is the bar's glassware, but that certainly doesn't detract from a fun evening!

A great concept: a cocktail bar with a completely airplane/airport feel. The styling was a bit cold, though, due to the materials, colors, and table arrangement. Sitting near the door is quite drafty, so it's not recommended in the cold weather. They have a wide selection of cocktails, and for the true connoisseur, there are all sorts of options and tastings to choose from. They also have pilsner and a few classic cocktails if you (like me) don't like many cocktails. We didn't eat there.

You can immediately tell the bartenders here know their craft. My gin-basil smash was perfectly balanced, with fresh basil and just the right amount of acidity. No cheap syrups, just real flavors. The bar is small but atmospheric, with warm lighting and soulful, funk music. The bar can get busy at times, but the service remains attentive. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience true craftsmanship.

Little hidden gem of a cocktail bar in Utrecht. I booked 2 wine tastings with charcuterie boards via Social Deals. The venue is smallish but cosy, not the typical busy cafe in Netherlands which we loved. My wife and I opted for a mix of red and white wines for the tasting and we loved both the wines and charcuterie served. We ordered some cocktails after the tasting. The service here is excellent with the bartenders taking time to explain the wines and cocktails. They will also make cocktails suitable to your taste (that's not on the menu). Definitely worth a revisit.

I was here with a larger group (11 people). It was very hot that day, and the acoustics in the corner where we were seated weren't ideal, with our own noise, the air conditioning and fans, and the course being held directly behind us. However, it was an aesthetically pleasing space, and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely go again!

This is an amazing place for cocktails, they have a lot of unique and fun drinks, the presentation is also really nice. Our bartender was super friendly, and was also passionate about the drinks he was making. Their menu even indicated which cocktail was sweeter. Overall it was a really fun experience.

I have now been to sumventure flightbar 3 times and have seen and tried 2 different menus, both a great success! They can make cocktails so well here that if you briefly tell them what you like, they come up with a surprising new cocktail. It is quite an experience. And the price at the end of the evening was very reasonable. Two weeks ago I did a cocktail workshop here, also a great success. The explanation is simple, the recipes are delicious and they even give you tips on how to mix delicious cocktails at home. The atmosphere is nice, the staff pays attention to the customers and they know what they are doing here. Top experience! Thanks!

A beautiful bar to see with a very original and creative concept! Exclusive drinks, delicious cocktails and the snacks taste intensely delicious! Here you will find good catering staff where you can see that they are passionate about their work and creations. I'm always amazed at how much knowledge they have. What I like most is that the menu keeps changing and they really make the first class cocktails a party. My favorite spot in Utrecht!

Had a great time at Sumventure flight bar. It is beautifully decorated, just like a chic bar at an airport. The cocktails were very original and super tasty. It is within walking distance of Utrecht Central Station

It was delicious! We had done a wine tasting; the wines were varied, a nice explanation was given and there were tasty snacks. The only downside was that it was quite warm inside, but that certainly didn't detract from the fun!

This is an amazing cocktail bar!!! Really creative drinks they craft for you. There is something for everyone and if they don't have it, you can ask them to make you something. Friendly staff that explains their process quite well.

Seen it on TikTok, among others, so definitely tried it out. The unique choices of flights were a nice concept. However, very pricey for the cocktails you get... the “cheese board” was very sparse with crackers.
