We had an oyster event; it was all a bit rushed. A glass of water with the wine was €4 pp. This is supposed to be service—paying for drinks and oysters separately, even before you left—this was absolutely not right. We had a lovely after-drink elsewhere. You can certainly charge a bit for a glass of water with the wine, but this is excessive. Especially considering you consume quite a bit on an afternoon like this.

Very tasty rolls. I would like to see them have a roll of the month/week. There is a chef's special on the menu, but that is always a bit of a hassle.

Enjoyed all the dishes, but especially Brenda's nasi and the delicious Georgian red wine again. Truly delicious. All this under the inspiring guidance of Abigaïl. It was top-notch again. Thank you.

We ordered a pokebowl for takeaway; it tasted very good, but I had ordered tuna, and to be honest, there could have been a bit more of it, especially since we paid over 18 euros per pokebowl while the average price of this dish is around 15 euros. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars, but as mentioned, we ordered takeaway.

For lovers of refined Asian cuisine, Trinibra in Deventer is an excellent choice. The restaurant boasts a quiet, pleasant atmosphere where you can dine in a relaxed manner. The culinary standard is impressive. The sushi is fresh and balanced in flavor, and the accompanying sushi wines are carefully selected to enhance the dishes. The highlight of the meal is the Peking duck: with crispy skin, tender meat, and a beautiful, authentic flavor, prepared in the right way. The service is attentive and professional. The hostess was perhaps a tad too present during the evening, but this remained secondary to the good quality of the food and the pleasant ambiance. Trinibra is a fine place in Deventer for those who enjoy a good Asian meal and matching wines.

The establishment is neat and well-maintained. Modernly furnished. Staff friendly. However, the price and the quality of the served dishes are not in proportion to each other. You receive quite small portions. The concept is set up for shared dining, but the portions are too small and too expensive for that. The sushi was not spectacular in terms of taste and was also very small in size. As a result, it does not feel like you are eating at an exclusive sushi restaurant.

The food tasted excellent, but in my opinion, the quantity was not entirely proportionate to the price. Even after a 7-course dinner, I was still hungry.

The food is delicious, but I was still a bit disappointed. That was mainly due to the peripheral matters. A Japanese restaurant, but no pure green tea or jasmine tea, just vague floral flavors. No free pitcher of our delicious tap water, but only an expensive bottle that has to be filled, transported, and cleaned. Cheap, disposable wooden chopsticks. Having to ask for wasabi. Awfully salty soy sauce... Fortunately, we weren't sitting inside, because the music playing there was also quite loud, generic music... Even though the sushi is delicious, I won't be going back anytime soon.

What an evening! We enjoyed delicious sushi and various hot dishes. The desserts were divine! It was the first time we had to pay in advance (€20 p/p) for a reservation, though. That was new to us. Beautiful interior and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful experience at this restaurant in Deventer. The atmosphere here is incredibly pleasant and intimate from the moment you walk in. The presentation of the food is truly a work of art. We enjoyed the oysters on a bed of ice, which not only looked beautiful but were also deliciously fresh. The attention to detail at the table, with the atmospheric candles and beautiful tableware, makes an evening here truly complete. This is absolutely a place to return to. Cozy atmosphere and the sushi tasted delicious

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The owner came across as a bit less approachable to us, but that didn't detract from the experience at all. We came mainly for the oysters and sushi. The oysters were good, and the tiradito mix was particularly tasty. At the end, we had a glass of wine in the bar, which was also very pleasant. Caviar is also on the menu, but that isn't really our thing, so we skipped it. All in all, a great experience.

This marks our third visit to Trinibra, and once again, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional cuisine, friendly service, and lovely atmosphere. It has definetly become our favourite restaurant, and I consistently recommend it to all my acquaintances and friends.

This is my new favorite restaurant in Deventer! The nasi is especially delicious.

We ordered 4 different sushi rolls and some hot appetizers. Half of the food was truly perfect. The other half was okay, but considering the price/quality ratio, I cannot be entirely satisfied. The service was friendly. It was our birthday, so they had arranged balloons. A nice touch. We also received a drink, but we had to pay for it ourselves afterwards... so, a misunderstanding... We did have a pleasant evening, but for this price, it could have been a bit better.

We had a 7-course menu here. The food was certainly good and fresh, as you would expect from sushi. At the same time, we were not really pleasantly surprised by any dish or combination of flavors. Given the rather high price, we honestly expected just a bit more creativity or refinement. The service was friendly, but came across as somewhat awkward and junior. The atmosphere in the restaurant, on the other hand, is pleasant and well-maintained. All in all, a fine experience, but for this price, we had expected a little more.

The phone was answered quite rudely. I asked if I could still order, since my online order hadn't gone through. The response was very curt and they hung up immediately without even saying goodbye; it was a real shame.

