Friendly and professional staff and delivery driver. I received my food within half an hour. A staff member even refunded me after I discovered I hadn't received the discount I would normally receive. The sushi was a true taste sensation. Each roll had its own unique character, and I genuinely enjoyed every single one. You can taste how fresh everything is: the rice is just right, the fish is tender and flavorful, and the combinations are just perfect. Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back.

I waited over 2.5-3 hours for my order. After repeated contact, I was told it would arrive in 15 minutes, but even after waiting an additional 45 minutes, I still hadn't received any food. Finally, the order was marked as "delivered" even though I hadn't received anything. This is no way to treat customers. A very disappointing experience; I absolutely do not recommend ordering from this establishment.

A fantastic experience from start to finish! What a fantastic sushi place! The sushi was fresh, refined, and perfectly seasoned. The service was friendly, attentive, and fast without being pushy. The atmosphere was also just right: cozy, stylish, and relaxed. Everything was perfect, from the first drink to the last bite. Definitely a place to return to!

TL;DR Delivery staff yelled at us, for it to turn out they were at the wrong street, wrong part of town... Ordered a few weeks ago via Thuisbezorgd, delivery done by the restaurant. They called, I couldn't answer at the moment and called back 3 min later. The guy (courier support) yelled at me why wasn't I answering the door or the phone. No one knocked, or rang the doorbell, I was standing by the window and didn't see anyone come by. Told him as much but he kept yelling at me. Then said that the delivery guy was already too far away (in 3 mins??) and that he can send another delivery but it will take a while. It was already past 10pm but I said okay. 40 mins later still no one had come, and the restaurant is officially closed. We call them and the courier support person says (again rude and yelling) that the delivery guy is in front of the house but can't find our house number. Let's say our house number is 2-BS. He is at 2 and can't find the BS. I say that is not possible as they are right next to each other. Then I am standing in front of the house and no one is there. The guy keeps yelling that the delivery driver is there. But there is no one on the street. Then he yells some at the delivery guy he has on the other line. After a while, they realise the driver is in the wrong street, in a whole different neighborhood??? They get a bit apologetic and say the driver will make his way to the right address. 10 mins later, the driver calls, says he is at number 1 but that 2 or 2-BS are not next to it and he cannot find it. This person, whose job it is to deliver to addresses, doesn't know that odd and even numbers are on different sides of street and might not be parallel. Also - Google Maps??? Or any other maps app??? Anyway, more than 2hrs later, being yelled at and now somewhat afraid to order delivery again, we have the food. I don't mind the mistake of going to a wrong street, it happens. I mind the rudeness and the yelling and the accusations before even checking if everything is right on your side. Horrible service. Sushi was just ok.

Today I picked up the order that I had ordered via social deal. Apparently I had to make a reservation 24 hours in advance but I made a mistake. But the employee was very friendly and still gave us the sushi box. We wanted to buy an extra drink as a thank you but we also got that for the inconvenience. And the sushi is great! We will definitely come back here again!

Delivery poor. Waited 45 minutes on a Monday evening. Ordered 70 euros worth of sushi, we only received 1 small mini container of wasabi. The tuna sashimi was of poor quality, the salmon sashimi was downright gross. The salmon was old and smelly, and had been carelessly chopped into large chunks that were still stuck together on one side. We wisely didn't eat it. We will never order from here again.

I first placed a complaint via the website and gave time for a response before posting it here. But I haven't heard anything. Very dissatisfied with the amount of chicken/salmon/tuna on the sushi. It's a wafer-thin piece. Considering the price, this is definitely not worth it. Avoid this tent and go for a decent provider

Tip: Do not order via too good to go. They advertise that they sell a 40 euro box for 13. Then you expect a reasonable amount of sushi with slightly less quality. What do I get? Skinny 12 lemurs. Then it will be cheaper (and much tastier) by ordering good sushi somewhere else. This is very unfortunate.

I order delivery and it was terrible. The only piece with fish was minimal, it says combo of 28 pieced, but given the size of the fish piece, the counts as half a piece. They add sauce (like mayonnaise) on top. You can only taste that. A waste pf money.

Was hit in front of the door and the employees immediately came to help. Fortunately the damage was not too bad and I was able to wait inside until I was picked up. There they asked me if I wanted something to eat or drink. When I left I was given a poke bowl and even though I insisted the owner didn't want me to pay. Thanks again for the help, and the poke bowl was delicious too!

Lack of communication.. Ordered sushi from this restaurant, because we could go here with a Restaurant Gift Card. Upon arrival we were told "that they no longer work with those gift cards", and it will probably take weeks before it is adjusted on the site? Then indicate this on your own website and give your staff a communication course.
