Closed, even though the website says it is open

Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience. Due to a delivery error, I received both my own order and my neighbor's. When I called to explain this and find a solution, I was not given the chance to finish my story and was told that it didn't matter to the employee. I find it regrettable that customers are treated this way. There are 6 people living in the building; I ordered via your site and they via Thuisbezorgd, so I don't understand how it was my fault?

The atmosphere was great. The place looks good. Upon entering, we were told we could walk through and choose a table ourselves. However, no one came to us. After 10 minutes, I walked to the bar myself and asked how to order. Then a waitress came with a receipt and a QR code that you have to scan to order. The serving of the dishes after that was actually quite fast, except for the two times with ice cubes, drinks, and ginger. We had to wait at least 10 minutes for those to arrive. The menu looked good, but wasn't very extensive in terms of sushi. The dessert menu also didn't offer much choice compared to other places. Here they had ice cream, fruit, and two desserts. The only downside: I love edamame beans. Here they didn't taste or look fresh... it smelled like fish. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat; a few of the beans had brown spots on them, but also inside. I think they were spoiled...

We had an oyster event; it was all a bit rushed. A glass of water with the wine was €4 pp. This is supposed to be service—paying for drinks and oysters separately, even before you left—this was absolutely not right. We had a lovely after-drink elsewhere. You can certainly charge a bit for a glass of water with the wine, but this is excessive. Especially considering you consume quite a bit on an afternoon like this.
