Telephone / whatsapp communication was very pleasant. The sushi plates arrived exactly on time. The sushi tasted very good and sashimi very fresh. As it was my birthday I received special attention. Everyone in the room enjoyed the sushi very much. As I am Japanese, I liked it that the sushi rice was not too much sweetend. We will surely order again.

Just came to Amsterdam by rail, after checking in we were starving. Wanted to eat healthier after days of heavier food in London and walked over to this place. Great service from the couple/owner. The fried shrimp roll was warm from being freshly made.

Extremely kind staff. The chef worked every aspect of the store, explained the order system to me and even gave an extra drink on a very warm day. Easily the nicest customer service I have had living in Amsterdam. The sushi was great, clearly prepared fresh and had a brilliant flavour profile. Definitely coming back!

Very, very kind people. Upon arriving home after pick up, I found the tuna not fresh, so I let them know, and they offered me to bring a fresh one. Since it was Friday night, I already had plans, but next time I order, they will add it. Un-Amsterdam customer service!

Sushi is good (for a take away place) , always fresh and wel seasoned ! But always late , they give you an estimated time (usualy 45 mins to 60 mins) but its always 15-30 mins later .

Heerlijke verse sushi, snelle bezorging en geweldige service. Al jaren mijn vaste sushi tent! Alleen jammer dat ze op maandag gesloten zijn.

Allerlekkerste sushi in Amsterdam, zoveel sushi plekken geprobeerd maar niks overtreft sunny sushi! Altijd heerlijk vers en snelle bezorging.

10/10 for the sushi, super fresh! 11/10 for the staff. Spoke with the Chef and he was a very very very kind man, he recommended me the best sushi for the day and other places to visit in Amsterdam. I live in London but I will be eating here again the next time I come 100%. I couldn't recommend Sunny Sushi enough.

Great sushi, we always order here but they are consistently late with the orders. Expect to wait at least an additional half an hour more on top of the hour it takes to prepare and bring the order.

Bestel al jaren hier en altijd tevreden; lekker eten en super bezorging . Eten dit keer lekker maar een onvriendelijke bezorger die " geen wisselgeld had meegekregen" . Dus maar akkoord gegaan met de paar muntjes wisselgeld die hij wel bij zich had want ik had trek, Jammer van deze ervaring.

Ik bestel hier geregeld. Lekkere sushi, vriendelijke eigenaar, leuk punten spaar systeem voor korting bij de volgende bestelling.

Absolutely the best sushi in the whole Netherlands! I have tried almost other sushi places almost everywhere in Amsterdam for example but nobody makes them fresher and tastier than Sunny Sushi! Well done guys! Outstanding!!!!!!!!

Get what you pay for. It's cheap, it's edible but low quality Its pretty much the same quality as supermarket bought sushi We order scallop sushi and it had the texture of mashed potato.... it was horrible. The sashimi was not particularly fresh either. Won't be ordering again.

Sushi is very hit or miss in Amsterdam, but Sunny Sushi is always outstanding. Highly recommend over other sushi restaurants. Fish and wasabi are always so fresh.

Super aardig! Mijn Wasabi was op de fiets gesneuveld. Gelukkig kreeg ik van hun een nieuwe. Zo was mijn sushi avond gered. 😃

Bizar lekkere sushi. En ik heb al heel wat sushi gegeten in m’n leven.

Lekker sushi! Soms is het een beetje druk waardoor je een klein 20 tot 30 min moet wachten maar het is zeker wachten waard. Aardig personeel. Bij bestelling boven 30 euro dacht ik krijg je gratis klein rol maki erbij. Kortom heerlijk sushi voor oke prijs. Zeewiersalade vond ik iets minder dit keer, maar verder was alles toppie!!!