Dining at Trinibra is always a treat. Delicious, fresh dishes, paired wines, and even sake. The staff were very accommodating to gluten allergies. There's a gluten-free menu, and gluten-free options were also suggested.

Perfect spot for a romantic date. We accidentally ended up here with our family on our way back from Germany. We were a bit of an outlier, but the food was delicious and the service was good.

What a fantastic evening we had at Trinibra! Six of us enjoyed the 7-course menu, and every dish was truly delicious. Plenty of sushi and fish. The dishes were clearly carefully prepared. A special thanks goes to the hostess. What a wonderfully kind and warm lady! She served us wonderfully all evening, thinking along with us and surprising us with lovely extras. Our request for langoustine on the menu was effortlessly fulfilled, and she recommended the perfect pairing wines. There was also a birthday among us, and that was also given ample attention. The birthday boy was warmly congratulated, and there were even balloons ready. We look back fondly on this fantastic evening filled with delicious food, wonderful service, and a warm atmosphere. Thank you again for this wonderful experience.

A lovely wine bar in the center of Deventer. The service was quick and friendly. We tasted a lovely wine with explanations. The location is beautiful: a basement beneath the restaurant with beautiful vaults and atmospheric lighting. It's a wonderful place to enjoy wines together. Definitely worth a visit.

What a fantastic and atmospheric (sushi) restaurant! We had sushi there, which was excellent quality. We also ordered the seafood platter, which was a real treat! The idea is to share dishes, and that makes an evening at Trinibra a truly wonderful evening! We also found the service to be excellent, and a huge compliment to our hostess, Abby! She looked after us wonderfully the entire evening. Highly recommended!

Not good value for money. We had a 7-course menu. The wine was expensive. The wait between courses was sometimes too long.

Super delicious sushi! The service could have been a bit more attentive; our table was frequently passed without anyone looking at us, even though our glasses were empty. Or when we'd finished eating, no one came to check on us. Oh, and a cookie IN the Irish whiskey? Don't do that again.

We made a reservation through Fork, which apparently hadn't gone through. We were then seated at a table near the kitchen/bar where the sushi was made, near the restrooms and a bit out of the way. We asked if we could sit elsewhere, but unfortunately, that wasn't possible. This really made for a poorer experience in the restaurant's ambiance. The food was good, but the prices were relatively high for what you get. The staff was friendly.

We had a wonderful meal at Trinibra. I'm still getting used to the larger space. I secretly preferred the smaller location, more intimate and cozy. But we were happy to come back for dinner, even despite the more exclusive menu. One major drawback, however, was the very cold inside. This is the second time I've been truly cold. No matter how delicious the food is, if the temperature isn't comfortable, in my opinion, you're skimping on the wrong things.

We made a reservation at 7:30 pm but got the feeling that we were being looked away at 9:15 pm and our last round of red wine was very cold. We said something about it, but nothing was done about it.

The food was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, and they gave us excellent advice on which dishes were gluten-free or could be prepared gluten-free. Highly recommended if you want delicious, gluten-free sushi!

Great atmosphere, the sashimi was delicious. But unlike previous experiences, I found the flavors of the sushi disappointing this time. The soy sauce was absolutely disgusting and the wasabi wasn't hot. The staff wasn't attentive to empty glasses. It's a shame, because I'm not a fan of the all-you-can-eat concept, but rather the quality, and that was a bit disappointing this evening.

Lovely restaurant near the Brink. I tried everything: oysters, Tom Pad Thai soup, ceviche, sushi. Everything was equally delicious and carefully prepared. Special mention also goes to the incredibly friendly and attentive service.

The staff spoke little to no Dutch. The sashimi was very thin, and all six pieces weren't cut properly. The sushi fell apart because the rice was too dry. This was our first and last time.

Couldn't enjoy the somewhat poor service and terrible atmosphere. We had made a reservation for a group of 13 and clearly requested a round or square table, as it's more inviting than a long rectangular one. And that was agreed to. No problem, they said. But when we arrived, they had crammed a far too small, long table outside the dining room into a corner. The dining area was actually supposed to seat 10 people, but they wanted to seat thirteen of us. Six and even seven on the long sides. The upside-down BNN table was too close to the wall for us to sit on; even children between 8 and 12 couldn't sit directly behind their plates. Furthermore, the tables were right next to a door leading to a garage used as a smoking area, and you could smell it from the table. Worst of all, the owner questioned the promise of a spacious round or square table. Some staff members were helpful in addressing the situation, but the owner certainly wasn't.

We had a reservation for 5:30 PM. There was no one there, not even in the kitchen. After waiting 10 minutes, we saw the team smoking outside. No one noticed us. The phone rang, too. And no one came. Unprofessional. We went somewhere else.
